Irdina (1/5): not worth the money at all - nothing very dirty, first/initial room we checked into smelled like strong cigarettes and sewage. had cockroaches all over it. sticky floors, smelly toilet. broken shower, very filthy floors again. even the second room we checked into had cockroaches. was such an odd/ offputting place. even the ironing board was flimsy

Preetha (5/5): Can improve but okay to stay - The location is okay…it’s CNY so no noise at all. No cockroaches at all maybe the room I stayed no cockroaches. All okay…not a nightmare stay after all. The smell in bathroom and smoke smell in room. But can bare the smell because it’s not that strong plus I bought my own air freshener so okay lorrr.

Ismah (10/5): Everything else was great. - The hotel was overbooked for Raya and we did our reservations way earlier. But they admitted their mistake for the situation and gave us an upgrade to a bigger room and bed (family suite). So we're content with the offer and glad it was sorted out. Just maybe the hotel needs to do pest control for cockroaches. Yet just found 1 small cockroach during our stay.

I would also appreciate if construction work is not done during normal hours. Notices should be given if there are constructions are being carried out on website so that we can avoid the timing.

Sim (8/5): Comfortable Basic Rooms that are really Value for Monet. - Room and beds are comfortable. Water heater works well. Towels and toiletries provided. there is someone at the counter everytime we there. Requested for a Hairdryer at the counter and was provided one. There was an unindentified beeping at about midnight and was quite irritating, it went on for more than 15 mins. Contacted the hotel staff and they resolve it within 1 min. Rooms has no windows.
