• Neil (4/5): Good location. Won't be staying there again. - Location is good. Cleanliness is not up to scratch. This was despite making similar complaints about their other unit a few months ago. Crumbs all over the toaster when you arrive is pretty gross. We ended up buying our own paper plates and cups etc as everything just looks dirty. The toilet makes noises all night even when not in use. It was somewhat cleaner than the other unit, but it's just not acceptable and I'm not usually one to make complaints. The last time I did I messaged the owner privately to give her a chance to sort it out without affecting her business. It has largely fallen on deaf ears.

• Margaret (7/5): Mixed reviews - I liked the location it was close walk to shops and cafes. Kitchen was fully stocked and loved having a washing machine. Also the stock of cleaning products and extra blankets was a bonus. The bed was uncomfortable along with the pillows that are hard and to large. Everytime one of us rolled over the other got woken up. You could tell that whoever is cleaning has tried but the unit could do with a deep clean as there is a lingering smell in there not quite bad just old smell. When we turned on the heater the smell of cooked meat and dust was overwhelming.. One suggestion is to remove the shelf next to the bed the amount of times I hit my head on it when I got out of bed was uncountable and looked like I wasn't the only one who fell victim to this previously. The sketchy neighbours next door talked loudly on their phone right outside the window and the smell of cigarettes came through the front door.

• Leticia (10/5): Perfect for a couple with a baby or two small kids - Perfect for my baby and I to stay at overnight while the rest of the family were at the nearby caravan house park. Big backyard great if we ever bring older kids there.

• Kathryn (7/5): Ideal for a 1 to 2 person getaway - Lovely staff helped us sort out (Lancelin style) hiccups without hassle. Very clean little unit in an excellent quiet location. Really, can only sleep 2 or 3 comfortably -if the 3rd is a child. The couch is not too comfy and not suitable to sleep 2! A bathroom curtain would be a great idea too. Not much to complain about - plan to stay there again!

• Lee (4/5): to sum up our stay, we forced our selfs to stay there as we had already paid for it but we actually left a day early as - the property was well located for access to town, beach it was a shared backyard so not suitable dogs, privacy was extremely limited when having neighbours. the place was filthy, we had no fly screen door and the window fly screen was broken. the shower head was mostly blocked up with calcium and was very uncomfortable to use.

• Michelle (8/5): Beautiful, clean and new Airbnb - The Airbnb is beach themed. Facilities are relatively new and the Airbnb is clean. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay at the Airbnb to visit lancelin. Only wished there was wifi for perfect stay.
