Ghinionul meu a fost că am nimerit la același etaj cu doua familii cu copiii, care alergau și țipau pe la 11-12 noaptea. Părerea mea e că părinții cu copii ar trebui sa stea acasă, nu sa-i deranjeze pe alții.

• Raza (9/5): I will recommend to stay in this hotel. Worthfull. - I extended more 3 days, so total i stayed there for 5 days. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms were neat and clean, location was also good. Time to time cleaner come and make it clear without touching your things. Breakfast was 8/10. I only don’t like some of the staff. Maybe because of the language they don’t understand properly what you want to say. But overall good.

• justinedU6311LY (10/5): Amazing Hotel - We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The room is clean and big. The only thing is the Tv reception dont have english channel. But you can bring HDMI with you so you can connect your device. And they clean and replenish all the supply everyday. They have free wifi as well. The people are nice. And special thanks to the reception Janur and Farrukh. They can speak english well, very accommodating and friendly. Location wise, its a 10-minute walk to Nizami Street which one of the must-place visit in Baku. The City Tour is happening around this area too. Its like 30-mins drive to airport but they have shuttle services as well. The hotel has connecting restaurant. So you can relax as well in the restaurant if you want to just have cofee and relax. They had buffet breakfast in the restaurant too. You can enjoy the breakfast, they have very good selection. 😊😊

• Shohidur (7/5): Cheap, good location with clean and spacious rooms. - The hotel I stayed at near the 28 May Metro station in Baku offered a great balance of affordability and comfort. Its location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to Nizami Square and a pleasant 15-minute stroll to the promenade. This accessibility made it easy to explore the city. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, featuring high ceilings that added to the overall ambiance. Everything was clean and in working order, which is always a plus. I particularly appreciated the full-height windows, although the view was somewhat limited, facing the street below. Despite being budget-friendly, the hotel provided excellent value for money. The breakfast options were limited, but considering the low price point, it was understandable. Overall, I found this hotel to be a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and economical stay in Baku The view is lacking and breakfast is limited in choice and not always fresh.

One of the staff members almost came into my room while I was sleeping and said it’s time to checkout. I panicked and I had to showed my reservation again which clearly said check out was next day. Overall they tried to be nice but they weren’t trained enough to function professionally.

• Pietro (6/5): Non saprei che titolo dare... - Non è stata un'esperienza proprio esaltante. Prenotato per due distinti soggiorni anticipatamente nella stessa settimana. Nella prima occasione aprendo la sala colazione alle 8 del mattino (orario molto comodo direi) mi era stata proposta una luch box dovendo prendere un treno di mattina presto. Mi era sembrato un gesto carino. Peccato che al mattino successivo nessuno sapesse nulla di questa iniziativa per cui ho fatto colazione pagandola per la seconda volta presso la stazione. Ritorno a Baku in questo hotel verso le 23 di pochi giorni dopo. Il receptionist mi dice candidamente che non solo non esiste la mia prenotazione che peraltro avevo verificato alcuni giorni prima con un suo collega ma che in hotel non ci sono più camere libere. Faccio vedere la copia stampata dell'hotel con l'indicazione che la camera era stata pure pagata in anticipo. Non basta. Il receptionist mi chiede pure copia del pagamento per giustificare l'inconveniente. Faccio i salti mortali a quell'ora per recuperare i dati del pagamento per fortuna riuscendoci dando modo loro di farsi tutta una serie di foto della documentazione. A quel punto il receptionist fa una serie di telefonate e pensate un po'... Magicamente spunta una stanza. Insonorizzazione sconosciuta. Doccia che perdeva acqua allagando il bagno (comunicato alla reception per agevolare i clienti successivi), copriwater rotto. Colazione appena sufficiente.

The location of the property is very central and close to all major attractions and shops. The whole staff at the property was very helpful and they made you feel at home. The Concierge team is excellent. The breakfast staff and the breakfast choices were great!

