• Maika (9/5): Para repetir! - Todo. La ubicación, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal. Por poner una pega, que no había tele pero eso ya lo sabía a la hora de reservar.
• Maryna (5/5): - On the positive side: great location, quite close to the beach. Clean and well-maintained. There was no parking garage as advertised. You either have to look for parking on the street and pay for it, or use a paid parking lot. It’s quite difficult to find parking, and unloading your belongings nearby is also inconvenient. You also need to pay attention to details — we had some trouble with the hot water because it turned out it hadn’t been prepared or turned on.
• Patrick (10/5): Un coin de paradis dans Las Palmas à quelques minutes de la plage - Le confort de la chambre, la magnifique terrasse aménagée et très fonctionnelle, un vrai coin de paradis et surtout l'attention de Silvia pour ses hôtes. Un entretien parfait, les serviettes régulièrement changées et un ménage impeccable. Tout était parfait.
• Maria (6/5): Bueno pero mejorable - Nos encantó la limpieza, el baño cual incluye jabón!, el detalle de las toallas (en otros lugares nos han querido cobrar hasta 3€ por cada toalla), la ubicación increíble, las almohadas parecen una tontería pero hemos visto de todo y se ve que invirtió en ellas. El parking fuera es una locura, estás en pleno centro y para aparcar mucha suerte si lo encuentras, y además tienes que pagarlo. A las 7 am/8 am se escucha la aspiradora y la planta de arriba, en nuestro caso, el baño se escucha hasta quien se suena los mocos. Es imposible no oír nada de fuera, en el cuarto hay solo dos cortinas, entra la luz desde primera hora, el armario es maravilloso pero si lo dejas abierto también entra luz. En nuestro caso queríamos descansar, ya que es importante, y nos costó mucho la primera noche y levantarnos tan temprano fue muy duro, el segundo día y nos levantamos a las 8 por los ruidos y ya decidimos irnos.

Y el entorno lleno de restaurantes muy bien de precio ycomercios,hay una cocina y una nevera en la terraza para usarlas. • Victor (10/5): Fijn en gastvrij verblijf op perfecte locatie. - Heerlijke kamer (Tenerife) aan de voorkant met uitzicht op de straat. Voldoende ruimte, fijne bedden. Ramen konden open. Iedere ochtend een prima ontbijt op het dakterras. De gezamenlijke douche/wc op de gang werd iedere dag grondig schoongehouden. Ook de kamer kan op verzoek worden schoongemaakt. Was bij mij niet nodig. Makkelijk lopen naar het strand en de boulevard. In de directe omgeving veel winkels en restaurants. Ontbijt is vanaf 09:00, dat mag van mij wel een uurtje voeger.

• Feliciani (7/5): Carino! - Posto comodo, vicino alle principali linee dei bus. La camera è carina e il bagno pulitissimo. La colazione inizia alle 9 ed è scomodo per chi la mattina esce presto. L'alternativa è una complimentare breakfast in camera con cose confezionate.

One egg, one piece of toast. Juice and coffee. Want more ... Pay about 4 eur for another egg. NOT WORTH IT.

• Thomas (8/5): Ausklingen in Las Palmas - Grundsätzlich alles OK. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bemüht … teilweise gar etwas zu korrekt. Es ist alles sauber. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung, freilich ohne Ausblick (Fenster in den Hinterhof). Unterkunft insgesamt schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ OK, aber sehr übersichtlich. Die Menge zum satt werden bedarf Aufzahlung. Es überwiegt für mich aber der positive Aspekt und ich kann die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen. Platz für Fahrrad ist vorhanden.

Getrenntes Badezimmer fehlte, kein Fenster zum Raussehen, Lärm durch ständig laufende Waschmaschine, sodass es kaum möglich war tagsüber das Zimmer zu nutzen. Des Fenster—- nur zum innenschacht transportierte den Lärm aller Etagen. Ein sparsames Frühstück.

• Ronald (9/5): Heel goed bevallen - Super goede ligging bij bus en centrum met winkels vlak om de hoek. Ontbijt is een beetje karig. Wel een plus dat bij vroeg uitchecken je iets voor onderweg mee krijgt. Silvia en partner zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In 15 minuten loop je naar het strand, zowel aan de west als oost kant. De gemiddelde Spanjaard is kleiner dan de Hollander, dus bed vond ik iets te klein.
• Julia (6/5): Close to amenities, pleasant, no washing machine or true TV - Our family of three, including a five-year-old, stayed in the “Deluxe” apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable, though I wouldn’t quite describe it as deluxe. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets and shops, and within a short walk of a decent (though not spectacular) beach. The owner Silvia was very friendly and responsive, and the staff were also welcoming and helpful. While the apartment itself was acceptable, a few aspects did not quite match our expectations based on the listing. Some kitchen facilities, including the microwave, drying rack, and shelves, were installed quite high; I'm 5ft 4 (163 cm), and the microwave was above my head height, which made it rather awkward to use - as I couldn't see in and had to lift food down from above my head. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer within this family apartment, although laundry can be arranged up on the rooftop, by notifying the owner a day in advance, with staff collecting and returning it. Having a child on the trip, I would have preferred a washing machine to ourselves, rather than hand laundry over. The TV is not standard terrestrial television, but instead offers streaming services (Netflix or Amazon Prime with your own account) or screen mirroring. Natural light is limited, as the bedroom and bathroom do not have external windows and instead open onto internal shutters, with the kitchen window also facing inside the building. With the windows open, noise from other floors was easily audible. Overall, for us, the apartment felt more like a converted office space than a holiday apartment. Overall, the apartment was clean with a good amount of space - yet not what we were expecting with the light, washing and TV.

Una recepción fisica de 11h a 14h no es práctica. Las escaleras son muy estrechas y complicadas para subir la maleta. Tienen un ascensor que no ofrecen al viajero. Se me hizo pesado cargar la maleta a mi habitación

Da non dimenticare anche il localino dall altro lato della strada che serviva tapas squisite e margaritas! E il mercato con prodotti freschissimi aperto dal mattino dove abbiamo acquistato sia dei centrifugati di frutta appena fatti che dell ottimo caffè macinato al momento per le nostre colazioni con caffettiera! (Il caffè nei bar generalmente é pessimo…!).

• Simone (9/5): Il soggiorno è stato ottimo - Appartamento spazioso e pulito. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Staff gentile ed accogliente. Posizione comoda per spostarsi a piedi verso la spiaggia e ricca di servizi a pochi minuti. Tenendo aperte le finestre che affacciano all’interno del palazzo, si sentono gli ospiti delle altre stanze.

Mi habitación daba a un patio interior y se oían las conversaciones de vecinos y de otros huéspedes. Me hubiera gustado que el desayuno se empezase a servir un poco antes.

• Robert Alexander (10/5): SITIOS DE ENSUEÑO - La atención de Rossana, la encargada de todo allí, mientras yo estuve hospedado. Qué mujer tan amable, lo hace sentir a uno en casa. Mil y mil gracias. El hotel está muy limpio y ordenado, la terraza es preciosa, da mucho gusto desayunar allí, con sus plantas hermosas. Para mí, infortunadamente, el desayuno es muy precario, te quedas con hambre. Pienso Q la administración lo podría mejorar. El zumo es muy poco, todo es muy medido.
