• Emma (8/5): Outside of town but amazing value - We had a lovely view out to sea. The room & area were so so quiet & pretty. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. Great Japanese style toilet also. Bear in mind to get in and out of town (i.e Haendae) or anywhere nearby you will need to make use of public transport as it's hilly and walking in and out is quite long & strenuous, even for two fit people in their 40s. This didn't bother us as we had our T money cards ready!

• HeeSu (10/5): 해운대 호텔은 선트리 호텔 - 직원분들이 다 너무 친절하셨습니다~! 그리고 베란다에 자쿠지가 있는데 분위기랑 너무 좋았어요! 덕분에 친구들이랑 좋은 기억 만들고 갔습니다. 숙소 내부도 깨끗하고 냄새에 예민한편인데 침대에 꿉꿉한 냄새가 안나서 좋았습니다 아쉬웠다기보다는 갈거면 자동차가 있으면 좋을거 같습니다. 해운대 해변쪽에 있다보니까 차 없이는 이동하기 어려울것 같습니다. 차끌고 여행하시는 분들한테 추천드려요! 근데 택시도 잘 잡히니까 차 없어도 괜찮긴 합니다~!

• Rebecca (3/5): Ok - The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very far from the subway and there were not many places to eat nearby. There were no laundry services at the hotel or nearby. Staff were not very helpful, it would be great if they provided a map of the area. The breakfast is really just plain bread or ramen noodles so could really be drastically improved for the price paid.
• Monika (9/5): Schönes Ausspannen im Herbst abseits des Großstadttrubels. - Großartige Lage mit Meerblick auf einen kleinen Hafen, am Rand von Busan. Die Gegend ist ein bekanntes Ausflugsziel. Der Frühstücksraum, alles Wegwerfartikel!!

• Chloe (10/5): Brilliant view, great room. 10/10 - This location is absolutely perfect for those looking for a quiet stay with great amenities all around. My friend and I really enjoyed the restaurants in the area, the spacious room, comfy bed and lovely, helpful staff. It's a 30 minute walk from the beach, with a stunning view all around. I highly recommend paying that little bit extra for a sea view :)

They monitored everything we ate, which made it very uncomfortable. It was also quite strange that they started cleaning while we were still eating. The breakfast options were very limited

• Inge (10/5): Beyond my expectations. - Exceptional stay. Value for money. The room was clean, stunning view and spacious. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom! The staff are accommodating and welcoming. The area is quiet and has an ocean view.

• Kc (8/5): A Mountain Top Gem - It was a nice hotel in a lovely location with a view of the sea. The staff was friendly and kind. They even brought up a welcome package of cookies and instant ramen. The hotel is a little out of the way but it is very easy to get to the main area by walking or a quick cab. There are many restaurants down the road, although the convenience store is too far away. The only two negatives were my bathroom trash hadn't been changed from the last guest and the bathtub was too small. I chose the hotel for the location and the bathtub, but it was hard to get comfortable because of the size. Although, the hot water was abundant.

Sunrise was amazing. The price is now too expensive just to see the sunrise in this hotel thought

• Justin (8/5): Some good / Some not-so-good - Despite saying that our room would not be cleaned as it is not offered for stays of 2 nights or fewer (and I did stay for 2 nights), it was a nice surprise to come back after a long hike to find that they in fact did clean our room. I asked for 2 keycards (for my wife and me) so that we could keep the air conditioning on while we were away during the day because my stay was in August and it’s a nice feeling to come back to an air conditioned room in the middle of August. The man at rhe desk refused to citing problems with hotel guests losing them. My guess is they refuse this because they don’t like paying the electricity bill. But what’s the point of running a hotel if you’re not going to cater to guest’s comfort. Guess I should’ve been more aware of this hotel’s 2-star status (which they display proudly(?) on a plaque outside the front door.

Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The room was big and very clean! Great stay for a little quiet relaxing weekend! Getting to the hotel by public transport can be very tricky, if you have a lot of luggage I would recommend taking a taxi. It's a bit of a long walk to Haeundae Beach but has great views so it goes by fast!

• John (10/5): EXCELLENT VALUE. SUPER CLEAN. WONDERFUL STAFF - Honestly I dont know why this has such a low rating it is SUPER clean and looks new. Great view and area. The guy who worked at night was beyond friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Easy check out in the morning. Stay here and you wont be dissapointed EXCELLENT VALUE The only downside was we didnt know if there was parking but there was a small lot across the way didnt end up paying more than a few bucks for the night.

Many cafes nearby and a good amount of choices for restaurants within walking distance. A bit off track of the "main" Haeundae area but the nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. Room was quite warm at night and I had to keep the aircon on to stay comfortable.

• Beth (9/5): great place for a family to stay in a beautiful neighborhood - we loved how spacious our apartment was and all the natural light and clean bedding. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful the property is on a beautiful road but it is about a 30 minutes walk from either subway station so a hit remote. However we had help getting taxis and that worked well. also it would be great if breakfast was included as an option

The apartment is huge, with an indoor pool (which wasn't filled, probably can be arranged), living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms. The main room is spacious with 2 double beds and a nice window view. The other room with 2 single beds doesn't have a window. The bathrooms. Shower area doesn't have a curb, hence whole toilet will be totally wet after shower.

• Sofizitah (8/5): Nice hotel, not easy to commute - Nice hotel with big and comfortable room in a nice area. The air conditioning blows to the bed so we had to sleep without using it, the room was 29 degrees. For our trip this was not the best location because we had 3 days in Busan. The public transport was not very close to the hotel and to Busan city center was almost 1.3h by bus.

• 300melvinl (10/5): Best Customer Service Ever - Went there with my girlfriend in Sept 2019. From the beginning to check out all the personal from Suntree made us feel at home even though there was the language barrier. They call the taxi for us every single time, gave the best suggestion where to eat, always friendly when they see you. If you want to experience cherry blossoms no need to go far, Suntree hotel has an amazing view for the cherry blossoms during their seasons. Looking forward to come back to stay there again.
