Третий вариант места перекусить - это внутренний дворик отеля. Есть общая кухня, можно готовить. Но мы покупали у них еду - у них маленькое собственное кафе, вкусные хинкали и хачапури по-аджарски. Единственный минус отеля - это не самый лучший район, где он расположен - старые дома, грязь на улице. До центра и моря идти пешком 25 минут.

Всё было продумано до мелочей, чтобы гости чувствовали себя максимально комфортно. Номер оказался очень уютным, просторным и чистым. Кондиционер работал отлично, что особенно важно в летнюю жару. Уборка — ежедневная и аккуратная, а персонал невероятно вежливый и отзывчивый. Отель расположен в очень удачном месте: всё рядом, и при этом спокойно. В двух шагах — продуктовый магазин, где можно купить всё необходимое, а буквально на углу находится уютное кафе, где милые девушки готовят потрясающе вкусную еду. Можно заранее заказать ужин или обед на удобное для себя время и просто прийти забрать — очень удобно, особенно когда отдыхаешь с ребёнком. Особое удовольствие — это внутренний сад отеля. Там по-настоящему приятно проводить время: можно спокойно посидеть, покушать на свежем воздухе, отдохнуть в тени деревьев или просто насладиться атмосферой уюта и тишины. Всё очень зелёное, ухоженное, по-домашнему душевное. Отель идеально подходит для семей с детьми: тихо, безопасно, дружелюбно. Мы с ребёнком чувствовали себя, как дома. Атмосфера в отеле — тёплая и располагающая, а отдых получился по-настоящему беззаботным. Спасибо огромное за такой приём! Мы увозим с собой самые светлые воспоминания и с радостью вернёмся сюда снова. Рекомендуем от всего сердца! ⸻

• Ruslan (9/5): Excellent accommodation option close to the port of Batumi - The family who runs the place go out of their way to please the visitors and were extremely helpful! The room is well maintained and has most of the features of a three-star hotel with being one. We also had access to kitchen, the balcony and the garden, which allowed for some time nice in fresh air in the morning and late in the evening. The hotel is a little way away from the central area of Batumi, so initially getting there without knowing the public transport options in town was a challenge. Some of the wall paint needs refreshing, but this could easily be fixed.

• Murat1934 (10/5): Very nice hotel close to main attraction areas - The room was very well, quite spacious, air condition running well, the bed was very comfortable, the wifi reception was good. There was even a terrace at the same floor where you could have a good view of the cable cars and the mountain and the city. The bathroom was very big and the hot water was running very smoothly. The location is not very perfect; in a busy traffic area with some sketchy shops around, but that's not a very big problem, still in the walking d,stance of the main attraction areas...

There is a very good restaurant that serves traditional Georgian food right next door and it is a twenty minute walk to the center. The staff was awesome as well - and there was a very sweet dog. Will stay here again if I come back to Batumi. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Comfort hot water shower. I think they did the renovation. I don’t like the bathroom in red color (personal preference only) and no curtain. Bathroom is big enough and water doesn’t wet the toilet area.

I arrived 2 hours earlier with no additional fee. :) Good shower pressure, air-conditioned room, and a small fridge was also inside. A few minutes away to the centre if taking a taxi/bolt. Reasonable and affordable price. :) Booked for a non smoking room but was provided with a smoking room and there's a strong cigarette smell especially on the couch.

Within quiet area hence good sleep. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There is a mini store down the hotel. The area is within industrial side ( construction materials shops around ). Not much available restaurants to eat nearby hotel. However places were walking distance. Nearby the center. Nevertheless, still good value for money.
