- Meisha (5/5): Great hotel and value for money but be warned it can be very noisy. Even with earplugs. - Hotel itself was very nice. Clean and well presented Wasn’t a huge fan of the restaurant offerings but thats personal preference. The location was really central but the sound proofing was non existent. I was on the third floor and felt like i was sleeping on the sidewalk with the noise from traffic and people having conversations passing by.

- trish_1492_TA (8/5): Weeklong Stay at perfectly located Hotel - Our Seattle trip was amazing, and this place was perfect! The location across from Pike Place Market was super convenient for breakfast and fancy dinners. A couple of minor things: water pressure was a bit low some mornings, and the light switch wasn't by the bed. We did hear some street noise a couple of nights, but nothing major. Overall, we slept great! Being on the 4th floor for a week was lovely. Plus, it was so close to bus lines and the airport connection, so no car needed! Even though some blocks nearby might seem a bit rough, we felt totally safe walking around.

- yeshaj2026 (10/5): Such an adorable hotel - I absolutely loved my stay here! It’s such a gorgeous adorable, boutique hotel beautifully designed, cozy, and just minutes away from the Bay. I loved my walks to the Bay! It really made my time in Seattle feel extra special. A huge shoutout to Andrew and Chris they were both excellent. Andrew was so kind and helpful, and Chris has such good energy! Their hospitality truly stood out. If you’re looking for a stylish, warm, and thoughtfully run place to stay in Seattle, especially right by the Bay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’d happily stay here again!

- walter (4/5): I am disappointed and would never go back there. - Location is very good Reception was good as well The bar was also good Many things: The page states: Privat Parking. But it is not. Parking is in a Parkhouse 3 block away accessible to anyone. A vandalized care (all wheel missing) was parked just one car over from me !!! Does not give me confidence! First you must check in then you find out that there is no valet parking and where to public parking is etc. There is no chair in the room and thus you have to put your cloth on the floor while changing in to your Bejamas. The view out the window was looking at a roof with 2 AC units on it!! 2 photos attached

- Susan (8/5): Great location for a chic, modern hotel. - I arrived after check on time and my room was ready when I got there. The hotel had texted to find out when my approximate arrival time would be. The room was quiet and clean with a partial view of the main road. I thought the room and the hotel in general, was chic and modernly updated, although it is a historic building. It is in a great location, literally across the street from the market and near many restaurants and shopping. I think the mattress needs to be turned or flipped, as there is a sunken in area from many people laying in the same position to watch TV. I wished the windows stayed open to let fresh air in.

I was fortunate to stay at the hotel in Seattle and the customer service is amazing. Colin was amazing he changed my room and gave me a late check out until 12 pm. Recommend places I should eat as well. Chris went above and beyond for me as well if I ran into any issues in my room he fixed it for me immediately. He spoiled me with extra free gummies and gave me directions to the best restaurants around the area as well saved me money by recommending to take the light rail instead of an uber to the airport. He was always friendly with me and the guest at the hotel. I would recommend a raise for Colin and Chris.

The room was perfectly set up, the location is great - right next to pikes and easily accessible to all the shops and restaurants, Christopher at the front desk had the best energy welcoming me in during check in and every time I came back after a long day. It really made my stay feel more special, knowing the staff care for you and want to hear about your day! It was a great week and I’m definitely staying again when I visit Seattle next!

My husband and I are visiting Seattle while working remotely, and the room we originally booked did not have a desk, which would have made it difficult for us to work comfortably. Chris was very thoughtful and moved us to a quieter room with a proper setup, which made a big difference for our stay. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.

