- richard (3/5): - Le personnel qui était compréhensif On arrive le matin et il y a quelqu’un qui dors dans l’accueil, un peu surpris néanmoins il était très gentil. Le gros souci c’était qu’il nous est loué une chambre qui est habituellement pas loué pour quelconques raisons, en voici une sans doute, il y avait des punaises de lits, on en a vu une et on l’a tué mais on ne sait pas si il y en avait d’autres ou pas. Suite à ça on a décidé de partir dès qu’on s’en est rendu compte, on a quand même pu prendre une douche avant, ce qui est gentil. Comme on avais été un peu de temps dans la chambre on a été remboursé, ils nous ont remboursé 2 nuits sur 3.

The guests were very welcoming Beds were a bit hard and the bathroom a little bit dirty. I also had no outlet that worked next to my bed but it was only my bed that was like that every other bed was okay

- Conor (6/5): The room was good and the staff/owner were amazing. - The staff were rely helpful with everything, they booked us a tour which was really fun, they helped us with laundry and over all were really nice. There weren't many other people there, we got a hostel to meet other people and be close to town. its just far enough away that you wouldn't wat to walk every day so you spend quite a bit on Grab (Taxis). It was also a bit strange that it felt like someone was living on the sofa on the ground floor. they were nice and friendly every day but why live on the sofa? were they even a guest?

Les couvertures et les draps sont sales et sentent mauvais. Les prises électriques des lits ne fonctionnent pas. La literie est endommagée et sale.

- Vivian (5/5): Moyens hôtel - Le prix de la chambre Les tâches de moisissures sur le toit de la chambre 302 ,et une fuite eau quand il pleut, la salle de bain sa pas de toit on remarque vite les moisissures apparente. Cette hôtel n'est pas cher mais devrait avoir quelques changements surtout au niveau 3 , le niveau 2 rien a signaler la chambre et très propre. Juste la 302 qui ne va pas

The photos on booking.com did not accurately represent the place, overall, it felt more run down and dark. The staff were friendly and provided us with assistance when needed.

Mình hỏi thì kêu mưa dột (dột cả 2?), vẫn khăng khăng là dột cả 2, kêu đã chỉnh trên booking mà trên đó phải vài tiếng sau mới cập nhật? (Này thì chắc các ks khác bị đánh giá 1sao hết vì sự tác trách trong khâu cập nhật phòng trống của booking?) Rồi kêu mình chuyển qua cơ sở khác cách đó 1km phòng y chang, mình đồng ý đổi dù phải đi xa hơn (mình book ks này vì ngay cạnh phòng khám mình khám cho bé) tới nơi phòng chật hẹp bừa bộn nhìn như chỗ nhà vs công cộng, phòng có mùi rất nồng, mình k đồng ý yêu cầu hoàn tiền thì lúc đó mới dẫn mình qua phòng khác rộng hơn xíu và đỡ mùi hơn (nhưng vẫn k thể bằng phòng mình book ban đầu). Trải nghiệm quá tệ với phòng full charge, thì ra đây là lý do ks yêu cầu full charge. chỉ vì vị trí gần muốn tiện đi lại mà đâm đầu vào 1 ks như vậy.

This is very strange to me as none of the other hostels I've visited have the same policy. I will give him a tip later when I check out, but not asked by being told "no change" when I paid. He also kept asking me to bring him 'something' when I went out. It made me feel really uncomfortable.. 2. Cleanliness: very bad 3. Roommate: very annoyed and dirty

I ended up killed a few ticks and got bits. There are 2 weed heads and 1 alcoholic that stay there regularly. I wonder if they left already. The people there doesnt follow the house rules as they does their laundry in the bathroom and kept the light on all night. They also plays game in the middle of the night as they wells as watching lots of youtube. All happens @1am.

I had to ask for it. Also the address listed in Expedia is wrong. There is no hostel at this address. So I had to contact the support first to give me contact Information of the hostel in order to get to the right address. That's a no go! I do not recommend staying at that place at all.

I booked an mixed dorm with 8 beds 7 beds were filled with men that lived there for a few months already. And the guy behind the desk told me manny times how beautifull i was. He showed me the room and said i could sleep in the bed above him i didnt feel comfertable so i said i was hoing somewhere else. They told me they had a different hostel so after an hour or so they brought me to the other hostel called daimond rainbow i came there and she told me i was the only one there so i would have a dorm for myself. It didnt feel right so i googled the place and it was a lovehotel for for people in the erea so i didnt stay there.

