- Kavalauskas (6/5): It was fine, but I wouldn’t go back or recommend it. - The location was within walking distance of Centro. There were no exterior windows for almost all rooms. My room had a private terrace with only a hammock, but there was sewage coming up from the pipe and it constantly smelled like sewage. My parents’ room had no windows for fresh air, just internal windows to a public kitchen. The room was small and had no nightstand. Neither rooms had reading lights.

I did not try the breakfast but my room was disappointing. The mattress did not have a topper and in the middle of the night while I moved around the bare mattress was exposed which I found pretty gross.

El aislamiento de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, se puede oír absolutamente todo, hasta tuberías cuando otro huésped usa la ducha. El tamaño de la habitación es tan pequeño que no tenía dónde abrir mi maleta en el suelo. El desayuno podría ser más generoso.

- Benjivip111 (8/5): Buen Hotel - Me gusto que todo esta bien cuidado nada se ve viejo si hay agua caliente las camas cómodas y todo esta super limpio aun que cuarto es pequeño al final el orden del cuarto es de uno y tiene wifi y su ubicación es muy buena No esta decorado con nada Oaxaqueño como muchos otros lugares, les recomendaría poner un perchero de pared y eso de "hotel boutique" no se justifica solo tiene un mueble con algunas cosas, a veces se escuchan las conversaciones se entiende ya que es un hotel pequeño pocas habitaciones al final si sales a conoces Oaxaca no debe de haber problema con eso
- Chris (10/5): Good value and friendly staff - Staff were very friendly and responsive. Location is central. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Strong A/C. When I had issues with hot water and wifi, they were promptly addressed. Space was very clean and was kept that way with daily cleaning. Also very nice interior design with a small safe. Room was quite small, no where to sit other than the bed. Very little natural light since no windows faced outside. A lot of noise from the street (which is normal) but also not so much privacy since the windows go to the connected restaurant's stairway and main hallway.

Location was walking distance to central sites. Very clean. Cute decor, old building. Noise from hallway, restaurant above, and people in eating area downstairs in early mornings. Room was small, only had space for one suitcase.

Bonus was the carnival parade went by our hotel 2 days in a row. The staff really tried to help us with our lack of Spanish we got our messages across with google translate. noisy till 10 pm due to roof top restaurant but did get quiet after that time. Room was a wee bit small. If you are claustrophobic request room with balcony. My window opened into the hallway.
- Benjivip111 (8/5): Bueno regresaría - Instalaciones bien cuidadas super limpio el baño sin fallas y con agua caliente a todas horas camas cómodas sábanas limpias y tiene una terraza con un buen restaurante aun que un poco caro , la ubicación excelente No tiene nada de Boutique y no esta adornado con nada Oxacaqueño además es un hotel chico y se escucha casi todo sobre todo si te dan la habitacion de abajo al fondo , les recomiendo poner percheros ya que las habitaciones son cómodas pero chicas Viajero toma en cuenta que no vas a estar ahí así que si es un buen lugar

- Paul (8/5): Will return to a higher floor where it is quieter. Fantastic breakfast. - Every creature comfort was provided for including a bath robe which i fashioned around the room. The hotel was clean and very organized. The breakfast meal was perfect and well executed. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are booking on this application, do not book the lower value rooms as you will spend the night in an echo chamber. Any noice, any noice from the front door, restaurant on the first level and/or conversations taking place on the second level lounge will fill your room. Bring ear plugs if you are staying in the lower rooms, not sure what it is like up a level, but i think it would be quieter. The reason for this is that all the walls reflect the sound, and there is no attempt to baffle the sound, This was a serious discomfort.
- Benjivip111 (8/5): Buen Hotel - Las instalaciones eran nuevas limpias y bien cuidadas las habitaciones son chicas pero cómodas y con baño esta cerca del centro y de varios lugares de interés esta sobre una avenida principal te dan un pequeño desayuno para empezar el dia esta bien Se escucha el movimiento en los pasillos ya que es un hotel pequeño otra cosa es dicen ser "hotel boutique" pero solo tiene un aparador con varias joyas asi que no esperes mucho además no esta decorado con nada de Oaxaca

The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. At night, there was a security guard at the entrance, making us feel very safe.

We had what they called the larger room and we saw the smaller rooms that looked like walk in closets. There was no heat. The room was cold.

- BEATRIZ ARIADNA (9/5): Perfecto hotel para estancias de pareja, volveria mil veces - El desayuno es perfecto para empezar el dia un poco de fruta y pan tostado con cafe y jugo natural de naranja, el hotel esta perfectamente ubicado cerca de todo sin necesidad de automovil, muy tranquilo y todo el personal muy amable.
- JOSE MANUEL (10/5): el mejor lugar para descansar y conocerel centro d oaxaca - Excelente ubicacion, comodo, pequeñito pero con una buena distribucion, ame que la habitacion que me tocó tenia un pequeño patio trasero y una amahaca, eso fue genial, lugar tranquilo, sin ruido, accesible a todo, al centro unas cuadras caminando un buen lugar, ame el desayuno continental qu tenia, ya que por lo menos te permite no salir sin el estomago vacio, cafe, te, leche, jugos, yogurth, pan tostado y fruta es lo que tenian , disfrute que lo ofrecieran, gracias, y la señora que estaba al pendiente de brindar ese servicio amable y servicial, aparte de ser camarista tambien, ojo lleven para dar propina, actitud al 100, amabilidad y todo al igual que las chicas de la recepción, me ayudaron bastante a conseguir un taxi, y siempre muy amables, excelenete servicio. recomendado. lo único malo fue que el día que tuve libre para disfrutar en el hotel ese día tenían cerrada la terraza que es un pequeñito restaurante bar en la parte alta, pero fuera de allí no hubo ningún problema.

- Daniel (8/5): - L'hôtel est bien situé, on peut se rendre en ville facilement à pied. Le petit déjeuner est compris ce qui n'est pas désagréable. Bonne literie, chambre propre, restaurant sur place. Possibilité de vous garder les valises quand vous avez quitté la chambre ce qui est un vrai plus. Vers 9h, le personnel de ménage vient frapper à la porte pour que l'on libère la chambre, c'est peut être un peu tôt pour les amateurs de grasse matinée.

- Emi (7/5): Great value stay for the location - Excellent location, a short walk from the centre but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. We arrived early so the luggage storage service was helpful. There was fresh fruit and toast for breakfast each morning, which was nice. Aircon in the room, bed was comfy enough - the room was small but comfortable enough for a short stay (we only stayed for 2 days). Good WiFi connection in our room (which wasn’t the same for all our stays in Mexico!) Our bedroom didn’t have any natural light, this was fine for 2 nights but I probably wouldn’t have liked for longer. There wasn’t any windows to outside which meant we probably had a quieter room, but I also think this contributed to a bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling. Luckily our neighbours were quiet but you can hear quite well into the corridor.

En Europa no costaría más de 40€ la noche y aquí es más del doble!! Por las mañanas a las 6 viene un señor que aporrea la puerta y despierta a todo el hotel! No hay espacio en la habitación para NADA!

We rented 2 rooms and they did accommodate us to be together. There is no soundproofing, so I was woken up on several occasions by people talking (not shouting) , by alarms, by the people arriving late. My bed was very hard, but my friends bed was very comfy
