- Stefania (6/5): - Although this is not a proper hotel, more a restaurant with some rooms in the upper floors, they should be more solicitous towards their customers. Desk for checkout was supposed to open at 10 and it wasn’t. The room we were assigned was small and with a very low ceiling and it smelled like a damp and dusty attic, one of the towels had huge holes... I believe they should inform customers of these conditions as one may prefer to find a different solution

- Jean-Yves (6/5): Petit hôtel de village, suffisant pour une nuit - Pour une nuit c'était suffisant. Mais n'envisagez pas un séjour de plusieurs jours. Propreté plus que moyenne : taches sur le drap, ménage mal fait (poussière sur la table de nuit, enroulement de fils de chiffon de nettoyage par terre, écoulement de la douche problématique. Cet hôtel aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf... ou au minimum d'un coup de propreté !

- Eleonora (6/5): - Reception inesistente, hanno la stanza per le bici ma con il portellone in legno malandato. Letto scomodo e piccolo. Ottima posizione in centro, buon isolamento a finestre chiuse. Struttura in un palazzo antico e caratteristico. Non da vacanze lunghe.
- Grant (8/5): - We went to Bedoin to ride Mont Ventoux. The hotel has basic facilities but is perfectly located to start the ride. The hotel also includes a secure bike storage room to hold your bike. My only difficulty was trying to refrigerate / freeze some items for our ride. We had to give them to the restaurant and it was then difficult to find out which fridge / freezer they were placed in. It would be better if the hotel offered a guest fridge in a shared area that we could have done this ourselves without bothering restaurant staff during busy times.

No tea or coffee making facilities which would have been helpful given everywhere in the town was closed. Room was clean & warm but very basic furnishings and bathroom tired, toilet not properly fixed to floor, decided not to use the shower unit. Poor value for money. Someone was smoking in the room next door.

Only negative was we could not get into the hotel once we arrived - we had to call a number, buzz ourselves in, and then we found our own room. Breakfast was good.
- Serge (2/5): - Accueil pas au top parce qu on a réservé avec hôtels.com à l arriver à 17h porte fermée on a trouvé un cuisinier qui a appelé là direction pour savoir nos chambres il faut partir à 10h le matin on nous dit que le petit déjeuner est compris après on nous court après pour nous les faire payer car on avait réservé avéc hôtels. Com tout ça sans le sourire

The rooms have everything you need with no unnecessary extras, except for air conditioning which was appreciated. The hotel is set up to provide a smooth service for cyclists with bike storage available.

Il y a un restaurant qui est rattaché à l'établissement L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien situé pour les visites des environs. Attention au parking le lundi matin ne pas s'y garer car il y a un marché

Aucune réponse au téléphone ni à mes messages Après 3 heures d'attente et de nombreux appels j'obtiens le code d'accès et le numéro de chambre par téléphone. Je quitte l'hôtel le 28/09 à 8 heures sans avoir croisé quiconque !!!

- Franky (8/5): - Heel goed gelegen in het centrum met parking direkt aan het hotel en niet betalend . Beveiligde fietsenstalling . Ontbijt meer dan genoeg en variatie . Een heel goed restaurant met schappelijke prijzen en zeer snelle en verzorgde bediening. Het restaurant is gesloten op donderdag ,maar de ontbijtservice blijft gegarandeerd. Kamers worden iedere dag gekuist en handdoeken worden vernieuwd. Horeca is er genoeg aanwezig in de directe omgeving met uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux.

Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas de produits exceptionnels. Point positif : une climatisation puissance. Point négatif insonorisation de la porte qui donne l'impression que les gens rentrent dans votre chambre!

- Martin (10/5): Warm, welcoming & super convenient - Wonderful warm welcome and service. We checked in late, and comms with the lady owner were super helpful on the way. Food at the in-house (outside!) restaurant was excellent. Super convenient town-centre location (with free parking outside) especially for cyclists!... the Ventoux climb start is right opposite the hotel!!
