• Serhat (9/5): Great Place To Stay In Datça - The apart location was central, parking was never a problem. It was only 6-7 minutes walking distance to arrive to the beach to swim. The apartment was fully furnished and the household items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo were already located in the apartment. Thanks to the washing machine and laundry machine, we had no problem about cleaning the dishes or our clothes. There were no major items that we disliked. The couches with their pillows in the living room were not very comfortable.

• Ryan (8/5): Ok-good stay - Good points: Place is bigger than pictures show. Nicely furnished apartment and clean. Owner was nice and helpful. Bad points: on main road into Datca, really loud at night and wakes the kids up. Kitchen could do with more utensils/pans for people staying longer. Blankets on bed were a bit rubbish. Not too far from sea but it is up a hill. Shower didnt work well when we were there, owner tried to fix it but wasnt sorted by the time we left

• Erdem (10/5): - Ailecek kaldık. Sahibi Murat Bey çok ilgiliydi. Küçük sorunlara hemen müdahale etti. Bir daha kalır mıyım evet kalırım. 1 nolu daire yola bakıyor biraz gürültülü. Ana yola bakmayan daireler sessiz. Bir daha gelirsem diğer cephe tercihim olur. Ev çok rahat, hertürlü ekipman var. Temizliği çok iyiydi. Güzel bir tatil yaptık. Teşekkür ederiz.

• Rumeysa (10/5): Clean, comfortable & perfect for families - The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. There is also a garden. Several supermarkets and other shops, bus stops and the beach are within walking distance. Mr. Murat told us everything about the beautiful places on a printed map of Datça and gave us tips. He also helped us with all other questions. If we visit Datça again, we will stay at Ertem Apart.

Murat - Lovely view and a good location to access the town and beach. Apartment was very clean and also felt safe and secure. Perhaps having a sheet instead of a thin type of blanket as a cover would have made the bedding and sleeping more comfortable in the heat.

• Sule (10/5): - İki gece konakladık çok memnun kaldık. 3 çocuk 2 erişkin olarak konakladık. Gittiğimizde bizi ev sahibi Murat Bey karşıladı. Evi tanıttı. Ev çok temiz. Ayakkabı ile girilmiyor olması da bir avantaj. Ev terliği alırsanız daha rahat edersiniz. Salonda hoş bir sürpriz bizi karşıladı. Hoşgeldiniz yazısı biraz Datça bademi ve buzdolabında Datça gazozu. Salonda iki tane çekyat mevcut. Yatak olabiliyor altında tertemiz nevresim takımı mevcut. Oğlumuz orda kaldı. İki tane tek kişilik bazanin olduğu odada da kızlarımız kaldı. Yatak odası ve salonda klima mevcut. Nevresim ve pikeler tertemiz aynı zamanda şıktı. Mutfakta tencere tava tabak yeterli. Tuz ve şeker mevcut. Buzdolabı, çamaşır makinesi ve bulaşık makinesi var. Çok rahat ettik gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim

The host (Murat) was extremely friendly and helpful - quickly solved any problems during our stay, also quickly checked us in despite our extremely late arrival. • Jessica (10/5): Highly recommend a stay here! - Our family of four had a wonderful 15 night stay here. The owner and his mother who live on site go go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. We were provided with so much useful information for the town and surrounding area. Our apartment had a well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony with a view of the sea was a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine! The location provided easy walking access to the center of town and a swimming beach. We also loved nearby Kargi beach, easy 10 minute drive. we would definitely stay here again when we return to the area! Datca is so lovely!!! The bathroom is a bit small but we managed just fine.
• Amanda (10/5): - Thanks for the great stay! Ertem is a quick walk to the water or restaurants in town. Our room had comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, two balconies and plenty of space. Murat was a friendly host and even had printed information on the climbing in the room.
• Egor (10/5): Exceptional - In my opinion, this is how a sea holiday should be like. Family business, local owner, that lives in same building. And he is always here to help, not to watch you, ha-ha. Many great things were discovered thanks to the recommendations. The owner speaks English fluently, and it is a rare find in Turkey, if you know what I mean _) The apartment itself represents very practical and stylish mediterranean accommodation with a lot of space and almost every kitchen gadget you may need. We lived in a sea view apartment in October. BTW Datcha is a great place to stay, so If you are looking for a place in Turkey that is not quite like Turkey, than this is it (well, in most ways)). Quiet sea promenade, low-stored greece-style buildings, no crowds, no all-inclusive hotels, big weekend markets, tasty food, great beaches and sights. Locals are very welcome and are well acquainted with european manners. And also, I'm Russian that escaped from the war, and first, I didn't want to have holiday at all, but the place is so great, that I had no choice left. I was carried away by the atmosphere. Thank you ) Wifi is OK for social networks, but weak everywhere in southern Turkey )

