She showed me a cozy room and said that if I had any questions, I could either call her or write to her on WhatsApp. The room had all the amenities: clean bedding, towels, toilet, shower, hairdryer—everything I needed for two days. The only thing I missed was indoor slippers.

• Sally-Anne (8/5): Close to the Tower - Lovely location- very close to the tower - 5 minute walk - and all of the restaurants, cafes etc. air conditioning wasn’t working but was fixed within hours by the owners. Very nice accommodation.
• Charles (7/5): Great location, dumb check-in. - Great location, away from the crowds. Good apartment. Beware, MOZZIES, lots of them! Check-in was not easy. You have to call to make an appointment! I stood outside the front door (as arranged) for 30 mins, while the host waited for me in the apartment! Wasn't until I got fed up and rang the bell, did she tell me she was 3 floors upstairs! (oh, and there is a lift!) Not happy!

• Jessica (7/5): Wir kamen da, dann hat uns die Frau schon sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist in der 3 Etage. Der Aufzug ist sehr - Es war sehr sauber und wirklich nur 5 min zu Fuß zum Pisaturm! Das kein warmes Wasser beim Duschen war und keine Schere in der Küche ist! Wir sind eine 5 Köpfige Familie somit können die Kinder selbstverständlich nicht immer leise sein. Wir waren wenn es hoch kommt nur 1 std im Zimmer, sie waren nur einmal 4 Sekunde laut und es wurde direkt an den Wänden geklopft.
• Shakeel (8/5): A clean, well-equipped room in a perfect location with a helpful host – an ideal stay in Pisa! - The room is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which made exploring the city so easy. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making check-in and the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Pisa! The only thing we didn’t expect was that the host entered the room in our absence to tidy up and make the bed. While we appreciated the effort, it would have been nice to know in advance so we could arrange our belongings accordingly.

• Franklin (9/5): - Location was good and very close to Pisa. The view of Pisa from the balcony was nice. Room was clean and spacious for 4 people. The staff was helpful. In case of early checkout to airport, suggest to pre-book cabs as it might be difficult in case you are new to the place.

En plus, la chambre est juste à côté du centre-ville historique. Juste faire attention le parking payant à côté est vraiment très cher et ne propose pas de prix à la journée.

• Martine (10/5): Väldigt nära centrum - Hade kontakt med boendet via Whatsapp, jättesmidigt. Supertrevlig mamma och dotter. Helt förvånad över hur fint rum och toalett och hur extremt rent det var. AC, minikyl och hårtork. Jag gillade sängen och kuddarna. Man är i princip 1 minut från centrum. Vi skulle lätt kunna komma hit igen. Det finns 4 rum, man delar köket. Vi hade första rummet till höger. Allt ligger på 3. Våning med hiss.

• Mariel (3/5): Not worth it. - Just the location is that is worth it. And the fact that they let us do an early check in. Giulia was responsive to what’s app. Noisy from upstairs, paper thin walls, you want to hear a joke? You have to pay 0.5€ to get a coffee pod from an automatic machine in house, I know it’s funny. No hot water and no pressure that was the main problem for me, you had to wait 10 minutes for the water that has absolutely 0 pressure and the hot water would last for maybe 3 minutes, when I asked they said that is fine in the kitchen. Bed was rubbish and the pillows where thick as an a4 sheet, a scent of mold was in the air aswell all of this for a regular payment of just 130€ per night absolutely absurd. Check out 10:00 that’s new too. You are redefining the word hospitality in a very dark way. Do better
• John (4/5): uncomfortable from mosquitoes, security, - close to Pisa Tower. The room and toilet are clean. The support staff (Julia) was very supportive - I appreciate her. plenty of mosquitos in the room. Poor quality bath towels. No hot water to bath. No heating against the cold, no extension box to connect my electronic device from my country to the socket on the wall in the room so i had to buy a device for myself that i did not need to buy. The street looked unsafe and made me concerned for my security. Too expensive for the lower quality room. Outside security door downstairs was left open a few times after i checked in - this made me uncomfortable from a security standpoint.

• Erion (2/5): All you get is a room in an appartment - This place is just an apartment where three rooms are changed in rooms to let. Significantly overpriced for what is offered. Reached late in the evening and got lost. No door or other signs to indicate presence in an otherwise deserted road. The room booking indicates that breakfast is included, but in fact no breakfast was offered. The landlady told parking in the street was safe, but all reviews indicated that area was dangerous and actually many cars were broken into. Negative experience in overall. Could make sense only for lovers of adventure turism and for less than half of the price it was actually offered.

