Je staat soms echt lang te wachten. Ontbijt volledig Koreaans georiënteerd. Weinig Westerse producten. Drie keer gedoe met koffiezetapparaat. Sommig personeel heel onkundig. Wat me echt stoorde is dat we pas om 14 uur konden inchecken terwijl je weet dat de kamer al klaar is. In dit prijssegment echt jammerlijk wetende dat we de volgende dag al om 08.00 uur uitchecken. Breakfast was good and diversified enough to choose between Korean food and English breakfast. Staff with full of attention. Maybe add one or two free shelves to use for storage of my luggage contents in the bedroom and not to leave things on the floor. Well active area with restaurants, bars and corner shops. But we need to walk 500 m to reach the nearest subway station. And also 30 minutes walk needed to reach the Hwaseong Fortress.

- Jing (8/5): Simple and comfortable stay - Staff was friendly and breakfast was simple but delicious. Rooms were clean. Hotel had valet parking and location was easy to access without a car too. Hair dryer was not working well.

- Ian (8/5): - We had a great stay! Was nice to have a gym and free laundry - came in handy throughout our stay. Room was very comfortable and modern, with floor to ceiling windows. Location was right in the middle of a great area in town with lots of restaurants and things to do.
- Victor (8/5): Great location and nice staff - The room was spacious and very comfortable. It also felt quite new. The staff was also very nice. There were many restaurants and event locations nearby the hotel, however, it was always quiet in the room. There was also a "CU" convenience store just across the street and it was only a 10/15 minute walk to the nearest train station. The bathroom didn't had a curtain between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Hence, whenever one was taking a shower, the whole bathroom was "flooded".

- Janet (10/5): Very highly recommended! - Everything about this hotel was brilliant. We had a double & twin bed in a very spacious room with great amenities and service. The location was excellent for tourist sites in and out of town. The staff were really helpful and it was very good value. There was even a free self-service laundry option. Highly recommended! Some overnight noise outside especially with windiow open

- JOELLE (10/5): - Bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture des centres d'intérêt. Très bon accueil professionnel. Parking gratuit. Chambre très bien. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Restaurants à proximité. Très bonne adresse si on veut visiter la belle ville de Suwon.

- JUN (8/5): - This hotel had a beautiful building, clean inside, spacious rooms, and good service. However, since it is located in the downtown area, I felt it was not safe at night.

- donghyun (10/5): 조식 맛있어요 - 가격만큼은 하는것 같습니다. 조금 좁은거 같으나 특별히 불편한거 없습니다. 아침에 조식은 종류가 많지는 않지만 정말 훌륭합니다. 다음에도 숙박할것 같아요.

- Vojtěch (7/5): Stay for two nights - The hotel is located in a modern part of the city near the town hall. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The historic city centre is a little further away. Parking is located under the hotel, the car is parked by the hotel staff, however, during the stay you can not get anything from the car.

- Yoonbin (10/5): - A serious business hotel in the middle of a more adult-entertainment-oriented district (not an overtly "red" district, though). Hotel itself is surprisingly pleasant.
