- Olga (10/5): Amazing place: old oil mill among birds singing! - Questo posto ha un'atmosfera fantastica: un vecchio frantoio a famiglia, lontano dal centro città, che ti fa sentire immerso nella natura. La padrona di casa, Mirella, è stata molto gentile e socievole, ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulle cose da vedere e ci ha preparato una colazione deliziosa. Il posto è tranquillo, pulito e pieno di anima. Se viaggiate in auto, ve lo consiglio davvero.

- Stefania (9/5): bellissimo, ci ritorneremo senz'altro, anche per la gentilezza della proprietaria. - Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la cameretta d'angolo, con le pareti a mattoncino. Arredamento molto curato. Anche il bagno era molto grande e di ottimo gusto. Se proprio proprio dovessi dire qualcosina, allora consiglierei un'illuminazione più adeguata alla stanza e ai comodini. Ma sono dettagli.

- Laurent (8/5): Agritourisme calme et campagnard à recommander également pour son excellent rapport Qualité/Prix - Cet agritourisme très calme dans un environnement campagnard est bien placé pour visiter les 2 provinces Ligure et/ou Toscane et dispose d'un parking intérieur pouvant accueillir plusieurs voitures dans une fermette rénovée. A proximité, la vieille ville médiévale de Sarzana dispose de commerces et d'une offre de bars et restaurants très intéressante pour déguster les mets et vins locaux ainsi que les spritz ou autres à l'apéritif. Notre logeuse était très sympathique et bien que ne parlant pas le français nous avons néanmoins pu échanger quelque peu. La chambre bien agencée est suffisante en taille, dotée d'une grande armoire, mais étrangement que d'une seule moustiquaire pour les 2 fenêtres (voire 3 si l'on compte celle de la salle de bain) : cependant ayant dormi les vitres ouvertes une partie des 4 nuits où nous sommes restés nous n'avons pas eu à déplorer d'attaque de moustique, seul un gecko minuscule et vraisemblablement très curieux a fait une petite intrusion un soir, rapidement chassé... c'est la campagne ! Toutefois, pour ceux qui craignent ces éventuels désagréments, ceux-ci seront résolus avec les fenêtres et volets fermés et, éventuellement selon la chaleur, la mise en route de la climatisation qui est efficace et peu bruyante. Le ménage et le lit ferme où nous avons très bien dormi sont fait tous les jours. La salle de bains également rénovée est très grande et dispose d'un lavabo, bidet, douche et W-C. Le petit-déjeuner est à choisir dans une liste et nous a régalé avec des produits frais comme les fruits de saisons, les pâtisseries et confitures "maison" ou le café à volonté. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Vraiment aucun point négatif à ce gite si ce n'est la salle de bain équipée d'une douche dès plus originale sans bac ni paroi qui détrempe une partie de la grande salle de bain malgré une bonde d'évacuation vers laquelle part lentement l'eau et dont nous chassons le surplus avec une raclette fournie, une fois la toilette terminée... Le carrelage était légèrement glissant une fois mouillé. De plus toujours pour cette salle de bain, et en ce qui concerne notre chambre, sa basse fenêtre bien qu'au premier étage ne comporte pas de vitre opaque et donne directement sur le parking intérieur du gite avec un éventuel et rare vis à vis d'occupants prenant leur voiture : pour y remédier, on peut entrecroiser les volets ou se laver matinalement si comme nous, l'on veut profiter du bel environnement extérieur en se lavant.

Als men een B&B heeft zou je op z’n minst Engels moeten spreken of de moeite kunnen doen om te communiceren. We misten een klein koelkastje op de kamer.

- Michail (9/5): Superb - Hospitality and the vibe of the countryside. Italian style breakfast. No problem with parking at all. There is no shower box in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable, as everything may get wet. One needs to have a car to get there.

- Ethel (9/5): Nice owner and real italian house vibe stay - The house owner was very warm and accommodating. We came home late because of travel and she was very nice. Atleast pickup some italian basic language if you check in here. The bathroom was really spacious. We felt the real italian house vibe here, sort if countryside. Just a bit far from the center, but not really a big deal if you have a car. The bathroom has no separate shower water so the whole floor can get wet. Luckily, there is a wipe readily available.

In summer walking with bags to the train station is a no-go because it is a 45min walk. i liked it. it had everything. The only lacking was A/C. but in the nights even in summer it’s cold.

La colazione così così: bisogna chiedere le cose. Forse perché eravamo in bassa stagione. A suo favore la location e la tranquillità. Con qualche accorgimento sarebbe eccezionale.