• Isabella (8/5): Nice room and convenient to the Pisa Tower - This is not an actual hotel, is a room on a city building, the room is very clean and comfortable with everything you need, it’s very close to the Pisa Tower and easy to access by bus from the station. I would recommend. The check in was made by the proprietary, but strict to the check in time, we arrive a little earlier and had to wait, was not an issue, but maybe should be informed ok the site that check in is in person and it’s not a hotel reception.

There were not instructions about front gate entrance to the building ; which it did not work properly - because key has a trick to open . Otherwise , it will not open. We had to wait for a while with small kids outside. The elevator not always work , so I had to go down stairs 3 floors with 3 lugage. There was not soap or shampoo. The wall plugs in bathroom area did not work. Nice view of the tower from the hotel and walking distance a plus. Better explanation of how keys and elevator work

• Edna Margarita (6/5): Complica llamar a responsable - Esta bien ubicado el edificio, lo que no me agradó es que al dueño se le debe notificar la reservación por teléfono y como extranjero no se cuenta en ocasiones con teléfono celular local, lo que complica la comunicación, nosotros tuvimos que pedirle el favor y el teléfono al vecino del negocio de a lado, que aunque fue muy amable, no es grato pedir esas cosas. Llegó el dueño a acomodar algunas cosas de la habitación y a terminar de alistarla. Fuera de eso el lugar está bien situado muy cerca de la Torre de pisa.

• Rohini (3/5): unsatisfied with expensive stay - Location close to the train station and Pisa tower (which is fully hype) It was poor experience with stay. I strongly do not recommend. Staff was not available on time. I was with my 2 years daughter sitting on stairs for long waiting for staff. Sleep in the night with mosquito was terrible. Overall not relevant as per cost they charged. Due to the close to Pisa location(hype) price is high and I would recommend not to stay in Pisa.

Potentially you could have eight to ten people accessing the bathroom facilities. There appears to be four different rooms on the floor. If you are staying here you have to phone ahead to arrange the handover of the keys as there isn’t anyone on-site

• Verified traveler (6/5): Desorganización y un alojamiento sin más - Nuestro checkin fue muy atropellado… la comunicación con el alojamiento fue complicada, avisamos con una hora de antelación nuestra llegada y aún así tuvimos que esperar 20’ para entrar bajo la lluvia en día de partido de fútbol, por lo que las calles estaban cortadas y no se nos avisó. Una vez entramos al apartamento, la encargada no supo encontrar nuestra reserva y luego nos puso en una habitación equivocada (con baño externo en vez de con baño interno). Finalmente, la encargada verificó la información tras marcharse a su oficina y volvió para cambiarnos amablemente a la habitación por la que habíamos pagado. Por otra parte, las instalaciones están bien, limpias, sin embargo el baño de nuestra habitación olía muy fuerte a cañerías. Además, en Hotels.com se indica que el alojamiento dispone de aparcamiento, pero no es así: hay que aparcar en la calle pagando parquímetro o sino hay un parking gratuito en el que es imposible encontrar hueco. En líneas generales, el alojamiento está sin más… al menos estaba limpio y muy cerca del centro de Pisa. El checkin desorganizado que nos hizo perder tiempo, el olor del baño y la ausencia de parking, nos han dejado decepcionados.

• Roozbeh.t (7/5): A nice place for short stay and close to Pisa Tower - The room was clean and well maintained, with a nice balcony that you can see Pisa Tower from there. The landlady was cheerful and supportive. The hotel is located within an apartment! Basically, they have converted an apartment into some rooms (our room had a private bathroom inside it) with a shared kitchen. The sink in the restroom was clogged, and they didn't fix it when we were there. The wifi speed was not that good, and the parking lots on the street next to the hotel were not free from 8:00 to 20:00, but they were free on weekends.

We had to wait more than 30 min before checking-in as the owner didn't answer our calls although we were at the apartment on time. The bathroom was located outside the room for one of the rooms. The mosquito net didn't work. The sound isolation of our room was very poor, as we could hear everything from the hallway.

I am 76, not got great eyesight. I thought I was at the wrong place. Would like to have had facilities to make tea in the kitchen , e.g., there were tea bags but no milk, it would be handy to have the UHT small milk cartons like they have on the planes and trains.
