Jesús1983 (9/5): - Buena localización, a un minuto de la plaza principal (Plaza Conde Fenosa) donde se pueden encontrar variedad de restaurantes para comer. Hotel nuevo, habitación amplia y limpia, baño limpio. Totalmente recomendable para descansar después de una jornada de Camino.
Nicole (10/5): This is a lovely luxurious place to stay !!! - This place was quite fancy for us. We had a superb room right on the corner, plenty of sun, views. It was great. The blinds were great and really blocked out the light for a great sleep. We also enjoyed our time in the spa which was a treat. The staff were very helpful when we needed to borrow some cutlery. Clean, plenty of towels, a lovely shower, toothbrushes !! NIL

Y sobre las 22:30 de la noche pues un grupo de gente en la entrada de recepción se puso a rezar durante 1 hora . Supongo que sería por los peregrinos por el camino de santiago

Lara (9/5): Beautiful modern comfortable hotel. - This is a lovely modern hotel and spa with a nice lobby and good breakfast option. Our room was very quiet and comfortable with an amazing rain shower. It is very close to many other bars and restaurants and right on the Camino path.

No me gustó que el precio ya de por sí es caro y encima tienes que pagar 14€ adicionales por usar el spa. Un poco cutre. Eso se cobra a los que no están alojados en el hotel, pero no a los que ya pagamos por estar allí menos de 12 horas…

Tiene spa también! Camas cómodas y a pie del propio camino De Santiago en Portomarin. Todo genial! Lo único que merece la pena saber es que el spa es bajo reserva. Si reservas aquí como parada en tu camino De Santiago llama días antes y reserva tu hora de spa, ya que llegamos con toda la ilusión de remojarnos después de caminar los 23km y estaba todo ya reservado.

Prehistoric (4/5): Appalling rude, insolent receptionist- we nearly went elsewhere! - We were booked into this hotel by our travel agent into a twin room. This was essential as I was travelling with a friend not a partner. The receptionist at around 2.15 pm on 22 September 2025 insisted we had booked a double room & would not look for an alternative room. We explained that we were not partners & if they could not supply the room we had booked we would have to look for alternative accommodation. When I showed her the written booking from the agent & said we would wait until she had found us a twin room before we completed the check in details then magically she found us a twin room in about 2 seconds! She was extremely short with us despite the fact we were ultra polite. She snapped at us in giving the breakfast & other details. I have never experienced such an insolent, rude receptionist - especially when we were simply trying to check into the hotel room that we had booked. Not a word of apology or any kind of welcome. Disgusting. The room is fine - no tea or coffee making facilities & very hot. There is a blind with a switch by the bedside light fittings. Nice bathroom.

Cama muy cómoda, limpieza total, habitación amplia, con vistas al río en mi caso. El personal es encantador. Desayuno perfecto para empezar el Camino con un café muy rico que me hizo la chica que también esta en la Recepción (multitarea total, perdona que no recuerdo el nombre). Para repetir y recomendar. Lo único a destacar en este apartado sería la escasa presión del agua de la ducha. Una pena ya que tienen una ducha que te sale el agua del techo que estaría genial con más presión. Pero vamos, mal menor.

Very nice bathroom, comfortable bed , wonderful welcoming staff, nice strong aircon , central location, sound proof rooms from the noisy kids at the village square and of course right on the main route . There was a small balcony that was the perfect place to be around 9:00 when the sun wasn’t quite as intense. We didn’t use the spa but it was available. There was nothing I didn’t like about it

C9893XBpetert (8/5): A Camino Gem - Not sure how this hotel is only rated 2 stars especially when the 5 star service from Silvia creates a very favourable impression of this hotel. The sauna and jacuzzi were so welcome after a day of walking the Camino in relentless rain... simple pleasures are always the best. The rooms are a decent size, the hotel is conveniently located and close to good food, the supermarket and pharmacy. Breakfast was basic but satisfying, the barista made coffee by Silvia was that good a second cup was required. All in all a very pleasant stay

They have a sauna and jacuzzi available for private use which was just fabulous after a day walking. Easy access for the camino. English speaking staff who were very helpful. Plenty places to wander and eat around.
