- 295sergueil (10/5): Great hotel - I was very impressed with the staff. They are very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with reasonable price. There is shuttle bus every half an hour. In case shuttle is not available, administrator will call taxy for free. I would like to recommend this hotel to any one who need to spend time near Domodedovo Airport.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient location - Small rooms, but very nice and convenient location insite Domodedovo airport.
- Stuart (6/5): better than chairs - It was just okay, provided a quiet place to sleep before a very early morning flight.
- Liudmila Puncevic (8/5): - For me location of this hotel was perfect, I only would like to have a window in the room.
- Liudmila (10/5): - Location was prefect for my transitional flights
- JOHN ANTHONY (10/5): - Very handy for the airport and Shuttle service excellent
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Terrible Internet
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible “ hotel “ . Rooms are tiny and old . Furthermore , the air conditioning was not working , temperature 30C .i told them I wanted a refund to check out and go to another hotel but the unfriendly receptionist refused . I checked out anyway , without any refund and went to nearby IBIS which was really good !
- Verified traveler (8/5): Super convenient location when connecting - Very small and has no windows, but gets the job done and can't beat the convenience.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very convenient location next to the terminal. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, good place to catch some sleep between flights. However it was odd that there was not a window in the room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved that it was right in the airport's building. I didnt have to go anywhere during my loooong layover. I felt like i am at home!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Extremely convenient - highly recommended for an insanely early flight!
- Nina (10/5): - Fantastic hotel and staff. Greatly enjoyed my stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent hotel to stay overnight while waiting for a connecting flight.
- Andrew (8/5): Most convenient airport hotel there is. - If you are flying from DME, this is the best choice.
The hotel is within the airport, so lots of dining/shopping options right outside the door of the hotel.
Very clean hotel with good amenities.
Then when you check out, you only have to walk a few metres to the check in desks.
There should be hotels like this at all the major global airports.
- Daniela (8/5): - The property is great.
Booked this stay 2 times for my parents during connecting the flights.
It’s got a great location, right in the terminal. Just perfect to take a refreshing shower, lay in white crispy sheets and relax until next take off.
Would advise to have a better Wi-Fi connection for their guests.
Other than that we are pleased with this find.👌
- Irene (10/5): Excellent for long layover - Very clean, new, right at the terminal, convenient for overnight stay for early morning departure. Can be booked from 2 to 24 hours stays directly from the hotel.
- YUEN WAH (6/5): - Poor ventilation
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Front desk was very helpful for my late night check-in
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is located right inside of the airport, in a quiet spot next to restaurants and shops. Very clean, friendly staff. Was super convenient to spend a night there between flights. They should expand! :)
- GARETH (10/5): Good for a short stay - Good for a short stay waiting for a flight. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Rooms are small and without windows but great if all you need to do is sleep.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very convenient and near restaurants. The only complaint is hearing the noise from other travelers.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good food around
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Conveniently located and easy to find, a lovely lady on the reception
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Being in airport terminal made it extra easy to catch morning flight. Very modern compared to numerous other hotels in Russia i stayed at.
- alejandroz292 (6/5): Practical Hotel - This is a no frills hotel where you can stay in Domodedovo terminal without having the hassle of going back and forth to a hotel. Rooms are small, no windows but very clean. I would recommend it to anyone getting on an early flight
- Brian (10/5): Perfect stay in Domodedovo - The Airtotel Express is the perfect stopover in Moscow. The rooms are small but sufficient. Very quiet. Lovely staff - checked us in early without question.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Service great; convenience great: but woke at 2:30 to quite strong smell of kerosene. Had planned to leave at 4AM for flight - had to leave early due to smell
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Newly renovated, very clean, very small but good for short stays.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and Convenient - Clean and convenient
- Min-da (8/5): - We had a very early flight so we looked for one that is as close to the airport as possible and this one is right in the same building as the checkin counter. Great! The room is small but comfortable beds were what we needed. The sound proofing can be better, but not terrible so that we could get the sleep we want.
- Janak (8/5): Good, but small. - The hotel is located in the terminal itself. A big plus if someone is arriving late and has to catch early morning flight.
The room is too small and quality of mattresses very poor. They need to change immediately. Room condition is good with ok bathroom. Staff very helpful and there is tea arrangement at the reception.
- Verified traveler (8/5): One night at Domodedovo - Hotel was clean, very conveniently located within the airport, and service was good. My room was small but functional. Overall a nice option for those seeking convenience over comfort or amenities for an airport hotel. One drawback was not having access to an iron/ironing board either in the room or the hotel itself.
- Stephen (6/5): - They were unable to prepare a door key card. The result was that anyone who had a master key card could enter our room st any time. 😒
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It is inside the airport terminal, clean, friendly EXTREMELY convinient
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good location - Inside the airport and very convenient for early morning flight!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place to deal with long layover. We highly recommend to people flying through the great airport Domodedovo. Thank you to friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Early rise refreshed - This is an in-the-airport hotel. Very convenient for an early morning flight. The rooms are small but comfortable. I had an excellent might’s sleep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very convient location at the airport terminal. But the room is quit small. The hotel don’t offer breakfast
- Audrey (10/5): Stop over transit stay. - Very convenient for a few hours stay between flights. Very clean and comfortable.
