• Yoshiko (10/5): The Best Hotel - I arrived before check-in time. The hotel staff even made me hot tea while the room was being readied, and checked me in very early. Welcome fruits were set in the room. The hotel is located in a very convenient place for walking around. The room is very clean. Towels are changed daily, and two bottles of water are provided each day. Every member of the hotel staff is very friendly and nice, offering me some snacks or tea when I pass them by. When I asked for an extra blanket, they not only gave it to me but also brought me a heater so that I would not feel cold in the room. I had to check out two days earlier, but the hotel staff never showed any negative attitude and even refunded the full room charge.　He also printed my boarding pass for me. None.

• Alan (10/5): - This was a great place to stay. There was somewhere to park my motorbike. My room was spacious. The staff were lovely. The road just outside the hotel was quiet but there were some nice restaurants and places to grab breakfast. I definitely want to come back to Dalat and I would choose to stay here again.

• Tom (10/5): 100 stars!!! - If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would. It is the best we have stayed in over our years traveling Asia. If comfortable, friendly, beautifully equipped to make your stay perfect. With free tea, coffee, sweets and fruit. The owners have really pushed the boundaries to make this hotel a bit special with its comforts. The location is quiet with a lovely restaurant opposite but still only 1km from town.

Great location from everything. There was free fruit, coffee, tea, protein shakes etc which was cool Nothing!

Excellent caring staff who are also chill and respectful of our privacy, which we haven't received such strike of balance anywhere else as long term travellers. And kittens! It was sentimental when they send us off for our next destination- pic attached. Truly felt at home. No complaints at all!

• Momoko (9/5): This is Da Lat’s delight :) - Cozy setting made possible by the calming serenity of the balcony curtains dancing in the wind. The balcony provides an Interesting perspective of the community as you sip on tea or relax with your pets. The staff are exceptional and available at anytime. The property is a few minutes away from delicious and affordable restaurant and a 25 minute walk to downtown.

Crazy house is at walkable distance from the property. Tiger, the man at the reception was really helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel to everyone.

• Lane (9/5): Spacious and Value for money - Room is clean and spacious. The location is at Ward 4, about 10mins walk from the main area but you can still get plenty of food in the area, just it is less congested in comparison to Ward 1. The staff are attentive and helpful. They also speak decent English, so no worries about language. Just a recommendation to hang rack for toiletries inside the shower part so don't have to place it on the floor
• Sr (10/5): Lovely stay in cool Da Lat - Very helpful staff and organized reasonably priced tour and ensured I got on to the night bus easily when leaving. Also helped me with transferring payment to another hotel. Gave good recommendations throughout and did my laundry in super fast time.
• Benjamin (7/5): Would 100% recommend staying in this hotel if you come to Dalat - The beds were so comfy and the room was spacious, the man who was at reception (Tiger) was so friendly and helpful! It was about a 15min walk to the shop but no where is perfect for location in Da Lat
• Mirjam (9/5): Great hotel but needs to do a bit more on the "eco" side - +Wonderful rooms, all clean, new and beautiful +Great value for money +The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early when I arrived from my flight before noon +They have a kitchen corner with filtered water and kitchenware (plates, bowls, cutlery etc) The location is a bit of a walk away from the center but definitely doable either with a walk or grabbike. If the hotel really wants to be eco-friendly as the name suggests, they should not have small (350ml) plastic water bottles in the rooms, and they should replace the small single-use shampoo and body wash bottles with bigger refillable containers

The staff here were super considerate, particularly Duong. He was very kind to us during our stay and made sure we felt comfortable. Would defiantly recommend if you are looking for a good budget spot! We had to let the staff know our room wanted to be cleaned and even though we put the sign up they didn’t get around to it. Not a huge issue at all though!
• Nguyễn (9/5): I would like to give a big shout out to Mr.Duong The receptionist who have been extremely helpful and professional durin - Good facilities and location with cheap price. They offer a common kitchen space with kitchenette to use and included some basic seasonings, as well as light local snack and bananas daily. You don’t need to actually look any further for a basic trip in Dalat: local tour, motorbike rent, beverage sales with many optionsto choose from (which would be inconvenient if your daily complementaries ran out and usually in some other facilities you have to walk outside to find some vendors) , central location (most would think Dalat Market is more central but for a Vietnamese like me, this area offer more easy access to many other places in Dalat) the walls and built was not sound proof, your neighbor can hear your TV if volume (specifically the hotel TV’s sound volume) more than 10. Some walls and hallways could use a re-painting but your room interior is new

Very loud building work started at 8am with no warning for guests which was a little frustrating, but I’m sure this as a one off

They arranged a motorbike for rent at a very good price. The staff is amazing. Highly recommended in Dalat. Total Value for Money. They even helped us to book tickets to Ho Chi Minh City. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and then went ahead to SGN at midnight. They even helped us at midnight with a cab to the Bus stand. Can't recommend it enough. Nothing.

• Susan (8/5): Excellent value if you are looking for no-frills accommodation. - The price was great value for a fairly basic but very clean room. Plenty of places to eat nearby. It was quite noisy, the walls were very thin & you could hear everything in the corridors & adjoining rooms. Also there are about 4 dogs that live nearby and the barking was fairly constant. The staff were nice but speak very little English so communication can be a struggle but that is the same most places in Dalat.

The two guys on the front desk were so helpful, they even helped us book our bus by calling different bus companies. They always had a smile on their face and were willing to help in whatever way they could. This hotel is so clean. The room was spacious and comfortable and cleaned everyday by the housekeeping team. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the Crazy House, the lake and main street.
• Fern (8/5): Very good - The location of this guest house is great - within easy walking distance of the lake, city centre and plenty of good places to eat. The beds are very comfortable, as is the rocking chair, and the rooms are light and spacious. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Great value for money. It was noisy at night from the other guests- each night I was woken up multiple times. There is no soundproofing, so you can hear people when they were are in their rooms or on the corridors.
