- Kim (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! Pretty, quiet property right in the heart of Fira. While it’s bustling outside the gates, you don’t hear it inside. Villa had two floors with a rooftop jacuzzi. Bed is on second level along with the door to the roof. Jacuzzi was wonderful each night upon returning. Reception staff were wonderful! Cheerful and very helpful with all our needs. I highly recommend Palmariva Villas!
- Laura (10/5): - This is a must stay for Santorini. The staff are so helpful and pleasant, Julia is a sweetheart and has tons of great information about the island and gives detailed information on what to do and when the best time to go is. As well as reasonable transportation options. They even have a printed map to help explain things with visuals. The rooms are cleaned every day and robes provided. The location is perfect. A 1 min walk to the action but it’s far enough away from the really loud areas so you don’t hear anything at all. I’m a light sleeper so that’s important to me. It’s also right beside a supermarket and pharmacy so you can grab your own treats and water if needed. The free breakfast is also great and you decide when it’s delivered to the room. Facilities are absolutely beautiful and clean. I will be staying here again.

The free breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our room every morning. We also had an issue with the hot tide after hours and someone still came to assist the issue. Overall amazing stay and walkable to everything. Would stay here again.

Our room was not only spotless and comfortable but also offered awesome conscience to the island. The location is perfect—we were able to walk to all the major sites and the bus was just a few steps away. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel!

It is literally footsteps from restaurants, shopping and amazing views. Fira is a hopping place and we actually liked it better than Oia. We rented a car and drove the whole island and are so glad we did. You won’t regret staying here!
- Robert (10/5): - We spent 4 nights as a family of three in Villa Irida at Palmariva Villas, and honestly, it blew our expectations. The location is ideal, right in Fira with a bus station and restaurants a stone’s throw away, but miraculously quiet at night. Irida itself was spotless, beautifully designed with two full bathrooms, one on each level, and had a rooftop Jacuzzi that made both sunrise coffee and sunset wine feel cinematic. The breakfast delivered every morning was excellent, and the staff (Jenny and Julia) anticipated every need without being overbearing. Hot tub was perfect at sunset, we used it every night. There’s also a small swimming pool in the common area with beach chairs, we used it during the day when it was too hot for walking in town. Highly recommend for families who want luxury without the drama.

Only problem i had was i put up the do not disturb sign and the wind blew it off - only to come back to my hotel shocked my door was open and people were on there. - Gustavo (8/5): Hidden Gem, Palmariva Villas - Great location, division & distribution of space was awesome. Our kids loved having their own single bed. A little tight but actively working round luggage and breakfast will keep things organized. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff, Julia & Jenny, were very informative and didn’t hesitate to coordinate activities, taxis, rental cars, or anything we needed for our short visit. Thank you!

- Pang (10/5): - This was a beautiful villa located in the heart of Fira but set back enough so that you weren't bothered by the street noise. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning, and the rooftop hot tub was a nice touch. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating.

Free made to order breakfasts delivered to our room each day and the staff were always friendly and asking if we needed anything, wanted a drink brought to us at the pool etc. The last day it was raining and they kindly extended our checkout time and then allowed us to camp out at the reception office until our transport arrived. Again, the service was outstanding and the we had a really lovely stay!

- pingjen (10/5): 實在是太好了 - 實在是太棒了！距離費拉公車站走路只要一分鐘。走路不2到1分鐘就有超市，外面也有許多餐廳裡，步行3分鐘以內可到舊城區。房間內部設計很可愛，我們非常喜歡，內部也很乾淨，還附有一個溫水的按摩浴缸。公共區域也好漂亮。是個鬧中取靜的好選擇。尤其是這裡的工作人員，服務超級好，親切熱情又有禮貌。也會主動的介紹這島上的觀光景點，早餐還會送到房間內。非常推薦的高級小旅館。

Our villa was beautiful, nice and clean, breakfast was yummy with lots of options. All staff were friendly, especially Julia - she always had a smile, gave us lots of recommendations and helped us book tours. She even escorted us to our pick up point nearby for our sunset cruise that she organised for us and waited with us until our transfer came. She was amazing and is a great member of the team. We will always remember her making our stay here so lovely. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

It was actually nice and quiet away from the throngs of selfie takers. The room was spacious and well appointed with a fridge and stove if you wanted to cook. The pool was nice and refreshing as it’s hot there now. The biggest plus is the staff. Julia is really wonderful, helpful and super sweet. She is a major asset to the place! She helped us rent a car and took us to the rental place which was right beside the hotel. And she waited with us for our ride to the airport. Thank you Julia for a wonderful stay!

On arrival we were upgraded to the grand villa as no one was staying there which was a lovely surprise! All the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making restaurant reservations and giving recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Breakfast is fantastic and is brought to your room each morning at your preferred time slot. Each day you can choose what you want for breakfast the next day and there is plenty to choose from! The apartments are also perfectly located within a 5 min walk of the town centre and all the main restaurants/bars/shops. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!!

