Fynn (9/5): Immer wieder gern für den Besuch der Seen - - nettes Personal das gerne hilft - super Frühstück - Parkplatz vor dem Hotel - nicht weit mit dem Auto zu den Seen - schönes modernes Zimmer - hellhörige Zimmer, die Nachbarn hatten einen Hund im Zimmer und immer wenn diese alleine essen waren fiepte der Hund in einer Tour bis die Herrchen wieder da waren - direkte Umgebung des Hotels, um das Hotel direkt sind nur total verkommene Häuser die teils schon eingestürzt sind was nicht schön aussieht

La posizione è davvero un punto di forza: perfetta per raggiungere rapidamente il parco ed evitare attese o spostamenti lunghi. Ideale sia per famiglie che per chi vuole godersi al massimo la visita senza stress. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva.
- Renata (10/5): Mimořádný hotel, kde poměr cena/kvalita výrazně převyšuje kvalita. - Mimořádný hotel. Za mnoho let mého cestování tento hotel nejvíce splnil poměr že kvalita byla vysoko nad cenou. Exteriér hotelu, i interiér, odpovídají názvu Lyra. Tam je možné opravdu spočinout. Veliké, výborně vybavené pokoje. Restaurace, která funguje do 22 hodin. Cestovala jsem s nemocným psem, a obzvláště děkuji Aně a Igorovi na recepci, za poskytnutí podpory. Krásný hotel pro návštěvu Plitvic.

- Imola (10/5): - Nagyon kedves a személyzet a recepción. Tájékoztattak az aktuális hó helyzetről a Plitvicei tavaknál, ajánlottak más programokat is és amúgy nagyon kedvesek voltak. A takarító személyzet szintén nagyon figyelmes. Szezonon kívül voltunk, így a medence zárva volt,(eredetileg a medence tetszett meg a foglalásnál) de így is nagyon élveztük az itt tartózkodást.

She even gave us very helpful information about the National Park (Parking Lot 1, main entrance). The parking in front of the hotel was perfect. We had dinner two nights in a row, and the food was delicious. The waiter Armando was great; I apologize if I misspelled his name, but I don't remember it. Thank you so much for your dedication. Three things I found wrong with the room: 1. There were no large towels. 2. The room was too hot for me, even though I turned off the heating. 3. The bathtub didn't have a plug, so my wife couldn't fill it.

- Marianne (9/5): Super agréable - Moderne, en lisière de forêt au calme, petit-déjeuner varié et bon (sauf jus de fruits industriels), pain très bon. Ana a la réception est une pépite, issue du village, boule d’énergie souriante, elle est passionnée par son métier et connaît sa région du bout des doigts pour délivrer d’excellents conseils. Dommage que la piscine n’était pas encore ouverte, le soir ambiance pas assez tamisée pour notre goût au bar et au restaurant. Cela pourrait être plus cosy et inviter davantage à rester boire un verre.

- Yi (10/5): Thanks for all the staffs, really super! - 在淡季的十六湖，能找到一家全天候都开放的新酒店真的算是惊喜。我们入住当天，我们是唯四的入住客人，但无论是前台还是酒吧，甚至第二天的自助早餐，都日常一样的热情接待我们，让人很有安全感。酒店的设施也都很新，虽然离景区门口还有些距离，但还是很推荐的。

Veoma ljubazno osoblje - Vrlo cist i uredan objekt, sobe su velike i prostrane, dorucak je odlican Tv nije bas imao dovoljno izbora za gledati (npr nema netflix ili sl. bar mi nismo nasli, vec samo komercijalne programe)

We had our dinner two nights in a row and tried most of the main courses. The room was very clean and tidy, we had a balcony with stunning voew. Everything was good! The light in the room was quite dim. We didn't have hot water for the 1st night and needed to seek help from the front desk.

