- Andy (10/5): Great pub! - Great accommodation in friendly country pub. Typical old pub shared bathroom with 2 separate showers, rooms are quite and clean. Food here is excellent and the beer is cold. Breakfast in the morning was self-serve toast and coffee which was perfect with my early morning start. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

They were currently in a handover to become the owners and hearing their plans and vision for the place, once they're in full swing it sounds like it'll be a must-stop place on the way to Swan Hill and Lake Tyrrell.

Friendly, great pizzas. Fabulous range of alcohol options. Good value for money. The free camping is a great option for a quick stopover. Would love to have had a beer garden, but the front upstairs veranda was good.

- Thomas (8/5): I would not hesitate to stay there again. - The hosts are very friendly. The location is very good if you are doing a quick driving trip to/from Mildura but can not do it all in one day.

Very very dusty old place, we all got very itchy from the dust, beds are about 50 years old even the bases sunk, worst beds ever. dead bug carcasses in the bed, had to sleep on top of the covers, lots of dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere, bathroom was absolutely filthy with dead bugs and dust, really stale beer from the tap, frozen veg and packet potatoes for vegetables our kids wouldn’t even eat.

- Mark (10/5): I would love to come back one day - When I arrived, I was welcomed straight away with a smile. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although the bathroom was a shared bathroom it was clean and smelt amazing, and the shower was very powerful and hot. Being above the bar, I couldn't hear any noise in the room. Sorry there was nothing I didn't like.

Shame this is another one for sale but hopefully someone will take it on. Old pubs are creaky & you hear a lot of the other guests noise.

No battery in smoke detector Dusty room and bathroom Room smelt musty Bedding doona and blanket was not sufficient for a cold night. Heating made alot of noise and wasn't very efficient in warming the room.

- Merlyn (7/5): Nice country pub. - Friendly welcoming staff. Ideal location for our trip. Good meals available. Nice atmosphere. Tea/ coffee making facilities dirty( esp the cups and tray) Bathrooms not overly clean . Other guests arriving home after 11:30 stood on the balcony smoking outside our window and talked very loudly waking us up.
