- Mia (1/5): Bad - The host owes us the cleaning fee and first nights money as we turned up to a dirty apartment. This was agreed that they would give us this refund, however now are refusing to so I am having to leave this review to contact them
- Estelle (6/5): Good stay overall. But some devices need to be fixed. - The flat was situated near the town center of Lisbon. Ideally to walk around and get lost in this beautiful city. The flat was clean and modern. There were different things that were broken (ventilator, electric blinds, dishwasher wasn’t working properly, we couldn’t find sheets for the sofa bed and we messaged the people managing the flat. But we didn’t get much help.
- María (6/5): Pleasant - only 15 minute walk from city centre They charge 50€ for cleaning fees however on arrival the flat was not very clean, mark stains on floor, rubbish in the balcony and a thick layer of dust under the bed

One of the blackout blinds in the living room where the sofa bed is did not work so was woken up by daylight at 5am. Not great when you are selling the sofa bed as a bedroom
- Jamalat (2/5): Don’t do it - I did not like it at all They charge me deposit€250 , they give it back to me after 2 weeks, but did not tell me about it. The problem my children were in the street 2 hours till I paid the €250 to give us the code for the apartment to get in. It was clean but the bathroom smells 🥵😳😤💩something wrong with the sewers

單位狀況不算乾淨,不適合小孩。
房價不是特別便宜,但就連沖涼液都沒有提供。
有一個1.5米高的風扇,stand 及風扇的罩完全是破爛的 一開就會跌下來 但是風扇的罩是全開的10分危險

El mal olor del apartamento no me permitió pasar sino una noche de las 4 contratadas.
Me comuniqué con expidia para la solución,me dijeron que dejara las llaves e hiciera check out antes de 11 am.
Lo hice y después me contestaron que la propiedad no hacía reembolso. Por lo cual perdí el dinero cancelado y madiebrspondio
- Alma (4/5): - Whoever is in charge of managing the place must be new. Communication was handled very poorly. From arriving and during stay I needed extra towels and to know where to place trash. It took them 3 days to respond. The bathroom smells like open sewer and the area is very noisy, there is a bar next to the building. I do not recommend this place.

- Ideal location. Close to metro and walking distance to many sights.
- Upper floor patio. We ate all our meals outside.
- Wonderfully appointed. High quality appliances, nice furniture, large bed.
- Management company very pleasant to deal with.
Cons:
- Dirty. Dust bunnies all over. Stains on furniture and rugs. Burn marks on flooring and furniture.
- Maintenance issues. Loose towel rack, broken floor fan, burnt out lightbulbs, non-functional turntable in microwave.
- Missing supplies for included appliances. Pod coffee maker with no pod coffee. Dishwasher with no dishwasher detergent.
- Overwhelming sewage smell from bathroom. Tried to air it out, only succeeding in making the rest of the apartment smell like sewage. Owner has been trying to remediate, but has been unsuccessful.
Overall, we had a very nice stay in Lisboa. And this apartment is lovely and in a great location of town. However, the sewage smell from the bathroom was A LOT to deal with. If we were staying more than two nights, we would have changed apartments.

