• godelieve (5/5): - La situation géographique Il n'y avait pas de living , c'était juste une chambre cuisine avec télévision dans la chambre où il n'y avait ni chaines francophones ou néerlandophones. La communication était limitéé à l'italien ou l'anglais.

• Łukasz (10/5): - Lokalizacja. Bliskość sklepów i restauracji. Wejście do muzeum Watykańskiego w odległości 750 metrów. Sabina które nas przyjmowała bardzo miła i uprzejma kobieta. Kontakt bez problemowy.
• Katarzyna (6/5): Trochę rozczarowujący pobyt mimo kilku rzeczy na plus. - Wynajmowaliśmy dwa apartamenty (6 osobowy oraz 4 osobowy). Łóżka wygodne, duże. Apartamenty czyste. W czasie naszego pobytu miało padać, na naszą prośbę właściciel zostawił nam kilka dużych parasoli co było bardzo miłe. Gdy brakowały nam inne rzeczy również nie było problemu chociaż szkoda, że nie były zostawione od razu. Dużym atutem jest lokalizacja - dość blisko do metra, do Muzeów Watykańskich 15 min spacerkiem, pod blokiem sklep. Niedaleko też jest tańszy Carrefour. Mogliśmy mieć późniejsze wymeldowanie (jednak za dopłatą). Dużym rozczarowaniem jest sofa w salonie dużego apartamentu (6 osobowego). Jest zarwana. Nie da się na niej wygodnie siedzieć gdy jest złożona ani spać po jej rozłożeniu gdyż zapadasz się do dziury na środku. Jej czasy minęły i nie powinna służyć ani za łóżko ani za siedzenie. Musieliśmy spać w 3 osoby na innych łóżkach po pierwszej nieprzespanej nocy. Zgłoszone do właściciela, ale podrzucono tylko materac, który nie rozwiązuje problemu. To bardzo zaważyło na wrażeniach z pobytu. Wstyd zostawić takie łóżko komukolwiek do spania. W apartamencie 4 osobowym był smród z kanalizacji, trzeba ciągle wietrzyć. Na początku brakowało nam również kilku podstawowych rzeczy jak worki na śmieci, ręcznik papierowy, żel pod prysznic. Po przybyciu należy sprawdzić czy jest zostawiona pościel oraz ręczniki dla wszystkich - w naszym przypadku dla kilku osób nie było. Na szczęście to sprawdziliśmy i pani z zamkniętej szafy nam wyciągnęła brakujące komplety. Na zdjęciach lokal wygląda lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Cena w tej sytuacji zbyt wygórowana.

• Paz (10/5): Lindo, central, cómodo y seguro al lado del Vaticano. - Cerca de la estación de metro, rodeado de bares, restaurantes, trattorias, supermercados, farmacias, etc y al lado del Vaticano. Es un lindo departamento, muy limpio y cómodo. Cómo está en una calle, es bullicioso si se abren las ventanas. Pero se puede disfrutar de la terraza.

• plane (9/5): - There was only 1 problem at the beginning, the air conditioner was dirty and did not work well. But after contacting the owner, the problem was fixed the same day. But it is better to keep an eye on this in the future

The metro station was only a few minutes away, so we could easily reach major sights like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The area was very clean and felt safe. The host was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was modern, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. We were really satisfied with our stay!

Dislike: the internet wifi was constantly disappearing (one could even say it was non-existent), there were many cabinets that were completely empty of things necessary for life (for example, a warm blanket, basic food products such as sugar, sunflower oil, spices).

• Antti (9/5): Must come back to Rome and Cipro! - Location was excellent there in Cipro. It is practical when supermarket and some restaurants are nearby. Public transport by metro and buses were very close as well. Apartments sound isolation was good; you could sleep well despite some traffic in the street nearby. Kitchenette was useful and well equipped. Staff was helpful and polite. Maybe the extra bed in the living room was little bit broken, but we managed with it. Master bedrooms bed was ok. Overall there was nothing bigger problems.

