• SALVATORE NOBILE (9/5): - Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento con il balconcino. Appena entrati, abbiamo sentito un piacevole profumo di pulito. L'alloggio, infatti, era pulitissimo in tutti i suoi dettagli, persino il forno a microonde e la macchina del caffè erano splendenti. L'appartamento è assolutamente confortevole ed ha gli spazi giusti per essere vissuto. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono stati il materasso e i cuscini di una comodità assurda e le lenzuola di altissima qualità che conciliavano un meraviglioso riposo. Il palazzo nel quale si trova è stupendo, in perfetto stile sivigliano e la terrazza vanta una piccola piscina che è servita a farci rilassare nelle ore più calde. La posizione, poi, è totalmente in centro. A due passi dalla cattedrale e massimo 20 minuti da tutte le attrazioni maggiori. Consiglio a tutti di scegliere uno di questi appartamenti, anche perché chi li gestisce è molto attento ad esaudire ogni richiesta avanzata. Più come consiglio, metterei un altro telo più piccolo oltre al telo doccia perché, quando si lavano i capelli, non è proprio il massimo usare lo stesso telo.

• Susanne (8/5): - Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte die Kathedrale und Real Alcázar in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt war in der Straße . Die Ausstattung war gut und das Personal sehr nett und fast jeden Tag vor Ort. Auf der Dachterrasse war ein kleiner Pool , perfekte um sich nach einem langen Stadt Tag abzukühlen oder einfach mal die Füße ins Wasser zu halten. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich eine Bar die sehr viel Lärm verursacht ( nachts ) was leider nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu ertragen ist.
• mathieu (9/5): Excellent séjour à Séville. Je recommande vivement ce logement et son emplacement. - J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, la propreté et le calme du logement. Concernant la localisation, sa proximité avec le centre historique permet de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de la ville de Séville dans les meilleures conditions. Je n’ai rien à signaler de négatif. J’ai tout apprécié et je suis vraiment très satisfait de ce logement, qui offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec un hôte très serviable et disponible.

• W. (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf, leuk dakterras. Goede ligging in het centrum. - Toegang met code, handig. Ligging rustig maar in centrum! Alles op loopafstand. Eigen patio (wel saai, kan wat extra sfeerinrichting gebruiken). Geweldig dakterras met klein zwembadje. Bij aankomst bleek het zwembad nog niet schoongemaakt. Dit was net de warmste dag. Onze klacht hierover werd wel binnen 10 minuten opgepakt. Net als een vraag die wij hadden. De bedden waren wel prima maar gezien het luxe appartement met stevige prijs hadden wij iets luxere bedden verwacht.

• Valeria (9/5): Excelente ubicación en un lindo apartamento - La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de varios puntos de interés en la ciudad de Sevilla y también a poquitas cuadras de cruzar el puente para el barrio de Triana. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía de vacaciones. Tendrían que dejar algún elemento de limpieza (escoba y trapo de piso por ejemplo), ya que si estás varios días es necesario.

• Elfara (8/5): Amazing location. Great roof top terrace - The location is exceptional! We were within easy reach of most sights one might want to see when first in Seville. We were there during Semana Santa and a few processions went right past the house and could be observed from the roof terrace which was exciting! We also enjoyed the plunge pool on the roof top albeit it being quite cold - certainly this will be great for the hotter months in Seville. There was a washing machine that came in handy (washing powder has of course to be purchased). Also nice towels and shampoo/shower gel were provided. Due to the apartment's very central location finding parking was difficult, so one has to be aware which we were, but despite that it still comes as a slight surprise when seen in reality;) Also: we arrived during Semana Santa which meant that many streets were blocked four traffic for the processions - again not the apartment's fault! We decided to park at underground "Parking Paseo de Colón" that was a less than 10 min walk from the apartment, was easily accessible with the car, felt very safe and cost just over €26 per day. Regarding the apartment we were missing a hot water kettle. Also our boys found the sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable. The TV was a smart TV so it was nice to be able to connect to our Netflix,but for some reason the TV turned itself off every 10 to 15min or so and then it had to be restarted which took around a minute. Obviously not a disaster but annoying. We informed the owner who will look into the matter.

L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per il soggiorno ed è ben organizzato separando zona notte e giorno. Lo staff è stato super gentile e ci ha aiutato molto avendo una bambina piccola al seguito. Da tornarci! Le scale ci hanno messo un pochino in difficoltà con la bambina, ma tutto gestibile!