- Travel27609773604 (6/5): Pretty Place, Nice Staff, But Lacking. - LOCATION The design aesthetics of the hotel are pretty, the staff were friendly, and it is located right next to Pike Place Market. It is also located right down the street from Westlake Station. HOTEL ROOM I stayed for 3 nights in one of the King rooms. The room was clean and cute, but the mini fridge advertised was full of drinks and could not be used for your own items. I barely was able to fit a 20 oz. pop bottle in it. They had two glass bottles of water in the room priced at $13 a piece and absolutely nowhere in the hotel to fill up a water bottle (other than your hotel room sink) and as far as I know nowhere to get ice. The TV had cable and as for video streaming applications it only had Youtube, Tubi, PlutoTV, and XumoPlay and no option to download others. The thermostat in the room was functional and easy to use. I was able to quickly and easily adjust the temperature in my room. The lights were also dimmable. The shower head was amazing, and the complimentary robe was nice and thick (you can also take it home for around $80). All of the toiletries (soap, lotion, shampoo, etc.) are from Diptyque. Despite having two blinds on each window, they did not block out all the light and lots of light filtered through in the morning. NOISE LEVEL The location near Pike Place Market means that the street below the hotel is loud far into the night as I was even able to at times hear the conversations of people walking down the sidewalk (I was on the 3rd floor). The floor above me creaked constantly and loudly all throughout the day and night. I can deal with people walking above me, but this creaking was incredibly loud and woke me up periodically. FOOD There is a restaurant/bar in the hotel that you can order room service from at different time intervals throughout the day. Expensive and not good in my opinion. There are many restaurants nearby though and you can easily collect food deliveries by meeting the deliverer in the lobby. Right around the corner about a minute away is a Mr.Waffle where you can conveniently get breakfast. PRICING When I checked in, I was told a hold of $100 would be added to the price and removed when I checked out. I was surprised to see that I had been charged far more than I expected, but I decided to refrain from bringing it up until I checked out and got an itemized receipt. Once I checked out, I checked the receipt and around $300 had dropped off the initial charge from the check-in day. The final price that I ended up paying was the price I had originally expected. I am not sure why I was told a $100 hold and then it ended up being $300, but thankfully it did drop off. Figured I would mention anyway. Additional Note: The elevator could be accessed by anyone. It is not the kind where you have to use your keycard to operate it.

Im hauseigenen Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen. Achtung: sonntags hat das Restaurant ab 15:00 geschlossen. Insgesamt hat das Hotel viel Charm und das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen und das Zimmer recht klein. Mit vier Koffern musste man schon echt jonglieren. Das Housekeeping war auch nur so lala.

The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Seattle Public Market. We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed our time there! The staff could have been a bit more welcoming and proactive in guiding us upon arrival, but overall it was an excellent stay.

It’s such a cute boutique hotel with tons of character—everything from the decor to the overall vibe feels thoughtfully curated. The space was very clean and well-kept, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was the “green” vibe throughout the hotel—it felt fresh, modern, and welcoming without trying too hard. It gave the whole place a relaxed, cozy atmosphere that stood out from more generic hotels. The location is also a huge plus. It’s in a great spot and within easy walking distance to Pike Place Market, which made exploring the area super convenient. But since it’s so centrally located, there can be some street noise in the evenings from cars, motorcycles, and city activity. However, that’s just part of being in such a lively area and didn’t take away from the experience at all. The only question mark we had staying here was the parking situation. You can pay for a QR code through the hotel for a parking garage only a block away on Stewart & 3rd. Very convenient for Seattle since there is no parking lots anywhere. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Seattle

- RENAUD (10/5): Loved it - The staff were the nicest we ever had, special mention to the gentleman we had at our arrival with the septum piercing, his energy was bright, the room was clean and spacious, the bed were ultra comfy and the location is 30 second walk from the market, target one minute walk. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Forgot to mention the vibe of this hotel makes me think a lot about " Ratched " serie, wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. The rooms are cute, clean and the beds are comfortable. Reserve a room with the water view, you won’t be disappointed. The Westlake light rail station is a 5 minute walk away. The cost from the airport is only $3.