- Marija (8/5): Comfortable stay, but the location and no signal were a downside. - The hotel is fine, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good. The hotel promotes itself as eco-friendly, so I expected more vegetarian options, but the only dinner choice was creamy truffle pasta or a salad, which was disappointing. The cheesecake, however, was very good. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, but the surroundings feel neglected, with abandoned buildings nearby. Considering it was built in 2019, maintenance could be better, especially in the bathroom. The room lighting is very dim, though the bed is comfortable and the area is quiet. The location is very remote, with no mobile signal — phones automatically switch to a Bosnia and Herzegovina network — but the hotel Wi-Fi works well. The hotel also lacks amenities; apart from a gym, there’s little to do. The “cosmos-themed gallery” turned out to be just a telescope. While the hotel has potential and is close to beautiful nature, it currently feels underdeveloped.

- Olena (9/5): Great modern hotel, best place to stay while visiting Plitvice Lakes. And dogs friendly :) - The hotel is 5 years old, yet feels like brand new. Everything is stylish and very clean. I'd like to mention separately the following: - Rooms. Big, comfy, with slippers and everything you might need. - Dogs friendly. We often travel with dogs, and many places welcome us with genuine hospitality, but here the hotel team even provided great beds and plates for the doggies. Super cool :) - Restaurant. They offer international menu and you can find something to eat even when you have some health limitations. Everything was served beautifully and tasted great. - Staff. Very friendly and helpful with any request. - Just 15 min drive from Plitvice Lakes National Park, which is very good. - Big parking right in front of the hotel, free of charge. - The village where hotel is placed is small and feels somewhat abandoned, many houses are almost ruined. So if you are looking for a place not only to stay during your travel to Plitvice lakes, but also to walk around - this might be not the best location. It was not a problem for us though as the goal was to visit lakes. - Charge for dogs is somewhat higher than you usually see in the hotels, check before booking. - One evening there was no hot water, so we had lukewarm shower. On another day it was fixed.

- Attila László (9/5): Őszi utazás Plitvicére. - Egy éjszakát töltöttünk a szállodában átutazóban. Szép szálloda, jó helyen. Szép az elhelyezkedése az erdőszélen. Ősszel voltunk, a fák őszi színekben ragyogtak, a szobából egy dombon lévő szép erdőre láttunk ki. Kétszobás apartmant béreltünk kettőnknek, tágas vol, két fürdőszoba volt hozzá. Az étteremben és a recepción a személyzet kedves volt.

- Hutchy (8/5): - The room was lovely and modern with a walk in shower. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Dinner was overpriced for what it was. Was not enjoyable and due to the isolated location there were no other choices. The room was very warm , heating was on as it was October but was too warm to sleep comfortably and could not open the windows due to bugs.

- Ganna (8/5): Personál je příjemný, hotel je v dobrém stavu, nábytek je moc pohodlný.Fitko není funkční. Restaurace je dobrá. - Hotel je dobrý, postel byla pohodlná, ticho a klid venku. Dobrá restaurace a dobrá snídaně. V hotelu jakoby je fitko, ale veškeré stroje nejsou funkční. Naprosto nefungují. Takže fitko tam fakticky není. Také potřebovaly jsme dvě oddělené postele, bylo nám řečeno, že personál během chvíli přijde a velkou postel rozdělí na dvě oddělené. Ale pak nikdo nepřišel a nic neudělal.

Sia alla reception la signorina molto cordiale ci ha dato ottime indicazioni che alla colazione, qui in particolare una signorina che mi ha seguito particolarmente bene nei due giorni del mio soggiorno, proponendomi l’omelette preparata al momento, molto buona. Buffet molto ricco Bella stanza, molto pulita. Albergo comodo per l’escursione al parco naturale di Plitvice

- Milan (8/5): - The beds are very hard. Warning to thos with back pain! But very good breakfast. We were there in October, so th pool was not a question. But many insects in the room on the Western/sunset side of the building - we killed more than 30 and they have a bad smell. Since the air conditoning was off in October the room on the sunset side was very hot, and we could not open the balcony door becuse of insect invasion. So the receptionist gave us another room, on the other side of the building - with almost no insects.
