• Alexander (4/5): Wunderschöner Ort, Wohnung aber mit erheblichen Mängeln - Der Ort ist sehr schön und wunderbar gelegen. Am Abend kann man die Ruhe geniessen und tagsüber die Gegend erkunden. Uns wurde schnell und unkompliziert eine Genehmigung um mit dem Auto für die An- und Abreise in den Ort zu fahren besorgt. Ansonsten ist es nicht gestattet mit dem Auto einzufahren. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht weit entfernt und es hat sogar zwei 22kW Ladestellen. Es gibt viele Sachen, die repariert werden müssen. So konnte man am Gasherd die grosse Flamme nicht nutzen, da der Temperaturfühler defekt war. Weiterhin konnte das Fenster in der Essküche nicht geöffnet werden, weil es sonst im Hof gelandet wäre. Duschkopf defekt, Tür vom integrierten Gefrierfach des Kühlschrank fehlt, ... . Alles in Allen ist die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter sollte selbst mal ein paar Tage in der Wohnung verbringen um zu merken was alles defekt ist und alle Mängel beseitigen.

• alessandro (6/5): Monticchiello in famiglia a Pasqua - Ottima posizione in un paesino tranquillo. Casa del 1100 , molto particolare. Host molto gentile Nella descrizione deve essere specificato che la seconda camera è fuori dall’appartamento, nel caso una famiglia avesse bambini piccoli. Toglierei foto antiche di parenti. Asciugamani ruvidi e un bagno con una vasca molto piccola che non si può usare come doccia se non allagando il bagno. Ci sono 2 tv ma non c’è segnale. La caldaia è rumorosa nonostante ci sia una porta che divide una camera dalle scale. Io ho portato caffè sennò in paese non ho visto bar e non si può entrare con auto in paese.

• Alessia (7/5): - Struttura molto carina nel centro del borgo. Nella nostra casetta c’era una piccola vasca in cui potersi fare la doccia ed era un po’ scomoda perché il gancio non permetteva di appendere il doccino. Era un po’ freddo nonostante avessimo alzato il riscaldamento.

• Bülent (7/5): Ev sahibi çok sempatikti bize çok yardımcı oldu. Tesis iyi restore edilmiş. Yeri çok merkezi idi. Köy çok sevimli idi. - Çok merkezi idi. Gezilecek yerlere ve akşam restoranlara Pek temiz değildi. Alt katta El sabunu yoktu. Çarşaflar temiz gibi gelmedi. Havlular eskimekten zımpara kâğıdı gibi olmuştu. Bu tesise daha çok ihtimam gösterilmeli.
• Peter (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war der Hammer und die Umgebung super toll, halt Toskana. Trotz der Sprachbarriere war der Kontakt super. Wir wurden abgeholt und hingeleitet weil nicht einfach zu finden. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

• Sabine (9/5): benissimo per un breve soggiorno! - l’appartamento aveva tutto il necessario ed oltre (es.taps per la lavastoviglie,shampoo,bagnosciuma, aceto,olio,sale.caffè). L’aria condizionata funziona anche come pompa si calore perchè purtroppo faceva un po freddo. era pulita, il lettino da viaggio richiesro aveva anche un materasso più morbido in aggiunta, silenzioso. Check in semplice e la comunicazione con il proprietario precisa, veloce ed immediata. purtroppo non è possibile parcheggiare sotto l’alloggio, solo caricare/scaricare, un po scomodo con bambini piccoli (zona ZTL- a pochi minuto a piedi un parcheggio gratuito) l’appartamento è un po datato,come anche ascigamani e lenzuola e anche il pavimento (piastrelle quindi freddo e meglio portarsi dietro delle pantofole), sarebbe un po da ristrutturare. un letto si è rotto (fissato solo con dei nastri), cosa che non dovrebbe accadere, anche se la proprietaria è intervenuta subito e l’ha sistemaro provvisoriamente.

El jardín si estuviese bien mantenido sería idílico. Las toallas exfoliaban. Es una pena que una casa tan bonita esté tan descuidada.

• Michael (9/5): GOOD EXPERIENCE - Cool little town with wonderful views. To do our own breakfast, we looked for local bakeries/grocery stores. Only one opened at 9:30 am or so. Was poorly supplied. We made some sandwiches and headed for our next destination.

• Suzanne (8/5): Very good - Beautiful location. Ristorante Daria is fabulous. La Guardiola Wine & Food to watch the sunset. Only stayed for a night in a one bed. Good communication with the host, called me to advise re getting the keys. Nice apartment. The bath is very small and there was no hot water. Bed was ok, could do with more pillows and upgrade to bedding, same with towels.

• Aldo (8/5): A pleasant experience - It's worth the experience of staying in an old (but fairly restored) Monticchielo house. It's a wonderful visit. We didn't know that the bedrooms don't connect from inside the house. It's like 2 separate places. And with kids the logistics is more challenging. The bedroom downstairs smells moisture.
• Brita (1/5): Great view but rooms are not clean - Montichiello lies on top of a hill, thus it has a steep access. If travelling with a big suitcase, one has to accept the uphill carrying of it. The accomodation has a nice view. It s NOT a clean place! In addition, it has clear signs of mould and the smell is present! Bathroom light did not work. All in all the 9.6 rating is undeserved, my personal opinion.
• Steven (9/5): Amazing stay in a gorgeous apartment and town. Very good location to explore the region! - We really enjoyed the silence and beauty of the town and apartment. It was a real gem and great value for money. There were no open bars in the town and we were desperate for a coffee in the morning. We should have brought our own coffee and breakfast.