The were consistent in keeping the room neat, clean and tidy. The breakfast was completed filled with all sort of varieties of salads, sweets, cereals and many more. Thanks to Mr.Anvar for the help and kindness from the day i booked my accommodation till my late check out and to the receptionists that never tired assisting me and very considerate. This is perfect place to stay in Baku..
• 72jjg (8/5): Great Experience and Good Location of the Hotel - Stay was fine! Hotel's location is quite better compare to other hotel as it is near from the sea side, parks, shops and restaurants. Manager himself was so polite and receptionists Farruk and Joseph (morning receptionist) were both so helpful in their own way despite of our language differences. The breakfast buffet was good, tasty, clean and served hot all the time. Definitely will stay again in this hotel once I decided to come back in Baku.

Room was a bit noisy as we were over the bar/restaurant but expect music etc at that time of year. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Tamerlane always helped us with directions, getting taxis etc. Rahib, Araz and Murat were so friendly and efficient serving food and drinks. Thanks guys! We were invited to join a staff birthday party which was great fun dancing together. Even played my type of music. I would stay here again. Thanks everyone.
• Lorna (8/5): Great staff - Spent 2 weeks here over Christmas/New Year. Staff were great....very helpful and friendly. Room on first floor was a bit noisy as over bar/restaurant but as at a time for celebrating you would expect it. Room was comfortable and plenty room as we had a suite. Bathroom always had a smell of smoke....perhaps coming through vent. Just bought an air freshener. Hotel is in good location. Able to walk into centre within 15 minutes.
• 423jirip (10/5): Pleasant hotel in good location - Aksent Hotel is located in the new part of Baku, close to Central Bank, Heydar Aliyev Park and the railway station. The hotel opened last year and is very well kept. I had a nice room, with separate bedroom and living, with 2 TV sets and fridge. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful; their English is good. Buffet breakfast offers a good selection of warm and cold dishes, including local sweats. Excellent value for money.

• Phillip8789 (8/5): Comfortable, Three Night Stay - Good location in a tree lined street. Our room was clean and although small, it was comfortable with dated but functional furniture. Apparently refurbished and only open for 12 months. Whilst there was no hair conditioner, tissues, coffee or milk we now realize that this is common throughout the accommodation we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Azerbaijan, Amenia and Georgia. Staff, whether at reception, in the bar/restaurant or housekeeping were friendly and eager to please, considering the language issues. Our room was serviced daily. Breakfast was varied, with fruit, boiled eggs, salad, cold cuts, tea, coffee available. We had one evening meal at the restaurant which was very good - probably not traditional, local cuisine, but enjoyable and reasonably priced, as was the wine and beer. As stated previously, the hotel's location is a real positive because it is within a short walking distance to the main streets of Baku and not much further to the Promenade that stretches around the Caspian Sea and the Old City. Can recommend Aksent Hotel if considering a stay in Baku.

• B5690WCchrisr (10/5): Comfortable economic hotel - Modernised small down town hotel within walking distance (15 minutes) of Baku promenade and (25 minutes) to the bottom of the many steps leading up the Flame Towers (there is also a funicular train). Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, 24 fully equipped double rooms, elevator, breakfast room um dining room cum bar. Inexpensive, comfortable and convenient - to be recommended.
• hoot1954 (8/5): A Pleasant Stay - Small hotel with 20+ rooms. Room was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Wonderful rain shower. Also a fabulous fast hair dryer. Bathroom amenities are soap, shampoo and body wash so if you use conditioner you will need to bring your own. Environmentally I am not a fan of small shampoo bottles but at least they didn't change the sheets every day though they did the towels. Breakfast was European with an assortment of salads, cheese and meats, fruit, cereal, plus 6 hot local dishes each day. Also a huge table of cakes. No issues at all - very tasty. Staff in the restaurant and reception were all very helpful. Hotel is around 3 blocks to shopping mall and the metro so handy to get around. Only 2 stops on the mero to old city. Shopping mall good. A number of restaurants in a block radius. Dinner at hotel also good.
• Naiadnorouz (8/5): Very good - This hotel was new built, good hotel and friendly staff,very good location near good attractions, hotel was so clean but conditioner did not work very well, no tooth paste in rooms, but it was worth for value of money. It is recommended