• Ako (10/5): The apartment is close to main landmark of Rome, which you can easily access most of them by walking! Marketing was easy - It was very clean and the owner was very friendly

• Saheeda (3/5): Ok… but there’s better out there - The AC was functional, though not particularly strong, and the balcony provided a nice place to relax. The location was convenient, with a local store nearby and the Vatican just a 15-minute walk away. While the area had a few restaurants, they were mostly touristy, and the food wasn’t the best. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer upon request, and the WiFi connection was steady throughout our stay. The shutters effectively blocked out noise, which helped us sleep well, and the flexible check-in time was a nice touch. However, there were significant downsides to our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing—the toilet had stubborn stains, the floors were dirty and clearly needed a good mop, and the entire space required a deep clean. The photos online were misleading; the apartment was much smaller than expected, and there was no living room as shown. A strange odor lingered in the apartment, affecting the overall ambiance. Additionally, the lack of overnight parking was inconvenient, and the AC, while working, was mediocre and in need of an upgrade. Given these issues, we would look for a different place to stay next time.

• Aiste (8/5): Very good - The location of apartment was really convenient, it was very close to Vatican, but not that close to the city centre. However, the metro station was not that long of a walk. Also, the price of the apartment rent was considerate (we were company of 6 and stayed for two days). The AC was not working properly, we were told that it starts working after 10 minutes when turning it on, however it was working very lightly and considering that the heat outside was 37 degrees, you can actually understood how uncomfortable it was to sleep.

• Yuliya (7/5): Great but with some hiccups - The location is great, just 5 mins from metro station and around 20-30mins from Vatican It is very noisy as it’s located close to the main road and it was unbearable to sleep with open windows at night (I understand there is probably nothing can be done by the owner with it) but it doesn’t matter if you spent the whole day exploring the city :) Wifi didn’t work properly in all rooms which caused some discomfort . The towels were a bit dirty but maybe it’s just my high expectations :) otherwise, it is a great value for the money

We just had some problems with hot water (few mornings we got just cold and probably itd not enough for all apartments in the building). our towel heater didnt work. And if you're sensitive to noise, it could be quite hard to sleep there (with open windows it was really hard to stay and talk to each other).

• Nupur (5/5): Not comfortable - It was very close to the Vatican. And about 10 mins walk to the metro station on each side. There’s a supermarket just below and a great restaurant right across the street. The door handle of the bathroom was broken. The bidet wasn’t working. The heat control in the whole house wasn’t working. The sofa cum bed was bent in a U-shape. Very tiny and cramped rooms. No pans provided in the kitchen.
• Jean (7/5): Room for improvement - not much better than a low-range hotel. - There was a grocery store below and many restaurants nearby. The noise between the next unit was an issue. The first night we were there, there was a party going on. They did quiet down once I messaged the manager. The next two days, there was a family with a small baby who cried a lot. It would be great if they somehow had better insulation between the units. The unit isn't anything fancy - clean but dingey. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a proper hotel. The linen for the bed felt cheap. The walls were scuffed. The location isn't that great for the local attractions (a 10-15m cab ride to many big tourist sites) and parking (we had to park our rental car prior to returning it) was a nightmare.

Easy availability of all forms of transport, personally it is ideal to move around by electric scooters which are available all over the city. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. A big bonus is a short guide with restaurant recommendations. A small detail is the busy street that the apartment overlooks, but after a whole day of sightseeing and enjoying Rome, it won't turn out to be a problem

• Annelisa (7/5): Ask about electricity before booking. - Location is good. Close to subway and easy to drive to center. Grocery store next door and good restaurant, Anastasio, across the street. I dealt with Cecelia for check in and she was very nice. Check In was easy and there is a book available with some great recommendations. We were offered a pickup from the airport for 80€- it's much less expensive to take your own taxi from the airport. There is an issue with the electricity. Power goes off at peak hours and we needed to go reset the brakers. Not ideal during a Rome summer heat wave to have the AC go off as you're trying to rest. Spoke to Walter, who I believe is the owner, who was apologetic about the electricity situation, but did not compensate us in any way.

• Setare (7/5): clean but without elecricity - Cleanness, location, and the balcony We stayed at one of the suites of the flat, the owner of the facility made 4 airbnb suites out of 1 flat, and in the middle of summer of Rome when you need the air conditioner the most at 36 at night the electricity fuse went off all the night and we couldn't sleep it happened the 3 nights we were staying there. The owner knew about the problem and also sent us a video how to turn on the switch again, guess what, it didn't work, and greed is ugly.