There is also 2 supermarkets in same street and many restaurants around. The building has lift, what makes an easy access if you are with big luggage. The apartment was very clean, good shower, comfortable bed, 2 air conditioners, tv and a small kitchen. The staff were very attentive and answered quick all my inquires. La comunicación con los gestores fue fluida y respondieron siempre a nuestras llamadas o consultas. La entrada fue algo más tarde de lo acordado por algún imprevisto pero en todo momento nos mantuvieron informados. Es un apartamento ideal para dos personas.
• Nadia (8/5): centralissimo - L'appartamento è centralissimo, praticamente a 10 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni principali. Le istruzioni per l'accesso alla struttura sono molto precise e lo staff che gestisce da remoto è gentile e premuroso, pronto a rispondere anche a domande e consigli per le possibili escursioni. L'appartamento è pulito. Il letto è comodo. Cuscini aggiuntivi e coperte nell'armadio. L'illuminazione degli ambienti è ottima. Il bagno non è pulitissimo, la doccia perde acqua verso l'esterno, quindi si allaga il pavimento, c'è un odore brutto in bagno, dovuto probabilmente agli scarichi. Per 2 persone per una settimana ci hanno dato solo 3 asciugamani. C'è la lavatrice ma non è fornito un detersivo. Lo stendino in camera è piccolissimo, di quelli da parete. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno è stata la carenza di attenzione nelle forniture per la cucina (piatti e tazze spaiati, assenza di un rotolo di carta). Con una spesa minima si potrebbe rendere la struttura più accogliente e funzionale per i clienti che restano più di poche notti.
• Daniela (4/5): Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Ottima posizione - pulito- comodità per il self check in- assenza di chiavi negli appartamenti che avevano ingresso con codici Quando siamo arrivati di notte gli appartamenti erano gelidi - in alcuni mancavano asciugamani e mancava la carta igienica (assurdo) con neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Avvisato l’host ha risposto che il riscaldamento era a basso consumo ma il giorno seguente e neanche nei 3 giorni hanno aggiustato il riscaldamento di uno degli appartamenti e due persone sono state al freddo per 3 giorni. Inoltre 2 appartamenti avevano scale. Precisamente la camera da letto si trovava in un piano differente da dove stava il bagno e il soggiornino-molto scomodo. In sede di descrizione degli appartamenti era precisato solo per 1 e non per l’altro appartamento. Sconsigliato per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Ci hanno consentito il deposito bagagli (che era incluso nella descrizione de servizi della struttura, scelta anche per questo). E se nel primo check out non ci sono stati problemi- Nel secondo l’host si è dimostrato molto scortese; aveva concesso di mettere tutti i bagagli in un appartamento- effettuato il check out dopo un paio d’ore hanno iniziato a mandare messaggi dicendo che non erano stati svuotati il frigo e armadi - in quel momento ci trovavamo in un tour prenotato - 3 di noi hanno dovuto abbandonare il tour (perdendo l’occasione di visita) per tornare negli appartamenti e scoprire (documentando con foto ) che invece tutto era stato svuotato come da accordi. Non solo! Ci spostano i bagagli senza indicarci dove fossero. All’ora concordata siamo tornati a riprenderli perché avevamo il volo - li abbiamo trovati dentro un armadio e siamo partiti. Quando eravamo già atterrati ci arriva altro messaggio dicendo che ancora non avevamo ritirato i bagagli e ci volevano addebitare somme di denaro (non concordate né mai menzionate ). Solo dopo che gli è stato fatto presente che eravamo già in un altro Stato hanno chiesto scusa che non avevano controllato le telecamere!!! Ma l’ultima giornata con lo stress dei bagagli ce l’hanno rovinata.

Scarso rapporto qualità prezzo - non lo consiglio - Ottima posizione - pulizia - comodo self check in e codici per accesso appartamenti - gentilezza signora delle pulizie Dal precedente soggiorno avevamo raccomandato all’host di far trovare il riscaldamento- la carta igienica- e acqua. Quando siamo arrivati di notte gli appartamenti erano gelidi - in alcuni mancavano di nuovo asciugamani e mancava la carta igienica (assurdo!!! Li avevamo avvisati) con neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. La notte del 31 con tutto chiuso! Ma quando mai non si mette la carta igienica!!! Inoltre 2 appartamenti avevano scale. Precisamente la camera da letto si trovava in un piano differente da dove stava il bagno e il soggiornino-molto scomodo. Quando eravamo già atterrati in Italia arriva altro messaggio dicendo che ancora non avevamo ritirato i bagagli e ci volevano addebitare costi aggiuntivi non concordati. (Assurdo) Solo dopo che gli è stato fatto notare che eravamo già in altro Stato hanno chiesto scusa e guardato le telecamere (non potevano farlo prima?!)
• Ferdinando (10/5): Esperienza da ripetere super - Esperienza bellissima, appartamento al centro di Siviglia ma in un contesto tranquillo. L appartamento è fornitissimo di tutto e questo fa la differenza se come noi viaggi con una bimba piccola. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile con comunicazioni facili e veloci.

• sgnile (9/5): Stedentrip - Het een schoon appartement. De bedden lagen prima, evenals het kussen. Lag in het hartje van de stad. Prima uitvalsbasis. We zijn 6 nachten geweest en halverwege werd het bed verschoond, kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Doordat het zo midden in het centrum lag was het wat lawaaiig vanaf de straat.

• Daphne (9/5): Recommended - We had five nights in this spacious and comfy apartment.Lovely comfy couch, super comfy bed with quality pillows and bedding Great location within walking distance of groceries and restaurants and all the major tourist attractions we wanted to see. Although we didn't meet any staff, the host responded quickly when we had questions. The only small thing that could have improved our stay (and I did mention this to the host) was providing a brush for the floor and one or two cleaning supplies so we could keep the place a bit cleaner during our multi'day stay. But that is minor.

• Ángeles (9/5): - Lo céntrico que estaba. Y que al salir al balcón, se veía la catedral. En el amanecer es precioso. Por poner una pega, como hacía mucho frío, la calefacción no funcionaba bien y entraba frío por la puerta del balcón y del rellano. Pero se puede solucionar fácilmente.