- E (10/5): - Very convenient location. Super friendly stuff. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.
- John D (8/5): Good for layovers at DME - The hotel is inside DME terminal, just above customs exit, next to KFC and McDonalds. Recently opened, the hotel is new, clean and convenient for layovers and/or early morning departures. Several new coffee/food kiosks in this section of the airport, so options for food. Evening we stayed, it was quiet, but walls are thin, so if other travelers are considerate, might have some noise as the airport is 24/7. Decent English spoken at front desk. Room rates are higher than nearby hotels, but location for a one-night layover can't be beaten
- James_W (10/5): - Very nice hotel and conveniently located within the terminal. It is on the other end of the 2nd floor and very easy to find. Room is small but clean and quite. Good to stay overnight in the airport if you arrive late or have to catch early flight in the morning. One small imperfection is my room did not have the cups, but no big deal for just one night.
Overall very good experience, and will definitely come back again if have to stay near DME.
- Johncjohn (6/5): Basic... - Not Bad for an overnight stay. Close and conveniently close to the airport. Rooms are basic. Bed was uncomfortably hard. No closet to hang your clothes but hangers on the wall. No coffee amenities in room..
- awhw (8/5): Very good - I am a return customer due to many late arrival to Moscow DME. It is a very good hotel, served by a shuttle bus from Exit 3. Room is well-equipped with amenities including not only water kettle but even a trouser press. Comfortable overnight at very reasonable cost. They have a branch inside DME but costs double. It is at a walkable distance if not in winter.
- Daniel (10/5): Start your marathon day relaxed - Staff was ready to assist promptly. Super convenient so I was able to check my suitcase in with the airline the night before and get my boarding pass, which made for a very easy beginning to a LONG day of flying. Plenty of on site food choices. No shuttle needed. Free espresso, coffee or tea anytime.
- ViraTarasevych (10/5): - Perfect stay you can't get better than that inside the airport will be nice if they can offer breakfast.
- Ryan (10/5): Easy and Convenient - Once you find the place, it is perfect. It's on the 2nd floor, way over to the left by the KFC and McDonalds. Just a heads up, the staff in the airport aren't the best at helping you find where it is. The rooms are pretty basic, but hey, it's the most convenient place to be. It's perfect for early morning flights - especially if you enjoy breakfast from one of the above-mentioned restaurants. I've stayed twice already because it eases the stress of travel so much.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for quick transit - Nice transit hotel. Small but cozy. Still no temperature control.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel is excellent and located literally inside the terminal, so you won’t miss your flight!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - good if you need up to a night. if more than two night, find another place
- obodochek (8/5): Convenient for an overnight stay at the airport - Spent the night here before my early morning flight. The hotel is inside the airport terminal - super convenient, you can be at check in desk in 2 minutes and by your gate in under 15 minutes. The rooms are small and there are no windows, which is bizarre. But it’s comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Surprisingly quiet - couldn’t hear either planes or other hotel guests. The bed was comfortable, there was a bottle of water provided. There was tea and coffee at the reception, and the staff was genuinely very friendly.
The hotel can be booked hourly or for the whole night. If you’re desperately in need of a lay down for a few hours and don’t mind paying a bit more, book it as a 1 night stand, because the hotel is quite busy and it seems like they are using only a few rooms for hourly bookings thus if you walk up to the reception and ask if there’s a room for a couple hours, there might be none available. However if you book it for 1 night it mostly probably will be available then.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice looking room and easy check-in about one minute after the room was booked online via Expedia.
One problem only: the room was very warm and I could not get the cool fan to turn on. I thought about changing rooms but was so tired ai went to bed. Very comfortable bed and clean room.
- TheQueenofDrizzle (6/5): Decent and convenient. Got charged twice! - We booked here because we had about 5 hrs to wait before our flight back to Australia. It’s a standard airport hotel with a KFC adjacent to it and with basic amenities. It had no windows and no fresh air which reminded me of airport detention cells.
It was great to have a bed, tv, and a shower to wait in, however they were small showers with weak pressure. The white lights, beddings, and walls all made it feel too much like a hospital. The space was also tiny. It felt claustrophobic especially as I was pregnant and no fresh air was to be had.
Upon checkin, we had a small issue because when we paid by card, they argued with us the payment didn’t go through even when it did. They asked us to pay again which we did as the older receptionist was getting irate and loud. We swipe and then we got a notice from our online bank app that we paid twice.
We showed them the information, but the receptionist said it’s our Aussie bank’s problem not theirs. This conversation was happening in Russian because neither of the receptionist were able to say anything besides “Hello”. Lucky, my partner could speak Russian. We were happy to argue and so we’re they, until we got our resolution - the junior receptionist shut the older one up.
