• scott (5/5): - The staff and the location We were unaware that there would be no housekeeping for our two night stay until we arrived back to our room late on our second night. It may be in the printed information, but the desk should have told us when we checked in. After a long day, coming back to unmade beds, used towels, and unemptied garbage cans really left us with a sour taste in our mouths.

• Katherine (9/5): Great location, free parking, large room, convenient amenities for the traveler. - Friendly desk service during stay. They have a washer and dryer for guest use. Large refrigerator in the spacious room, along with microwave and coffee. Temperature in the room was just right. I was happy with the treadmill (one of several) in the large gym room. We liked that this is a no-pet hotel. Free and ample parking. It took a while to check in - not sure why? We arrived at about 8pm at night. My bed was a little bit lumpy, but I slept well. There is no lobby coffee service - only the paid Bistro cafe, which had limited breakfast and dinner hours.

• woodsc126 (10/5): Wonderful Stay - What a great experience. We stayed here due to a wedding close by and had a wonderful time. The rooms were great and clean and the staff was amazing and top tier. The stand outs of staff were Adriana Wynn and Chris Avery. They went out of the way to help and just being a friendly face when we returned from the celebration. They made this stay special. I can’t thank them enough.

No lotion provided. We had to ask for our room to be serviced (it was a 3 night stay - we expected more coffee, cups, towels, etc.). Some front desk staff were nice, a couple others were rather snippy and short.

Bed not comfortable but I have a bad back and several spinal surgeries so that could possibly only relate to me. Fridge very small. Shower is beautiful but only has a half door so a decent amount of water ends up on the bathroom floor while showering.

No bedding for pull out couch. Customer service is really lacking at this property.

• CF547 (10/5): Nice Option Downtown - What a great hotel find. We were traveling home and decided to pop in for the night. Check in was fast and Parking was available in back. We were looking for a quick bite at the bistro but were a few minutes early to the normal opening time. Someone still came over to offer assistance which was unexpectedly nice. We ate on the back patio with the river view which was a nice bonus. Room was comfortable and clean. Noise from road was a challenge but the rest of the experience made up for it.

Recommend bring your own mattress for the pack and play. Room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom sink was weird and sprayed water all over. Front desk was helpful and always had someone available. Breakfast option in the hotel was good but expensive. Walking distance to many good places to eat.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with fast WiFi and blackout curtains for great rest. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive, which made a stressful time much easier.

It was a strong fishy smell that seemed to come from the air conditioner and was nauseating. Very disappointing. The staff was nice in our few interactions but the smell was awful. We will not be recommending this place for others.