Bize vermiş olduğu rotayla Datça'yı layıkıyla gezip 3 hafta boyunca kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz temiz, rahat ve eksiksiz bir evde tatilimizi gerçekleştirebildik. Datça'yı tekrar ziyaret edecek olursak kesinlikle Ertem Apartmanı'nda kalacağız. Evin konumu açısından merkeze, plajlara (koylara) ve gidilebilecek yerler için vasıtalara kolay ulaşım sayesinde, hiç zorluk çekmedik. Her şey için çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz.
• Aleksandr (10/5): Can recommend - Very spacious apartments. Would like to stay again. Can strongly recommend for families and people who need a lot of space. Good kitchen, friendly host. Big balcony. Furniture is fresh enough.
• Torsten (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment was beautiful and very well equipped, from dishwasher to washing machine, from drinking water canister to big refrigerator. More then that, the owner Murat is extremely friendly and helpful. I even did an really nice bicycle trip together with him (very recommended!). It's a little walking distance from the beach and the center, on the other hand you find supermarkets, bike shop for rental and the bus stations quite close. I strongly recommend this place and when coming back Datça, this will be where to stay again!!! . Nothing to mention

• Ersin (10/5): Ev tadında datça tatili - Ev tadında bir tatil oldu. Odalar tertemiz. Banyo tuvalet dahil bir evde neye ihtiyacınız varsa hepsi evde mevcut ( çamaşır bulaşık detarjanına kadar var ) yanınıza özel eşyalarınız , yiyecek ve içecekleriniz dışında hiçbirşey almanıza gerek yok. Market cadde karşısında, sahil yürüme mesafesi, kaldığımız dairenin deniz manzarası oluşu muhteşem, odalar ferah . Unutamayacağım bir tatil oldu . Sahipleri ilgili samimi güleryüzlü , öncesinden bizle iletişim kurup bize istedeğimiz bütün bilgileri paylaştılar. Çok memnun kaldık TEŞEKKÜRLER.
• Merve (10/5): Konforlu ve keyif dolu bir tesis - 4 arkadaş gittiğimiz bir datça tatiliydi. Kaldığım en ferah ve temiz apart dairelerinden biriydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, güzel de bir konuma sahip. Eviniz gibi rahat hissedebileceğiniz, akşam balkonunda oturmaktan keyif alacağınız bir tesis. İşletme sahibi Murat Bey’e nezaketi, ikramları ve Datça tatilimizi zenginleştiren önerileri için teşekkür ederiz. :)
• ismail (10/5): hoş bir tatil - otelin yerini çok kolayca bulduk. daire gayet geniş ve ferahtı. temizliğe özen gösterilmiş, odamızın manzarası harikaydı. murat bey çok kibar ve samimi bi arkadaş her türlü konuda yardımcı oluyor.fiyat/ performans olarak ertem apart çok başarılı. datça çok güzel bir tatil yeri özellikle sakin bi tatil geçirmek isteyenler için kesinlikle datçayı ve ertem apartı tavsiye ederim.
• nurcan (10/5): İki gün ya da iki ay fark etmiyor hep aynı huzur.. - Datça'yı zaten severdim, artık daha çok seviyorum. Her geldiğimde güler yüzle, ilgiyle karşılanıyorum. Ertem Apart ev konforu ve huzuru arayan, merkezi ama sakin bir yerde olmayı isteyen herkes için uygun bir tercih olacaktır.

• Sevgi (10/5): Evinizdeymiş gibi - Datça ziyaretimin üçüncü ve son gününde arkadaşımla beraber Ertem apartta konakladık. Merkeze, sahile yürüme mesafesinde. Her şey ayrıntısıyla düşünülmüştü. Eve girdiğimizde bizi karşılayan hoşgeldiniz notundan tutun, buzdolabına yapıştırılmış bilgilendiricisi küçük notlar mevcuttu:) Gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Bir rehber edasıyla ve samimiyetiyle Murat bey bizi ‘Datça’da ne yapılır, nereler gezilir’ ayrıntısıyla bilgilendirdi. Keşke ilk gün burada konaklasaymışız dedik:) Misafirperverliği, hizmeti ve güleryüzü sayesinde Murat beye ve ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz :) Datça’yı mutlaka görün ve gönül rahatlığıyla Ertem apartta kalın derim.

• KORAL (10/5): Rahat ve huzurlu Datça tatili - Eşim ve iki kızım ile birlikte yaptığımız 8 günlük Datça tatili, konakladığımız Ertem Apartın ev konforu, Datça merkezine yürüme mesafesinde yakınlığı ve Murat beyin rehberliği ile mükemmel geçti. Tatilde huzur, temiz bir ortam ve ev konforu arayan herkese Ertem apartı ayrıca da Datça yı ailece tavsiye ediyoruz. Murat bey ve Ailesine çok teşekkürler.
