TV was on to a hockey game and the toilet had been used. My concerns were dismissed when brought to management's attention. Bedbugs happen. Get some mattress covers to protect your beds. Listen to your guests concerns.

Timothy (10/5): Comfy, awesome and just a really good place to stay anytime! - Great staff went above and beyond, very comfy, excellent easy to access location,( was right across the highway from my sons house )and the lobby coffee is outta sight, the best anywhere, cappuccino, cafe latte, espresso you name it and it’s ground fresh! I don’t usually write reviews but these guys were great as usual and as we’ve stayed at this location 3 times they are legit steady! That’s about it! All of it

Bill (8/5): Good location. Really nice room. - Location was easy to find. Lots of parking. Hotel lobby and hallways were really cold.
Melanie (9/5): Nicely appointed hotel - Very spacious room and recently renovated. 24 hour Nescafé specialty coffee in the lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that TV wasn’t updated to a smart TV to be able to access streaming services.

Il0verice (8/5): Jasper - Stayed 2 nights. Close to jasper especially the hot springs. Clean hotel, clean room, plenty of options with breakfast that’s included. The pool and hot tub is nice. Does have a coin laundry facility. It’s too bad we were not told in advance housekeeping service is not daily as they did not clean our room.

Rios (10/5): Amazing hotel, with great amenities and very clean. The service was also great! - The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection was amazing, very organized and clean. The service was fantastic I was in need of some Tylenol and the front desk went above and beyond to get it for me. There was a smell in the hallway like sewer and it was getting in the room.

Christine (9/5): - Very clean, almost spotless. Decor is modern. Bed, pillow, sofa are comfortable. My suite I booked is quite big in comparison to many hotel of similar grade, and kitchen cabinet are modern, clean and new. Frying pan is almost new and no scratch. Breakfast is good and very sufficient till close. I like the coffee machine in the lobby that you can get a coffee anytime. I will book again if I come to Hinton. Washing machine used dish detergent?

Chrissy (10/5): - Best Western Plus is always my go to anywhere I go. The BWP at Hinton is the best so far. The staff are very accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. I always prefer the two queen with kitchen.

CHICKENPARM41 (8/5): Good Stay in Hinton - Stayed here for two nights while visiting Jasper and Jasper N.P. There was plenty of parking and it's located right off the highway. The good thing was that there wasn't any road traffic noise at night. The hotel is about a half an hour to the Park Entrance, but the views going and coming are breathtaking. Room was very quiet and clean. Small shampoo bottles in bathroom. My only complaint was that they were skimpy with the towels. Only 2 bath towels for a King-Size bed room. Please get rid of your old, worn, racing flag towels. Typical breakfast buffet included: omelets and waffles. The coffee was good and there was plenty of attentive staff. There is a small pool and hot tub on the property. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel. I would stay here again. But please get better towels,

Allan (10/5): - we very much liked the hotel. beds were great room size good. they actually had instructions on how to use tv remote. there was only 1 thing that was not as good as it could have been. it seems to me that the breakfast has gotten to be less than before. they had sausages, no bacon, waffles no pancakes. fruit was apples, oranges and bananas, no strawberries, blue berries that it what i remember from our last stay to this one , breakfast has changed. was better before, but hotel is great

Markus (9/5): Sosolala, von einem 4* Hotel Plus, dürfte man mehr erwarten, als nur abgefertigt zu werden - Gute Lage Das Frühstückspersonal am Buffet war sehr freundlich Frühstücksraum miserabel, praktisch keine normalen Sitzgelegenheiten. Nur sehr wenig Platz für soviel Kunden. In Fauteuils und einem Beistelltisch musste man das Frühstück einnehmen. Plastikgeschirr, Plastikbesteck und Pappbecher in einem 4* plus Hotel!!! Die Flure und Zimmer waren auf etwa 17 Grad heruntergekühlt, obwohl die Aussentemperaturen so um 22 Grad waren, völlig Schwachsinn sowas, angesichts der Klimaerwärmung. Freundlichkeit müsste gewissen Leuten, die im Hotel arbeiten auch noch wieder mal beigebracht werden. Sind nun seit 3 Wochen in Kanada unterwegs, aber in diesem Hotel kaum als Gast wahrgenommen worden. Haben auf unserer Weiterreise nich weitere Best Western gebucht. Mal sehen was uns da begegnet!

Eva (10/5): - The only thing that disappointed us was the shampoo and soap, which came in a very small bottle that was not enough for the number of guests in the room. Other than that, the room was clean and the personnel was friendly.
MorgandJoce (6/5): Trapped in the elevator - Overall stay was good. Room was clean and everything you could hope for. On my final morning while checking out, I became stuck in the elevator. There was an ‘out of order’ sign on the outer doors, however when I called the elevator from the third floor, only that out of order elevator came. I assumed it was back working so I got inside and the door closed behind me. None of the buttons worked and the elevator just sat there. I pressed the help button, which rang endlessly until I was finally directed to a call centre (maybe 5 min). It was no use; the call centre apparently couldn’t hear me speak as they kept saying “hello?”. I decided to call the hotel from my cell phone and explained the situation; they said to wait and second and hung up. 3 minutes later the elevator crawled to a stop on the main floor and the front desk agent was there when the doors opened. The worst part is that he essentially blamed me, reminding me there was a sign saying ‘out of order’. I asked why the elevator wasn’t locked down to prevent it from being called when the button was pressed and he said they didn’t know how to lock it…? I barely received an apology, nor an offer to make the situation right as I checked out a moment later. Very disappointing and, while locked in the elevator, stressful.
Brian (8/5): - The room would have been perfect if the shower was clean. Bed was soft, room was very functional and attractive, and everything in the suite was well stocked. Loved the view. The hotel would have been perfect if a phantom sewage smell wasnt present every night from 10pm until dawn. The staff was polite and attentive, amd parking was ample. The location was conveniently off the highway but the prices in town were pretty inflated. For us, the proximity to sites and attractions was great. We would not only recommend this hotel, we will definitley stay again if in the area.

divonah2024 (4/5): Might have to no longer be a member for the Best Western. ....New Hotel Chain in the Future - Staff were smug about for asking to check in at 1400hrs.... we wanted to freshen up...unload bags and carry on. They said we couldn't check in till 1500hrs. Stated the rooms had to be inspected and checked. The room finally in the evening was nothing to write home about.
