Guest Reviews
- virginia (1/5): Indescribable - nothing really When we arrived there was no one to ask about anything the next day there was a girl with virtually no english we couldnt get get a safe because we were told they didnt provide this service contact the owner then it was the same with towels and toilet rolls no where to leave a suit case for a couple of hours while waiting for airport tv stopped working after two days all we were told was contact the owner and nobody knew who the owner was
- Steven (7/5): Great location. - Didn’t have breakfast. No bar or shop on site.
- Elaine (10/5): Excellent location, poolside and comfy spacious apartment, great for family on a budget - Excellent instructions pre check in with door codes etc. Car park close to room and free
Spacious, basic but very ample facilities for us as a family, all little details provided were lovely, the apartment is right by the pool and there is a small terrace with 2 chairs to sit outside. Air con was so welcome and very powerful! We really enjoyed our stay The only thing we thought was we would like a physical key over the codes but absolutely nothing to complain about and would definitely rebook when we come to Florida again.
- Vivien (1/5): Disappointing - It was clean is the only thing. The host replied promptly when I contacted him Very outdated and in need of major renovation if not knocked down and re built. Our unit was very smelly with damp and occasionally a dirty smell. Unit was full of scented plug ins to combat smell
- George (9/5): Great place would come back - Only thing I have is the walls had some spots and holes in walll and the shower head need to clean. But over had a great stay and hope to visit soon. Thanks a lot
- Trip47226932908 (2/5): Heat not included, no exercise room - Very outdated, kitchen cabinets falling apart. NO HEAT ! I reported heat in unit was out (40 degree night) the answer was - sorry your unit wasn't built with heating. I was provided a single electric portable heater - too small for a 2 bedroom unit. Workout room ? NO - "under construction" was the answer but we were never given any notice it would not be available during our stay, reputable places note when a service will be out of service fir your stay.
- Kathleen (5/5): Passable - the wifi was really good it was old and dated .one of the tvs wouldnt work we could not use the bath tub we was there for 14 days with no change of bedding or towels but we did have a place to wash them on the 4th floor the hotel its self was a big let down nothing was open not even a shop on site other people in the hotel was playing very loud music all night for the last 3 nights of our stay we where glad to come home the unit was ok but would never stay in the enclave suits again
- Michael (1/5): Bad - Nothing...owner did not have door code correct and we had to wait 40 min standing outside until he answered the phone. His wifi lock is defective were we noticed it unlocked and relocked front door. 3 times over 2 hrs while watching TV.
He advertised one total all fees and taxes, then added $130 more for an undisclosed cleaning fee.
The bedroom dressers literally has 15 inches of room between the dressers and beds. The closets had no doors on them at all.
The refrigerator had no ice maker and no ice trays at all. The kitchen had only 3 glasses for a 2 bed 2 bath.
The owner is so cheap, he wanted to be paid for us to use the safe.
This unit is 3 feet from the elevator, so all party drunks are outside your condo door all night.
The unit has Luke warm shower water.
Owner unresponsive and clearly is not investing money to keep this unit nice....
We will be disputing all with booking.com and his undisclosed cleaning fees. Some unit owners do charge a cleaning fee and others do no charge one. This owner did a bait and switch....
Also early checkout at 10 am on a Sunday is nuts.
Rent from a different owner who cares about quality. Nothing...owner did not have door code correct and we had to wait 40 min standing outside until he answered the phone. His wifi lock is defective were we noticed it unlocked and relocked front door. 3 times over 2 hrs while watching TV.

- Sarah (3/5): 2 - cause we booked with you the enclave washed there hands with everything didn't want to know to be honest one towel.each for 17 days no bed change at all,
terrible no remote in bedroom for tv no help with hurricane as well what can I say tv in living room no signal most of the time other than that and air con only coming on certain times no control for us at all other than that hey ho the hotel reception didn't care at all about us being rude as well cause we booked private
- 755yadirav (10/5): Great Service - Enclave Lounge has a great service during happy hour. Jorge is awesome. He is so good with service and preparing beverages like ABC and making everything possible to give a perfect service. He giving my mom a great service preparing her her favorite tea. He is is so good
- Seaside29834664737 (6/5): Okay - This hotel is okay. But I did rate it 3 stars because there was no water, not in the shower not in the sink not even in the bathroom sink, there is no room service, they only provide shampoo and soap, NO CONDITIONER. The rest of it was okay close to bus stops, and has a lot of things to do around the hotel.
- sandyc211 (6/5): Clean but not luxurious - The hotel has both hotel owned and privately owned units. There is a difference. Our friends had an AirBnB unit that was beautiful and modern. We booked through the hotel. While the unit was clean, it is worn and dated. Kitchen cabinets are right out of the 1980s. Paint and furniture have scratches and dings. Sofa is worn and frayed. Our 2 units were the exact same layout so the potential is there. Pictures look better than it is. Price is reasonable and facility is safe. We would encourage this hotel to start modernize its units ASAP.