- Kerry (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Some of the long term guests staying at the hostel were friendly and gave really good recommendations for food, laundry etc. Room was spacious Arrived to be told there was no bed available as I had amended my booking (I hadn't) then told I hadn't confirmed my booking (I had) then told I hadn't paid the deposit (I had). After nearly an hour and lots of conversations, a room miraculously became available. An hour after entering the room, another couple walked in and claimed it was their room!! Absolute chaos and very badly managed. The owner might also like to reassess her 'arrangements' with her boyfriend. Whatever time we left or arrived back at the hostel, he was sat in the communal area very drunk and extremely rude. This was really intimidating at times, especially when he bragged several times to guests how he hadn't paid her rent for 7 months but received the best 'servicing'. To top off the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, the restaurant over the road from the hostel doesn't secure the lid on where they put their waste food - resulting in approximately 6 very large rats scurrying around outside the hostel.

They did manage to accommodate me but the place was quite dirty, the balcony door doesn't lock, there was no hot water and no towels in the room.

- Gareth (10/5): Superb! - My check-in was... "interesting"! I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated for the confusion at my arrival. Thank you Minh for making my final night in Saigon very enjoyable!

- Daniel (3/5): Passable hostel, just about, but overbooking is the norm. Don't stay here. - I could sleep on the bed, I could have a shower and use the toilet. When I arrived they had double booked my room, and after taking my money walked me to a love hotel 20 minutes away. The next day I was moved back to the original hostel, and told my room would be ready at 2pm. At 1.55pm the receptionist went upstairs to begin cleaning it, and at 2.30pm it was unsurprisingly not ready either. I was given yet another room, and told that I could stay in it for one night and switch to my actual room the next day. In a five day stay I slept in 3 rooms in 2 hotels. Only on my fourth day was I able to wake up having had a decent sleep and not spent most of the day running from place to place due to the practice of overbooking that this hotel sticks to. I say practice because 1) in the brief time I was there I saw 6 people go through the same thing I did and 2) when there was not one available bed in the hostel, I searched on booking.com and it showed full availability of dormitory beds and private bedrooms. Clearly the hotel overstates capacity online, then when guests arrive ferries them to other properties, having charged them the rate of the room they actually booked. Very unseemly, and not worth putting up with, as you can stay on the same block in a normal hotel from mroenor less the same price as a private room in this place. Best avoided. The bin was not changed before I moved into the room, and was full of toilet paper and sanitary products from the last guest, very unhygienic. Lastly, be aware that the "superior double room", though it appears to have a window in the listing, doesn't really, it is an indoor window that faces the stairwell inside the building, so there is no fresh air.

After long trips, we were so tired, n hungry. And luggage is too much. And even worse, After checking in, we went to eat and go the hopital, when we came back, oh my god, the room had mosquitoes, the room smelled of pee pee, couldn't use the internet, even our data was unusable.... terrible. - Shubham (6/5): Pleasant - The location was nice and the property maintained cleanliness. However, since I am a vegetarian and they had no option of vegetarian food that was difficulty but it is completely personal to me, otherwise, everything else was good and staff behaves politely.
- Thái (1/5): I have stayed at dorm lots of time but they all clean, polite & respect others rest time. This is the most horrible - No Terrible experience! This is for my dorm, not sure how the other rooms are. Let me clear, the owner & service is ok for me, I am just too annoyed with the quality of this hostel. 1. Dirty & Untidy - dust, socks, masks under the bed like no cleaning for a long time - smelly bathroom, no one clean it - personal things are left cluttered in the bathroom: towels, clothes, brushes,... 2. Lack of facility: - no hot water - the onwer said that may be it broke down. - no air condition remote control my friend got sick because it's to cold - no locker, everyone just spill their packages by the bed which makes the room like a mess. 3. Too noisy & undisciplined No rules for customers. My room is noisyjj all night. They come in, come out, smoke in the room. The most terrible thing is, the bed is loose & weak which create horrible noises every time people move. It's TOO NOISY ALL NIGHT! All of my friends couldn't sleep all night!
