Especially one Malay lady! But I don't know her name The room, the hotel, the receptionist, the cleanliness, the toilet, broken basin, very dirty room

• PUTERI FARAH AINAA (3/5): - I like that the place is affordable and the location near Lotus is very convenient. However, I was a bit concerned about the toilet cleanliness, and the lack of windows made the room feel enclosed for me. The rooms felt smaller than I expected. I noticed the toilet could use better maintenance, and that was a concern for me. The unit was nice, but the lack of windows made the space feel enclosed and I prefer more ventilation.