The stay was bearable and the space was basic. Wish they could have done more warmth like hotels in Asia, especially the airport hotel in Taiwan is delightful. We couldn’t wait to get out and waited at the business lounge instead. Would I use this facility again? Maybe (if I go back to Russia) because driving outside the airport is such pain.
- 564MarkB (6/5): Ok for an overnight stay, but noisy - The hotel is located close to the airport and operates a shuttle every 15 minutes 24/7 to the terminal. Prices are very reasonable for an airport hotel. If you book a superior room then the mini bar contents are included which is a bonus. WiFi is good. The a la Carte area of the restaurant is good with plenty of choice and menu available in English. Front desk staff were welcoming. Bed was reasonably comfortable but room was noisy from the planes nearby, they are not well sound proofed. Curtains did not cover the entire window either. But all in all it is ok for an overnight stay.
- aheldz (8/5): Overnighting the easy way een if it is bare bones - The Airhotel has a shuttle right outside the Moscow terminal. Th.e price was really low and we were skeptical. Got there, got checked in, were told that everything in the minbar was complimentary. There were 2 beers, 2 waters, 2 juices, 2 chocolate candy bars, and maybe even some chips. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, Breakfast starts at 7 but since we had a 9 am international flight we did not partake. Bare bones place, but clean and quiet enough. Only problem was the room would not cool down. Early morning shuttles were there on time and ready for passengers.
- j889814672 (6/5): Tiny rooms, no windows, no air-con - It is incredibly convenient to not worry about shuttle buses or trains and just have a transit hotel right in the airport terminal.
Hotel website doesn't work so I booked through hotels.com without problems.
Staff was friendly.
Rooms are tiny. No space to even put luggage let alone open it. No desk, tiny bathroom (but functional). Think "japanese hotel room" style.
The worst problem is there is no temperature control. Domodedovo is always overheated and the rooms were 25C. There are thermostats in the rooms but they are not connected to anything. No fans, no air-con, no nothing... you just take the ambient temperature of the airport with no air movement at all.
Staff offered to us to change rooms, but all are the same and the same temperature.
I would use it again because there are really no good options near Domodedovo, but need to mentally prepare for overheating.
It's not cheap. About double the price of off-airport transit hotels.
- PhilViking (10/5): A Real Airport Hotel! - We had an early morning flight, and this hotel is excellent! Our family room, a Club Room Suite, was large, with a separate bedroom for adults, and a large living area, with a sofa, double bed, and foldaway bed. The room has a large, well lit, bathroom, with toilet, bidet, double sink, and large, deep bathtub/shower. The room exceeded our expectations!
Service at the front desk was exceptionally good, and they helped us solve some Russian paperwork errors regarding hotel stays. Our wakeup call was in English per request.
The restaurant is large, and runs on a 24 hour schedule. The offer a free Russian Tea service at 5:30 pm with herbal tea and a selection of tasty Russian baked goods. We skipped the buffet offerings, and went to the menu side of the restaurant for dinner. They offered a wide range of items, including pelmini, and stroganoff, so we had a excellent Russian meal before leaving.
The shuttle service to the international terminal runs every 15 minutes, during the entire day. The driver was friendly and helpful in dealing with luggage and folk early in the predawn time.
I'm impressed how the the hotel is well managed. Next trip with definitely include this location.
- 801ChrisJ (8/5): It's in the airport! - Perfectly adequate if arriving late or leaving early and need a stopover at the airport. It's in the terminal above the international arrivals gate but could be better signposted. Check-in was easy and efficient. There's complementary coffee and biscuits and a few drinks and beers on sale. Rooms are modest in size but comfortable and have an adequate bathroom. They don't have windows though so could feel claustrophobic. Air-conditioning was just about adequate and some of the TVs didn't work well which meant moving rooms.
- simm0_7 (8/5): Convenient - We had 8 hour layover and chose this to get a few hours sleep between flights. Hotel is located in the departures pre check in area. Rooms are small but modern, clean and functional. Rooms are also surprisingly quite for an airport location. Our only negative experience was with the reception who charged my credit card twice - their initial response was very Soviet in that it was my problem that I had to sort out with the bank, lucky I could speak Russian and insisted on resolution. Reception responses were rude but she ultimately resolved the issue and apologised for the inconvenience.
- 526max (8/5): Excellent!!! - Top modern little hotel inside airport terminal, just 2 min walk to the check in and 1 min walk to security check.
Small but very convenient and nicely decorated rooms with all necessary facilities.
I will come back next time I have a very early flight in the morning.
- NorPim (10/5): Comfort and Convenience - We had 15 hrs waiting for flight. So we decided to stay at AirHotel Express which is located in second floor above international arrival hall -near KFC restaurant. The room is small but clean. There are only 35 rooms in the AirHotel Express. They provide free Wifi, coffee, snack and water at the lobby area which you can take it anytime.
Bed is comfortable. Pillow is a bit too soft just likes Russian style.
Summary: it is a good decision and good choice to stay here if you don’t want to carry luggages in and out and also waiting for shuttle bus in cold winter time.
