Det var skuffende, at den først anviste lejlighed ikke var rengjort tilstrækkeligt, affald ikke fjernet, manglede udstyr og lå tæt på en lejlighed, der var under renovering uden, at vi var varslet herom.

В этом здании есть несколько кафе , рядом отличные рестораны и кафе.проблем с питанием не было . очень удобно ,что из аэропорта можно доехать прямо до аппартаментов на автобусе ( № 66 или 90). уборка номера производилась за 6 дней -3 раза. Горничную приходилось приглашать убрать комнату.. выбросить мусор самостоятельно,при всем желании, нет возможности .Лишних мусорных пакетов в номере нет. в номере есть стиральная машина ,но нет средств для стирки. В описании аппартаменов указано,что есть выход на свой пляж..но не указано, что к пляжу нужно идти около 1 часа по дюнам ,возле пляжа нудистов (или около 3-х км по городу -возле отелей ).один раз по дюнам рекомендую прогуляться ,не более.. Пляж аппартаментов мы так и не нашли..

• Sheila Adelaida (1/5): No merece ni un euro la estancia en el alojamiento. - No, las imágenes no corresponden con lo que encuentras al llegar. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que aparcar fuera, hacer checkin y luego poder meter el coche despues de pagar 50 euros de fianza. Al llegar nos encontramos con el fregadero despegado, el termo drenaba con una manguera hasta la vacija que estaba colocada abajo. No era el apartamento que estan en las imágenes. Al ir a recepcion nos dijeron que era un fallo de Booking al publicitar las imágenes y que si queríamos ese teníamos que pagar la diferencia ya que lo que se ve en las imágenes se considera "deluxe". La limpieza es escasa, cada 3 días en apartamento Deluxe (mas bien cambio de toallas) y al pagar una noche más porque mi hijo pequeño queria estar en la piscina nos cobraron una noche más cara (69 euros) que la media por noche de lo cobrado en Booking (52 euros). También nos cortaron el agua porque supuestamente al propietario de abajo se le mojó su techo por habernos duchado. Al trasladarnos de apartamento tuvimos que cargar nosotros con la cuna y montarla porque la opción que mas me repetían era que el niño durmiera en el sillón del salón porque "ya era grande (3 años)" La piscina no tiene sombrillas, tienes que comprar una, colocarla y llevartela al irte si quieres sombra.

• Casimiro (9/5): The perfect sunset - The location is excellent. It is situated on an avenue with many restaurants offering different cuisines. Close to Yumbo and Dunas Park, and the beach. Very quiet, with a fantastic view of the sunset. There are several supermarkets nearby, including a Spar in the building next door. The manager was very sympathetic and accommodating with the checking time. Very quiet and calm place, perfect for a sunset view at the balcony. The door was warped, and the lock was damaged, making it difficult to open and close. There should be more kitchenware, more cutlery, cooking knives and wooden spoons. There was no floor cleaner, no washing machine detergent, and no amenities such as shampoo and shower gel could have been provided. There is no manual for the TV and no details about the Wi-Fi. Did not affect our stay; these are comments to improve the stay of the next guests.

Tolle Lage, Balkon in Richtung Westen (Sonnenuntergang über Palmen). Freundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken. Rezeption war nur spärlich besetzt. Das Schlafzimmer lag in Richtung Hauptstraße, dadurch war es teilweise nicht ganz so ruhig.

• MIGUEL (8/5): - Aloe Apartments have an ideal location in between the beach and Yumbo. The apartments have a microwave and washing machine, which is excellent for long stays (I usually stay for a week, and this was my 5th stay in four years). Some aspects to improve: a proper black out in room windows, better sound proof windows and door. Front door should have a bell and an emergency phone number.

• Fabio (3/5): Poor - Good location, nice apartment BUT probably because of a plumbing issue there was a bad smell in the toilet coming from the sewer system, not pleasant at all also there was no blinds in the bedroom and at 6 am the room became too bright and would disrupt my sleep. We rented an apartment which was clean, well appointed and comfortable, good value, decent pool area. Helpful staff. Great location for the beach, nightlife etc.

• MIGUEL (8/5): - Aloe has the ideal location between the gay beach and Yumbo. Buses are constantly running everywhere, especially to the airport. It has a great pool, and has the convenience of a washing machine and microwave. I suggest that you put black out curtains in the room as it is impossible to sleep if you are sensitive to light. It would also great to have air conditioning.

In fact, I don't think you can invite guests to sleep in such a bed with yellowish stains and other stains everywhere. The sofa in the living room was similarly worn and disgusting

• Carl (10/5): - The apartment was lovely, and I had a balcony with sunset in the evening. The cita shopping center is across the road and the entrance to the sand dunes was a 5 minute walk. The pool was clean and a good size. The only negative here was the lack of soft covers for the sunbeds, you're just laid on the hard plastic and no umbrellas to sit under. The managers were really friendly and helpful. Its the first time at this hotel and I'll definitely be back!
• Jonny (8/5): Slitent men ok sted i sentrum av Playa del Ingles. - Et greit hotell i Playa del ingles. Rommet vi hadde var slitt så en oppussing hadde gjort seg. Gamle og utdatere og stygge tremøbler samt en forferdelig smal seng (kun 120 cm bred) gjorde at vi sov dårlig i den. Ellers var badet litt slitent og renhold av dusj litt dårlig (en dag fant vi en død kakkerlakk på gulvet) , de kunne kostet på en oppussing der også. Varmtvannstanken er liten (kun 15 liter) dette gjør at den går tom temmelig fort når to personer bor der. Ellers var stedet greit, hyggelig betjening som jobbet der. Men som sagt, stedet er slitent.

