• Francesco (5/5): - Nulla in particolare. Stanza piuttosto sporca. Ragnatele ovunque e muri non proprio puliti. Posizione non ottimale, fuori dalla città, si trova al di la del fiume e per qualunque cosa bisogna arrivare al ponte e poi cammibare ancora mezz'ora sulla strada. Circa 50 minuti in totare per arrivare al centro. La stanzo pii ha una finestra sulla cucina e la tenda non blocca la luce. Si trova poi affianco alla cucina e di fronte alle scale quindi i rumori confluiscono lì. Ultimo disagio, la serratura rotta e la stanza non si chiude.

• Tan (6/5): - Can't complain much with the given price. Didn't know that my room is non air conditioned. It was super small and old. And I think someone smoked in the room before my check in. The bed made noises when you sit on it. The portable fan wasn't functioning, only the wall fan was.

• Hamidi (8/5): A great place to stay for a simple place to shut your eyes. - Love that the facilities are a lot. A kitchen to use, bathrooms outside the rooms as well. Filtered water. Could improve the certain smell that is not pleasant from the living room where the tv is. Hence the smell somehow came along to our room.

• Hazel (8/5): - Value for money . It's my second time stay here . Overall satisfying for a budget price the I paid . Worth the money paid . Most important is the cleanliness of toilet and bed ok. Please clean the wall on the way to the room very dusty

• Cheeleong (10/5): Good accommodation experience - The room is clean and the air conditioner functions well. The toilet is clean also and equipped with water heater. After all, such a room with air conditioning, three double beds and a water heater only costs Rm180 and it is also very close to the city center. It is a very cost-effective homestay. If you come to Bentong for one night, this homestay will be a good choice for a family. The only downside is that the shower is hard to open but fortunately the customer service responded quickly. But don't know why the shower has no water after turn on in the next morning. However, this accommodation experience is still very good.
• Mohd (1/5): Bad - The pipe head for the shower does not work. The mattress is too hard. Air conditioning leaks. Water dripping onto the floor. Outside the house smells like dog or cat poop.
• Ku (3/5): Feel disappointed. Hope can enhance bathroom cleanliness and fix the water heater. - Friendly staff We have book for 1 queen bed room and 1 master room. The master bathroom is water leaking whole night can hear the water dripping and water heater is spoil, can’t even shower end up 6 person of us shower at the queen bed room. But the queen bed room bathroom floor is quite dirty many dirt and sand.

• Tony (1/5): Worst homestay ever!. - Nothing,it's the worst place I ever stay. Why should it on booking.com? I can understand a bit of stains but with the crud on some places we can't tell if they were from coffee or chocolate or something else. Spider webs everywhere around the sink. A water filter that looks like it had orange juice inside. Bathroom door that does not close properly causing water to splash out and flood the bedroom floor. Anyone can just walk in/out of the house.

• Kawa (1/5): The worst place ever never stay there . dangerous people working there - Nothing at all is good at this place and booking should stop this place to advertise at the website sooner then later as it is putting guest in extremely dangerous situation. First it’s stink cigarettes and most of the rooms a full of mold, you can’t even breathe there. I have complain that to the place asking a solution or refund and they offered another room for an update of 10 on a WhatsApp group where all the worked are there and I confirmed the charge. This morning around 8 am a person knowing at my door saying that was a clean person and a clear said that I was in meeting and would be ready in 90 min. After that I had a lady that works there yelling at me. Shouting, hitting the door for more then 30 min when I said that I’m as in a meeting, she threatened me to calls the police, she was very aggressive . Verbally and physically , she turned off my electricity , my WiFi and looked inside the house so I could not go out. I needed to scape from a back door and ask help for neighbors . That’s was a very dangerous situation . She was very aggressive . Because of a misunderstanding of communication and when I clearly said that I was in a meeting and would be ready in 90 min .
• Lo (3/5): Poor - The 1st time I stayed was comfortable whereby I m staying in a twin room, it is behind a school. This time my stay was not comfortable, I was accorded a queen bed as booked, the Room: BO8, once I went inside the room I felt very uncomfortable, the walls r very dirty, need to do touch up, I complained, gave me another queen room next door, (B09) the, I told the owner that if we stay on this type of environment, we will get sick n unhealthy, I told them if the other room is like that, I will leave, lucky I stayed for a nite only. Maybe next time I will book their other homestay.

• Boon (1/5): Homestay? - Bedsheet, floor, toilet clean. Aircon working fine. Water flow big. Toilet door knob broken. Toilet window should install mesh netting to prevent bugs/insects coming into toilet and room. Room light dim, should use white fluorescent lighting. Wall dirty. We hardly sleep coz loud water gushing sound from water piping at ceiling tat wasn't conceal.

• Bee (1/5): Must read before u book - I choose this because of the location. The condition is definitely not acceptable. Once I entered, the room light is dull and with smoking smell. The bed, pillow and towel is at a condition you won't want to use. And no sound insulation at all. You would hear any little sound. The pantry area is beside the room and the maintenance people keep playing phone and smoking there. So you won't find a quiet and comfortable place at all. End up I rather book another place and not staying here.
• Andreas (1/5): Tiny, hot, 1 bathroom&shower at another floor - The room was very tiny and hot because there is no AC. There was no bathroom in the first floor so you had to go down to the ground floor and there was a single bathroom I guess for all people. The bed was shaking when you sat on it. If there would at least be an AC so you could sleep during the heat that would be a start. All in all underwhelming to be honest.

• Candice (4/5): Not recommended - The room is pitch dark, since no window I had to buy air freshener just to get rid of the cigarette smell that was filled in the entire room and washroom. Yet the smell still won’t get away. And the attached washroom is not properly cleaned, with cigarette butts lying when I checked in. Cleaner obviously didn’t do a good job. And the washroom wall haiya… I dunno what to say alrd that I had to check out one day earlier. Not recommended at all for lady solo traveller, I think I’m this place is rented to construction workers. Have to be extra careful