- Sabiha Ayse (5/5): - I stay at this hotel every time I visit Seattle. The location is great. It’s a cool hotel. I live in Vancouver and I stay at this hotel each time I visit Seattle. The quality of the rooms worsens with each booking, and the rates increase. The room we originally booked turned out to be like a youth hostel room which was 236 $ per night; one side of the bed was placed by the wall, and the view was the wallof the building. I went downstairs to the reception to see if it was possible to upgrade the room. The upgrade cost $170 per night. I accepted because I wanted to enjoy two nice days with my boyfriend in Seattle, especially looking at the Pike Street Market view. The upgraded room was even smaller than the original and was on the second floor, forcing us to keep the curtains closed at all times to avoid being seen from across the building. I am very disappointed this time. As a long-time customer, I think I should have been able to get an upgrade to a better room at no extra charge. The only good thing about the second room was the king-size bed. I can’t believe I paid $406 per night for a very mediocre room before taxes. Seattle.

- C9020JYjohnc (2/5): Horrible treatment - There advertisement which I reviewed 30 motels thoroughly for extra costs such as parking and extras , this motel lied and charged an extra $100.00 on top of the $24.00 nightly fee !!! And you cant get a cup of coffee in lobby you have to buy it in hotel restaurants. The night desk girl one morning around 6:45 treated me with racism trying to get coffee for my fiancee , i told her our machine from day before was acting up but she did not care at all and instructed me harshly to leave !! Yet the two african American women she just catered to them happily and friendly and gave them a pitcher smiling and even talking about having a drink in the evening together. This was supposed to be a happy vacation for us but i will never stay here again because of the overcharging and lying anf treatment if your white!!!! Go elsewhere

My room was spotlessly clean and had a great view of the water and Ferris wheel! Super friendly front desk and the restaurant waitress was incredibly sweet and brought us a surprise biscuit to start our meal when we said we had heard that the biscuits were great! We always love Pali hotels and this one is exceptional! We will be back!

- June (4/5): Dissapointing. The young manager and one maintenance man were very nice though. - Poor selection of breakfast for vegetarians. The only thing I liked was the location. Hated the bunk beds. Hated that our room was over an alley with 24 hour activity of trucks and garbage collection. Overall noise from outside AND inside. Our room was also beside the storage room. So early morning opening and closing of the door was disturbing.

- Graham (9/5): A great place to stay for exploring downtown Seattle and the harbour. - The central location by the Pike Place Market is ideal for walking around the city, either a short stroll or something more adventurous. The decor is intentionally very dark 'green' and it reminded me of an English Georgian dining room, and it's surprising how quickly you get used to it....I quite liked it. We had a deluxe queen room with view, albeit the view was over the main entrance street and not the market or Sound, but still quite nice. We were given vouchers on check-in for a free drink in the bar, and we used later to enjoy a cocktail which we took into the elegant reading room/lounge. It's been over 20 years since we were last in Seattle and it's a pity our stay wasn't longer, but the Palihotel made for a comfortable city-centre base and we'd certainly stay there agin if ever we're back in town. Nothing really, everything was to our liking.

We were given two free drinks vouchers for the lovely little place joined to the hotel which was a nice touch. The room was decorated really well and was clean and cozy. The lighting in the room was very dim so it was a bit tricky to put on makeup. The room was also very small, which is fine as the price was low, but it was a little tricky with two people trying to pass eachother to pack up our bags and reach the bathroom.

Staff are super friendly and helpful with anyting you need. Parking is narby that they can sort for you at a special rate - so defo ask them on arrival. Rooms are really quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage (we were at the end of a 3 week holiday) the room is filled with that! Also have to climb up from the bottom of the bed to reach your "side" if its by the wall! You get a token for a welcome drink on arrival - but we didnt know the bar closed at 9, so by the time we had sortedthe room / cases we missed that! So if youre only staying for 1 night, enjoy that first before sorting cases!

- Steven (9/5): Loved it. Perfect location. Will stay again. - Awesome location, but only if you like to be in the thick of it. This is right next to Pike Market and it can be busy. Normal city sounds over night. The room does not have much in the way of lights, even though it is modern. The bathroom vanity, especially needs brighter lights. That is really the only negative, other than noise if you're a light sleeper.