Tram, métro et bus au pied de l’immeuble.
Seul point négatif : les accessoires de la salle de bain (porte-serviettes mal fixée, brosse wc très sale) ainsi que le manque de couverts dans la cuisine. Rien de grave donc !
- Ana (2/5): Host doesn't respect the guest, refuses to communicate and doesn't provide paid service - Apartment size is good, as well as bathroom and kitchen facilities. We liked that the apartment has balcony and it is close to the metro station. We travel a lot and have a lot of experience with renting apartments, but this is the first time that this unpleasant situation happened to us:
- Before arriving in Lisbon, the host sent a huge number of emails. Through all the emails, they were protecting themselves. I answered all emails and gave detailed information, but they didn't seem to communicate with each other. They contacted me on WhatsApp and I sent detailed information about our arrival there again. Although we followed the instructions exactly, there was no one at the location to meet us and we could not reach them by phone. After 50 minutes, a gentleman came and brought the key to the apartment.
- The sofa bed was broken and he said that the master would fix it. When we returned from the walk, part of it was repaired, but the sofa was not suitable for sleeping.
- The apartment is registered as accommodation for 4 people, it is only for two, because the sofa bed is not functional, and even if it was working, two people could not sleep on it
- We called them by phone, they never called us back, we spent around 50 euros in roaming on calls without any effect
- We wrote an email with a detailed explanation of the problem and a request to return part of the money, they did not respond to it either. No one showed up until the end of our stay nor did they ever replay to our e-mail.
- It is hard to believe that hospitality company working in tourism is so unprofessional, useless and has no interest in their guests after the payment is done. The only way to contact the company is through dispatch center, and it seems that nobody there communicates between each other and nobody cares to communicate with the guest. Also, lack of higher management involvement in delicate situations is scandalous.
- Ronald (1/5): bad smell, no blackout curtains - space horrible smell also not being solved by opening windows. the bedroom does not have blackout curtains so at 6am you have full sunlight in your face. would not recommend to anyone that would like to sleep longer then 6am

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location - 20 minutes walk to river front. Lively square 3 minutes walk and right beside bus / metro stations.
Dishwasher, cooker, washer, fridge-freezer, TV all new. Spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed. Balcony was good to have.
Large bathroom with good shower.
Only slight criticisms were condition - a few bathroom tile still not fixed, plaster round bedroom window incomplete, split in shower seal and wall edge strip and lack of wine glasses /oven gloves.
Great value, and overall fantastic place to stay to see Lisbon, but I note prices for 2020 in same period are around 25% higher.
- Christine (8/5): Superbe appartement , lumineux et très agréable! - Très bel appartement, entièrement refait, agréable, on s'y sent très bien, toutes les commodités à disposition. Balcon filant très agréable car bien ensoleillé. Quartier dans lequel on peut facilement trouver des supermarchés. Station de métro Intendante à 2 minutes à pied. Fameuse ligne 28 du tram également à 2 minutes. Idéalement situé. Machine à café Delta Q à disposition. Tout fonctionne parfaitement. Linge de lit et de toilettes impeccables! De multiples chaines satellites à disposition jour et nuit. Petit bémol toutefois car des chaînes exclusivement pour adultes sont en libre accès. Soyez donc vigilants lorsque vous faites défiler les chaînes en présence d'enfants!!!

但某些地方需要修繕,例如浴室磁磚有掉落未補。
因爲此房沒有櫃台,房東不會跟你聯絡住宿事宜(含Email),包含住宿當天也不會聯應繫,,我是到此房官網才聯繫到,令人相當不安。
- Lydie (8/5): - Appartement tres lumineux au 5eme etage avec ascenseur refait à neuf, conforme aux photos, proche metro et tram, plein de restaurants et petit supermarché proches. Vient d’etre rénové il reste d’ailleurs des details à finir ( manque quelques carreaux et porte de placard cuisine) , literie neuve. Bien equipé en cuisine ( manque cafetiere et quelques petites cuilleres) proche comlerce, chambre arriere au calme. Volets electrique et petit balcon, salle de bain vaste avec robinet de douche et seche serviette en hauteur ?!? . Propreté sol à revoir, armoires un peu encombrees par linge de maison. Mais au global tres bon sejour. Le contact avec l‘agence est minimaliste mais efficace. On peut meme deposer les bagages a l’agence le dernier jour apres le check out. Donc quelques defauts de jeunesse mais faciles à corriger.
- Pedro (2/5): Não voltaria. Local bom mas pessoas não confiáveis - O apartamento é muito bom e a localização ótima, pois fica bem perto do metrô. No geral minha estadia tinha sido ótima, porém, meu filho esqueceu um casaco no apartamento e tive que entrar em contato com quem peguei as chaves informando que voltaríamos para Lisboa em 1 semana e que pegaria o casaco onde eles me indicassem. A resposta inicial foi que veriam com o pessoal da limpeza, contudo, quando voltamos a Lisboa tentei ligar e enviei várias mensagens a respeito e não reponderam. Me senti lesado.
