Guest Reviews
- Gerardo (4/5): - To small space, not a bed, is a sofa bed , there is a mosquitos in room , the lock of the principal door is dificultad to open,is not accord to the price.
- Zhang (8/5): Tiny and central - The location was perfect, right in the city centre, close to the Uffizi art museum. Nice and clean. It was really tiny, folding sofa.
- Yu (8/5): I will definitely back to Florence. - It's close to Pitti Palace, Uffizi Gallery, and various famous places, and it's very wonderful. It's not suitable for people who are not good at narrow things. But it's very cosy.
- G (2/5): Be aware of 50 euro charge and overprice tax - We stayed in the room for three nights. The photographs look much better than the actual room. Before our arrival we got confusing messages from three different numbers regarding our check in. A lady met us outside the property and demanded 50 euros cleaning fee, despite no mention of this anywhere. She also over charged us the city tax. We had to pay cash, no receipt. At the end the room was so expensive that we could have stayed in a bigger nicer place. The wifi did not work properly and the room was not clean.
I would avoid staying here.
- Michelle (3/5): Supposed to be there for 5 days only stayed for 2 , this is the first sketchy place I stayed in - The location is great!! And that’s the only thing Sofa bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was tiny , let’s just say the shower was like 2ftx2ft , the shower drain did not drain properly water all over floor , mosquitoes everywhere, people banging on door during the day and night , contacted number given to me no response at all until I started emailing them from the booking site , air conditioner worked for one day , hot water stopped working the second day again reached out on WhatsApp with the numbers I was given and no response. We ended up going to the corner of the street where Pitti Palace B&B hotel was and stayed there for the extra money do it so you can take a real shower , sleep on a real bed with an air conditioned room and also a continental breakfast! I always travel and use Airbnb’s and never had an issue until this one ! Also the pictures are deceiving!
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sazin (1/5): Bad -
- Elena (8/5): Very good -
- Ida (8/5): Compact apartment, perfect location! - Perfect location for visiting Firenze!
Tiny compact apartment, very safe with extra locks on all doors.
Good communication and accommodating hosts! It was a bit difficult to find the place the first time, as we didn't know that in Firenze(Italy?) there are two different types of house numbers on the street: one for businesses, and 1 for apartments. so we stood outside a vending machine thinking we got scammed as our phones weren't working well in this place. Hahahah! luckily we made contact with the host, and found him fast, just down the street! :)
- Anna (4/5): False Advertising. - Even though it was advertised as free wifi/internet, and I told the person who met us there that internet was a high priority for us, we were highly inconvenienced without internet for at least 1/4 of our stay. No air conditioning was provided, even though advertised. In lieu of this, our request for a fan was declined too. Not enough room in shower and bedroom.