Everything is right outside the entrance! Bus Station less than a block away! Our Villa was spotless, well appointed and included an outdoor jacuzzi. A la Carte breakfast was served daily to our room. Dimitri is the BEST- she does everything (Sparta- lol(inside joke)! She made our stay so special! She surprised me by decorating our Villa for my Birthday! She included a delicious cake and champagne! Dimitri was always willing to help and went over and beyond. She is the best and made our stay one we will always remember!

Such kind staff. We stayed in the Irida villa and it was fantastic and beautifully “Greek”. Perfect for the Instagram photos haha. Had everything we needed and the rooftop jacuzzi was perfect for sun baking and night beverages. The breakfast was lovely, bed comfy and villa nice and cool. Communal pool perfect temp and the comfiest sun beds ever. Reception organised an Atv for us to rent and when we checked out too early for breakfast they organised a takeaway breakfast box. Location is perfect. Can walk to anywhere in Thira. Cannot wait to stay here again and would recommend this little gem to anyone. Thanks for such a great getaway.

La jacuzzi sul tetto la ciliegina sulla torta. Personale sempre disponibile e super cordiale, hanno cercato in tutti i modi di accontentarci con la colazione (siamo coppia vegana). Unico “difetto” il bagno senza una vera porta (è una porta di vetro aperta sopra e sotto).

Jenny, the operator, was fantastic! She was kind, receptive and helpful. Staying at this hotel, felt like coming home. Once you walk through the gates of the complex, there is a sense of peace and calm!! Pros: - Jenny and all the staff -- she helped book dinner reservations, transfers and a car rental and was always available to answer questions! - Our two bedroom unit was large, clean and thoughtfully decorated. There was ample space for hanging wet swimwear and towels. She provided robes, slippers and everything needed for a comfortable stay - The breakfast was delivered fresh to the room every day and included delicious omelets, pastries, toast, cereal and greek yogurt - The pool and private hot tub were clean. - Coming back to Palmariva Villas (whether during the day or in the evening) felt like coming home! - The location was ideal for a family holiday in Santorini. Cons: - There was no view of the caldera. However, it was a two minute walk to town and we had dinners with caldera views daily so we didn't miss it!

The bus left us at the station which was 2 minutes away from the hotel pretty convenient When we arrived Dimitra greeted us and was so nice and sweet, she took the time to explain the whole island and gave us great recommendations. She had our villa ready which was amazing and had everything you need. Hot tub on the balcony was amazing, everything was very clean and cozy. The pool was great after a long walk, car rental right in front of the hotel entrance, market and pharmacy steps away from the hotel and many restaurants too. It was also a very short walk (3 minutes) to the heart of fira which was so beautiful. Breakfasts were delicious and served to your door. When I come back to Santorini I would stay in this hotel over and over again. I recommend it 100 percent!

- Frances (8/5): Great place but charged me twice for my stay! - The place itself is amazing! Vagellis and Jenny are so attentive to our needs. Breakfast is delivered daily. Place is really clean. Having your own hot tub is so amazing! I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they charged me twice for my stay. It is quite annoying as its such a hassle having to contact and dispute. I am still waiting for a refund.

- Amarat (10/5): Amazing area, amazing service! - Amazing service, beautiful decor of the villa, breakfast made for us every morning, not just continental but tasty omelettes with cheese and ham and the lovely Victoria even got me gluten free bread each morning. This villa was the ideal location and a 2 mins walk from Fira's buzzy bars and restaurants.

What made our stay ever so special was the sraff Nicko and the beautiful Victoria who went above and beyond to make us feel we were on holidays she even offering to take us to the port, my only regret is I wish we had more time to get to know Victoria more my family and I loved her beautiful positivity and energy.

Breakfast was plentiful and plenty of choice. Victoria host during the day was amazing full of energy and ready to assist the guests an amazing host. Evening host was also great. Air conditioning works, towels bedding and sheets are of superior quality and daily room service was brilliant. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Apartment layout was exactly as the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and loved Santorini.
- Irena (10/5): Paradise - Staying at Palmariva Villas in Fira, Santorini was like being in paradise. The grounds and the unit were nothing short of immaculate and stunning. The architecture fit perfectly with the Santorini white which lends a sense of calm and relaxation making this inimate setting one you will never forget. Because there are only a few units, you will be catered to by the amazing and friendly staff (hand-delivered breakfast and anything else you need while you stay). The location is ideal being right on the main strip with several restaurants and shops a few feet from your door and only a short walk to the more touristy areas overlooking the sea. Also very close proximity to the bus station which for only a couple Euro will take you just about anywhere on the island you want to go. I would highly recommend staying here whether it’s for a romantic getaway or a family trip. We will be back for sure.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Villa in good condition but lack-lustre service - The room and surroundings were fine but we were surprised that there were no blankets or doonas despite the nights being quite cold this time. We got them only the next morning as when we tried to call the reception numerous times it was unattended. The reception was also unattended the next night when we ran out of shampoo and conditioner. To add onto this, although they claim to have airport transfers, when we requested to use the shuttle back to the airport they simply told us that they were occupied and didn’t even bother to suggest other ways to get to the airport. We would have been okay if they had at least tried to be more helpful. So overall we think there is a lot of room for improvement for the service here.
