• Leonie (9/5): A very nice place to stay for a good price. - Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed. We had the room right on the end and a delivery truck arrived next door at 3am and you could hear them unloading as it was quite loud.

The room and bathroom as well as the towels were very clean and comfortable, the coffee and the snacks were also good. the noise from the road, and some other occupants were rather noisy at night and early in the morning with someone revving their motor for no reason at all in the middle of the night.

• Cathy (4/5): Security is crucial for comfort. The room should not have been allocated like that. - Bed very comfortable and room was clean. Photos look good - structural repairs needed to this older row of front double rooms. Front door lock tampered with and the mechanism accessible and cover missing. Staff said nothing could be done. It did not feel safe. No dead lock or second internal lock, just a chain. Structural repair needed- bathroom floor sags when walked on and many tiles and shower base cracked. Carpet stained and worn.

• Gail (8/5): Perfect - The king room was like new and lovely. Beautiful room. Would definitely recommend staying here. Unfortunately the hot water service packed it in while we were there but they got on to it straight away.
• Warren (7/5): Good value for money, excellent location, close to all amenities. - The overall property was well maintained and situated in a fantastic central location with excellent amenities close by, ie., 3 supermarkets, fuel and Maccas and KFC either side. The rooms clean but obviously in the process of being refurbished as there were plaster patches on walls and some obvious repairs being undertaken etc. (but this may only have been our room). However, this did not effect our stay.

Unfortunately the service from the manager was disappointing. No communication about early check‑in despite being told we’d be contacted, and no acknowledgement of our earlier conversation when we returned. Comfortable stay, but customer service needs improvement.