- melissawD5571PE (2/5): Horrible - This place was strait up creepy. My daughter walked in an d was scared . I was ok with it until the power was not working. We went down to the lobby or whatever it was to ask the guy for help my daughter started to tear up not wanting to stay so we left . Never again stay here!
- S6396KZneilg (2/5): Bait and Switch - We got an email to take a time-share tour of this resort with the promise of being put up in Orlando at a "Marriott or Hyatt style hotel" for 4 nights. We signed up for the tour for 5-24-24. They booked us at the Enclave Hotel, which we had never heard of, but figured it was comparable to a Marriott or Hyatt. Bot were we wrong. We got to the Enclave and found out it was apartments (most units were permanent residents) and the unused units were rented as hotel rooms. It was awful. This was a real bait and switch. We went to the tour just to complain about the room. They didn't care at all. They just wanted to sell us a time-share program. The room was so bad we only ended up staying 3 of the 4 nights. If you're dealing with this place, BEWARE.
- Jeffrey (6/5): CONVENIENT LOCATION BUT NOT WHAT I PAID FOR - Easy check in and location I booked a balcony but never got one (when I queried this I was told it was a balcony when quite clearly it wasn’t, we had a ground floor apartment without a balcony) Wi-Fi/internet was poor, TV reception was dreadful and hardly worked, some bathroom areas were in need of TLC, having a safe in one of the bedrooms that we weren’t able to use, Laundry facilities in building 2 weren’t working, thankfully the front desk assisted us
- loriaA8247GM (2/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Start with the positive. Great location! Close to universal studios. That’s it for positive. Wifi didn’t work…at all. Called front desk for days and told the same every time. “No one else has complied “… which was a lie. “ we called the internet company “ nothing changed. “I’ll reset the router “ nothing changed. The tvs often lost connections and froze. The bathtub wouldn’t plug, the heating unit made a terrible racket, the stove didn’t work, the on site washer and dryer was disgusting. Wouldn’t stay again
- V5570WLfrankies (10/5): Tracy is the greatest!!! - The room was okay . It could have used some updates but overall was a great stay at an affordable cost . The winning part was an employee named Tracy . She stole our sweet soul and took the time to go out of her way and show us around . She is the definition of outstanding customer service. We will be coming back because of her hospitality!!!
- STARRYFERRARI (6/5): Not awful but needs some updates - The size of the room was great with two beds and two baths... for a couple girls traveling together and it was nearby to some good restaurants and one of my favorite attractions the titanic experience.
However, the hotel could have been a touch cleaner and the carpets and things are slightly worn out. We didn't interact much with desk or any staff. And mostly our stay was ok for what we needed... but although I've thought it'd be great for traveling with family I don't honestly know if I'd stay here again.
- N5373IIjamieb (6/5): Nice apartment but facilities poor - Apartment nice. Host helpful and staff friendly. Internet is for browsing only, had to get a taxi elsewhere to work which was annoying. Pools are not very appealing, walked in and straight back out. Our apartment was very clean and lovely though and it’s a good location.
- Vacaygirl2002 (6/5): Needs improvement - Great location and nice pools. Complaints no cleaning service until we asked 1 day out of 6nights, the hot tub is cold, no mattress cover or fitted sheet that actually fits but pillows were nice. Gym small and opens too late. These are all things they can improve. Sofa and bed skirt stained.
- johnsfamily22 (2/5): Liars and thieves work here - I have never in my life had so many issues with a hotel that I didn't even stay at yet! I had booked this hotel through hotels.com, but literally next day realized we wouldn't be able to make it do to an unforeseen emergency. Hotels.com said it would take 7-10 business days to get our refund and they had issued it on their end. 10 business days later. I write to check on the refund as we still haven't received it. Liars all around. The hotels.com person told me they front desk person "Tiffany" Had said the refund was issued on the 27th. It is now the 29th. Ok, thank you. But, I got a notification and checked on my banking app. No, instead of a refund we get it taken out again! Or rather tried to be taken out and since we didn't have that much it ended up being like a bounced check and overdrew our account. Now we are negative in the bank. The front desk argued with me saying on HER end it shows it was issued but not until THIS morning. So the 29th. 10 days AFTER I cancelled the trip. Then said it was issued as a refund but since it was this morning it would not show up in my bank until a day or 2 later. I said my bank deposits instantly and doesn't hold deposits. She argued they did. YOU don't even know who I bank with! Long story short I'm reporting my card as stolen with fraud against this hotel. Because now they have tried twice to take $75 rather than just issue me the one $65 back. We will never stay at this hotel with their fake "British" Accents and hoitie toitie attitudes. They lie. Be careful. I was literally looking at my bank account as she told me I was wrong and she was right. Never ever ever staying or going near this hotel. Liars, the whole lot of them.
- mistybU658NX (4/5): Anniversary Trip sadness - Beds are con-caved in the middle, you roll into each other. Fridge smelled like fish, door was hard to open/close. Only 2 towels for a week, tv’s are not smart or able to plug in a fire stick. Switched rooms, same issue, had to sleep with pillows in the middle. This new room smelled of mold, stayed wet feeling, had a clean strip on the toilet- 1st room didn’t. Sliding door was easier to open than 1st room. Best thing was the microwaves in both rooms!
