Also walking distance from restaurants and grocery store. Staff was professional and helpful. This was my first time in PR and nothing but a good experience.
• Brian (10/5): Excellent property - The room was excellent. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. The main reason to book this is the private balcony with an unobstructed view of the beach.

The property was very comfortable and perfectly located to our favorite beach, Playa Azul (never crowded and always beautiful)! Easy parking, secure building close to food and groceries. The studio was lacking a beach chair to which Rafael graciously reimbursed me for immediately when we purchased one. We will be back next year, hopefully with our kids in tow! It was a pleasure.

Access and parking were easy. Climate control excellent. Kitchen sparse but adequate for two for simple eating. Rafael is excellent host.