• David (5/5): Somewhat Rundown Apartment in Excellent Location - Location and view excellent. Staff at reception pleasant and helpful. Every other day an employee came by to change our towels. Elevators very fast. The property is run down and would benefit from someone with an eye for detail to improve it. Many small things could easily be fixed: 1) the lighting is horrible; 2) no toaster, sharp knife, cutting board etc. in the kitchen; 3) furniture is old and worn especially on the balcony; 4) bedroom window is not working properly. Also, for some reason we had a number of cockroaches (dead and alive) on our last day.

• Dawn (9/5): Superb - The little man who cleaned the room was very friendly and done a good job. Gary on reception was very helpfull. No life guard at the swimming pool, and all the swimming pool rules displayed around the pool area were not being obeyed. People were diving, playing on the hand rails, and jumping off the rail into the pool. Also, no inflatables allowed in the pool, but everyone had them. We didn't use the pool we went to another pool.

• Gasse (6/5): Correct if you don't use the amenities and that you have average standards. - Localisation is great, close to the dunes. Not major problems but many littles ones that makes the overall experience irritating. Water system is making sound everytime you pull it. The futon is more comfortable than the matresses. Key pool doesn't work and are a "bad batch". Wi-Fi didn't work on the first day, worked horribly the two others days and weren't allowing more than one device at the time. No soap. Fridge making loud sounds.

• Pekka (3/5): Neglect - Partial esthetic repairs done in the apartment and it looked nice. The hotel is for some reason very neglected. Washing machine in the apartment is broken, no attempts to fix it - it was broken by previous guest was the story that will probably go on and on based on the dried out washing liquid in the machine. Apartment lock was broken in a visible structural way, no attempts to fix it - you need to wiggle it in a special way was the instruction; I hope in case of fire the rescuers have received the wiggling training. No obligatory fire rescue chart in the room, no readable stickers of inspection or service on elevators... Summary: neglect.

• Justeen (7/5): a great location for all your needs, however 420 needs refurbishing (apart from the bathroom) and the mosquito problem n - I’ve stayed at the Aloe Apartments many times but not at this particular one. the location is perfect for the beach and nightlife. other apartments in the site are more modern. 420 was tired and a little dated apartment 420 had a problem with mosquitoes, which in the 12 times I’ve been to Gran Canaria, I’d never experienced before

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist funktional im Appartement 418 sogar mit Waschmaschine. Das WLAN funktionierte tadellos. Die Liegen am Pool sind am Kopfende nicht Höhenverstellbar und Auflagen und Sonnenschirme nicht vorhanden. Der Service von der Rezeption ist hervorragend. Wir würden wieder buchen.

The reception staff, at check in, did not provide any details about the location, city, dining locations, not even about the wifi password. As for the internet, it works poorly on floors. Only in the reception area is there a better internet signal

The location is super, ten minutes walking time to the beach and five minutes to shops, restaurants and bars. Small grocery store right next to the hotel. All around I am very satisfied and will return to this property.

• suwilly666 (6/5): Bit disappointed this time - Great apartment booked thro Airbnb for the 2nd time. We love staying here due to its location etc but found the pool to like iced water. We were here back in October and it was ok then. I know it's January but during our week long stay only 2 people used it. Seems a shame as it's cleaned every day for no reason.

After a lot of stress and calling lastminute.com the receptionist found our booking (this was once he found out I prepaid) Apartment was tired but was clean. Beds and pillows the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and shower did not stay warm enough for 2 of us to have a shower. Pool area was lovely. What I guess is if you rent a private apartment they are lovely, we didnt and it showed however you do get what you pay for. Would I stay again? Probably not
• suwilly666 (8/5): Booked thro Airbnb - The place is brilliantly situated for the beach, shops, restaurants. Underneath is a supermarket which catered for all our needs. The selection of restaurants nearby is immense. Every taste catered for and reasonably priced. The apartments are compact but perfectly adequate for our needs. The building and grounds are kept immaculately clean. The pool area is lovely and well managed. Entry to the building is secure as well. We loved the place so much we've booked to stay again in a few months. Btw the sunsets are stunning.
• angiejohnperry (8/5): very calm and clean place to stay - We stayed in these apartments in October. booked via booking .com this was a privately owned apartment. It was clean and immaculately kept. We were met by a French man who was polite and very helpful. The shower always had hot water, the double bed was comfy. the kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob and microwave and kettle. The pool was quiet and no children when were there which is perfect as we are a couple and I like to sunbathe topless which is accepted.We thought it was great value and the location is perfect for shops buses and bars.

• 589thisism (10/5): Good value for money - First of all the positive - super, super kind owner of our flat 10/10. The flat was totally new, like from a catalog from IKEA, a balconny, 2 rooms - kinda big. We payed 345eur for 5 nights and it was 10-15minutes walk from the beach. Great view, access to a pool. The negative - a little bit noisy in mornings and at evenings - but it didnt spoil anything. The place was a great value for money.

We stayed in a private apartment on this complex that we rented for the week through one of the owners rental websites. It had been recently renovated and was absolutely fantastic. It was quite compact but everything we needed. It was nicely decorated with neutral colour schemes and well equipped. The location was good, handy for all the amenities. The pool area was spacious and clean. The only issue we had was the sun beds were not very comfy.

• trip6969 (2/5): horribly noise - avoid - Advantage: Close to Cita / Yumbo etc if you really want to be there. Other advantages: none Disadvantages: Apartments are extremely noisy. Neighbours slamming doors (spanish neighbhours) even at 6 am. You can hear everything from upstairs. Some private apartment is being renovated during high season, when tourists stay, and building noise starts at 8.30 am. On top of that, the community has decided to give the fasade a "face-lift" with hugh works which adds to the noise. Bedroom towards busy Avenida Tirajana. AVOID. Way to expensive for the money they ask.
