Guest Reviews

- Andrea (8/5): - View and set up Outlets broken
- Brian (9/5): L'Sirene Baler - Pleasant and professional staff. Clean bathrooms, bed, and linens. Good food. I like the fact that it's away from the downtown touristy parts of Baler. If you like to have a quiet and private time, it may become a challenge if it gets full.

- Anneliz (9/5): Great! Wish it was cheaper though. - I loved how quiet it was. The staff were friendly and attentive. And that there was a restaurant so we didn’t have to leave the resort. Most of the food were great, but there were a few menu choices that weren’t. Some items on the menu also seemed overpriced. I was also told at check in that if we booked through their website breakfast could’ve been included - a little late for that info but a good tip! Hope they offered that on Booking.com
- Nes (10/5): Exceptional - Staff are friendly, the place is well maintained with relaxing ambiance
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Janina (8/5): It was nice resort near the beach and pools on site too.The food was really good!Staff are all nice. - Near the beach There’s roaches in our rooms
- Miles (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and food is also great. - It’s very relaxing and staff are accommodating. Not much that I don’t like.
- Mylyn (5/5): good - the view staff service
- Karla (8/5): Very good - Ambiance, not crowded Meals are pricey
Pools are only for kids; very shallow
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place for relaxation and enjoyment. Food is great. All staffs are courteous and accommodating. Definitely we're going back here.
- Irish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mangio (8/5): Our stay was pleasant tho there was power interruption for the whole night. good thing genset was ok - didn't have breakfast at the resort. & not included on the package. breakfast should have been included on the package with the same price.
- Ric (10/5): Exceptional - Good staff and great place away from the main area of Baler Beach is totally unswimmable. Might be because of the season. Waves are really high
- Darwin (5/5): Passable - The pool The beach
- Krasny (9/5): Superb -
- Rose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (3/5): I’ve been to many resort and costly but yours has high cost with no free breakfast. - fairly clean costly with no consolation to your customer, quiet poor.
- Jovhenz (9/5): Superb -
- Chrisanthydel (2/5): My mother did not enjoy her stay. - The staff listens to guest needs. Free smores kit in New years eve. Free use of board games There are cockroaches in our room. The taste of overpriced food in the restaurant isn't good and there is corkage fee for bringing of foods. Understaffed. Eco tourism fee was not disclosed prior booking.
- Lea (9/5): Superb - Second time here! Always feeling refreshed and relaxed every time we stay here.
- Lea (10/5): We enjoyed the place. It’s very calming and relaxing. - Place is serene and relaxing.
- Jo (8/5): Very good -
- Salvador (7/5): will recommend it and will plan to go back and stay again. - new and very clean facilities.basic necessities were provided especially the toiletries. the staff were nice and accommodating.the management is generous to give complimentary coffee. 2 big swimming pools to accommodate all guests. the beach is too deep to swim, good thing the staff gives advice when it is safe or not to swim
- Edric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (8/5): If budget allows, will go back for the bed & food. - We like the ambience of the resort - elegantly casual. Staff are courteous. The rooms are all ground level and facing a long kiddie/dipping pool. The room configuration was also good, and our daughter loves the mermaid decor on the bed plus the net drapes ("princessy kulambo"). The food in their restaurant was superb, everything we ordered was tasty and thoughtfully cooked - we had tuyo pasta, chicken inasal, chicken fingers, grilled pusit, & milkshakes for dinner then pancakes and sukiyaki tapa for breakfast. And of course, the beach was great. We had fun playing on the wide beach with fine black sand while watching the waves. The swimming pools were small. It looks and feels crowded even if there are only 5 persons in the pool - both adult and kiddie pools. Since the waves are big and ideal only for surfing not swimming, it would have been nice to have a bigger swimming where you can actually swim, not just dip in.
Floor in the room is slippery when wet. We had to wear the rubber slippers we used for the beach, inside the room and shower/toilet area.
- Kharene (8/5): IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RELAX AND MEDITATE L SIRENE IS THE BEST CHOICE - location was good because its not that crowded.
about the breakfast it was good but a lil bit pricey and the portion is lil bit small if you will compare its price. hmmmm the food is all pricey and some in the menu is not available that time.
- Junie (9/5): Superb -
- Khaimah (8/5): Very good -
- Sabido (8/5): Breeds don't matter. - The place is far from the noise of the city.
Very clean. I hated the smirk of the male staff at the reception after hearing that our dogs were mixed aspins as he looked at someone inside, obviously telling that person about it. I am not stupid and insensitive not to be able to tell what that look on his face meant, so I boldly asked him, "You don't discriminate dog breeds, do you?" (in Tagalog). That was upsetting and ruined the first few minutes of our stay; I was really furious having felt that ignorant and discriminatory treatment. If we hadn't driven 8 hours and had somewhere else to stay, I would've dragged the whole family away.
- Manaois (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antoniette (7/5): it was ok - quiet location not a lot of drink available. Specially fresh coconut juice when the area is surrounded by coconut trees.
- Belle (9/5): Superb -
