• Prabhat (1/5): Scammed. AI images shown on listing. Would never go to FabHotel again. - Staff was nice. location was near market It's the most scammy listing on booking.com I've ever seen. They have uploaded AI generated pics of hotel, but it's different in reality. It's some commercial building, and hotel have only few rooms at single floor. There is also a govt office and a cheap bar in the same building. I had no wifi in my room, asked them to change the room, and wifi was still poor. I had to use my phone data most of the time. Pillow covers were cheap. Bedsheet wasn't clean, it had holes. Will never stay at a FabHotel again.

• Anil (5/5): Needs lot of improvement - There isa liquor shop just below the hotel. The room and toilet were dirty and not maintained properly. The hotel lacked many basic facilities like a doormat outside the toilet. They don't serve tea and coffee before 7.30 am

One of our window broken and it was like open air. Dirtiest room I have ever stayed...Three of us caught cold...would have rated Zero but for the courteous staff, we rated it slightly better. Staunch smell when entering every room. It's not three star.and old style lodge. Some people whispered, this property is known for prostitution and this made all our ladies uncomfortable. Because we paid advance and landed there from railway station, We opted to stay there. Dirty, foul smelly, broken furniture, window, toilet flush etc...etc... Dust everywhere...right from lift to floors, to walls, to bed, to bathroom to everywhere. Inside or outside, dirty area. Got yelled by family members in front of my wife for choosing this hotel.

It was pathetic as the road was completely blocked with Sunday bazaar till 11.30pm in the night ...the photo looks neat but I was shocked on arrival. The building is old and doesn't look fresh but see the photos uploaded by which we booked the rooms. No hot water in the morning as we had to leave early. They asked to open the tap for one bucket water which will be cold and later it will be hot. In reality nearly one hr we waited but no hot water and had to take bath in cold water during the winter peak season Dec2025 Misleading people with wrong AI generated pics by which people don't know about locality

• Kumar (7/5): - The rooms are good and spacious, and parking is available. For breakfast, we had Poha and Poori Sabji, which were very nice. The coffee was also very good. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel as well, and the food is highly recommendable—especially for people traveling from South India, as it’s much better than eating outside. The phulkas were really good. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we enjoyed it. Location of the hotel.

Les chambres donnant sur cour sont plutôt calmes, bien que l’hôtel soit sur une avenue très passante, et il n’y a pas de vis-à-vis direct. Personnel très sympathique et efficace, vraiment soucieux d'aider les clients lors de leur séjour. Salle de bains moyennement propre. Système de réservation et paiement vraiment mauvais: une fois la chambre réservée sur booking, vous êtes assailli de messages vous pressant de régler le paiement afin d’éviter que la réservation ne soit annulée. Très désagréable. Petit déjeuner inclus très limité.

• Nicole (3/5): Bedbugs! - The free wifi and breakfast is a great addition. The staff could have been more understanding. There was bed bugs that I found after the first night, they were crawling all over me in the morning and came from behind the head board. I tried to get a refund but they would not refund me so I had to go to another hotel and pay them to clean all my clothes and belongings so I don’t spread the bed bugs to my family. I tried to get a refund through booking.com and they did not help at all, I picked this hotel as booking had good reviews on cleanliness so was very disappointed in the outcome.

• Suthish (4/5): Improve to understand on customer needs. - Reception I was first allocated Prime President then I paid 90% of booking amount. Once payment made, at the fag end, before 4 hours of checkin i was intimated by Fab hotel staff that my accomodation has been reallocated to other Fab hotel, which is not acceptable. Then myself forced to select the better one from choice given by Fab staff. Following could be improved in the provided hotel Prime Manjeet for my stay in premium room (02) 1 Television not working, cable from set top box disconnected. Hotel staff gave a vague reply that TV cable outside hotel got disconnected due to procession. But the cable inside itself was disconnected from TV. 2. The premium rooms should have a hot water cattle and standalone geyser for anytime use. 3. The GST Invoice with payment receipt has not yet provided by Hotel or Fab community or by Booking .com. The same need to be addressed on priority.