- E3912GLbryand (2/5): State of emergency - Hurricane idalia prevented us from going on our children's birthday vacation the hotel lied to take our money on top of not understanding we lost our vehicle temporarily due to flood and then charged us for 2 nights when in the contract it says you will be charged 1 night if you cancel talk about kick us when we're down never will I deal with such horrible people
- lisawM9635NO (2/5): Save your money unless you don’t mind dirty and hard beds. - Our reservation was not paid in their system I paid on expedia.com. The hotel is dirty and needs an up date in a bad way. It is not clean, no towels in the room your first check in, you have to give your license to use a luggage cart. I’ve stayed at LaQuinta, Motel 6 in better shape and they serve breakfast.
- Shecara (5/5): It was ok. The price is what made it ok. But not the climate. It was hot inside the apartment. - The location It was extremely hot in inside the apartment. No one was available to help. Housekeeping stated that they have nothing to do with the apartment. Me n my guest consistently woke up in a puddle of sweat. The ppl above us continuously kept throwing things over the their balcony. The explanation of the apartment also said we would have a balcony not a patio. It’s 2 different things.
- G3289EJmatthews (2/5): Do not stay here. - Hands down the worst experience ever. This place is old and the staff is so rude here. After 5 days of no Wi-Fi and poor cell service in the building the “guest laundry” stopped working. After many attempts to speak to the front desk help nothing got better. The buildings are dirty and could use a vacuum and clean. Hands down one to the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. I travel >120 days/year for work globally and this might be the worst experience I have ever had. Do not spend your hard earned money on this experience. Pools needed to be cleaned. Only good thing was the inside of the apartment which is owned by a person. Sad that they have let this place deteriorate and that the staff acts like it’s my fault when I ask for help.
- Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Our stay was great people are friendly and our suite was clean the host was only a message away and made sure we were ok -
- dgrose74 (6/5): Great room, grubby lift, hall and reception - What needs to be said first is your experience will very much depend on the room you get. We booked a private airbnb that in itself had very good reviews. If you're booking through an agent and don't know exactly what room you're getting, it isn't worth the risk. So our two bedroom apartment was very clean, well stocked, and spacious enough if you're planning on mostly being out and about (which most families visiting Orlando are, I imagine).
The location for getting to Universal is brilliant ($7 Uber) and not bad at all for Disney ($17 or so Uber each way).
The buildings themselves insise are grubby and musty. Only one lift was working and in the height of the season, I imagine that could be a problem.
I can't say I'd recommend staying here but having said that we had a great holiday and were really pleased with the location. We chose it because there's not many reasonably priced options on International Drive that have two separate bedrooms and self-catering facilities.
- Jamonica (6/5): comfortable . - the pools and double bathroom. the slide door handle was loose and almost broken and I’m pretty sure the host knows it was like that and the are trying to charge me , very unprofessional and scam like so please be aware .
- Devin (5/5): Passable - very nice the remote didn’t work for the main room tv
- Murphy (10/5): Exceptional -
- sampickess1 (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - Myself and my family arrived at the enclave suites in March 2023 and were supposed to stay there for 2 weeks as we were going to Disney and universal. we had saved for 3 years and flew from the UK for the holiday of a lifetime to Florida. To say we were disappointed with this hotel is an understatement. the hotel was disgusting and dangerous. myself and my mum both got electric shocks from the plug sockets and light switches. cupboard doors were hanging off. the microwave door had a hole in it. the taps didn’t work. the carpets were sticky. the room was smelly. the room was so dirty we wasn’t sure if it had been cleared. there were rats running around outside the hotel.
after staying there one night we decided we could not stay here for 2 weeks. we went to reception to complain, the staff at the reception seemed like they were expecting this and hear this all the time. they could not offer us any alternative rooms and so we booked another hotel. the enclave suites did refund all of our money to us. we moved to the celebration suites in kissimmee which i could not recommend more it was brilliant there.
i would also add that this hotel is close to universal but quite far from disney, which wouldn’t have worked for us anyway as we only went to universal for 2 days and spent about 10 days at disney so would’ve been more expensive in ubers. there is not a lot around this hotel either, it seems like there used to be a lot more eateries around here that have all closed down now.
- mistercarr72 (10/5): Mr Carr UK - Another great stay at this hotel . My 10th visit and still rate it the best place to stay .Everyone there is always helpful and friendly and a special thank you to Jomal who made our stay even better. See ya next year .

- Joshua (2/5): The inside pool was closed and me and my kids wanted to use the gym and inside pool. - I liked I was down stairs and we did not have to wait on an elevator I paid to visit this hotel because they had inside pool and gym but they both was closed the two days of my stay. Also inside my private suite the shower/tub was backed up the drain were not properly working. Also upon leaving the place we left everything how we found but the people said we stained the sheets and burn holes in sheets which was false allegations and trying to take $100 from my account saying my family caused a mess there.
