• Lucile (10/5): Hotel adorable et très pratique - Hôtel adorable, chambres spacieuses et confortables. Très propre. Le coin cuisine commune est très pratique et comprend un réfrigérateur et congélateur, eau potable disponible. La terrasse sur le toit est sublime, je recommande! Restaurant Taqueria Maya excellent à deux pas.

Unabhängiges kochen, Essen oder mal Sandwich selbst machen zu können, hat meinen Urlaub erleichtert. Heisses Wasser, gutes Internet und angenehme Umgebung. Morgens steht auch ein Mini Frühstückswagen vor dem Eingang und verkauft auch guten Kaffee. Falls man sich nicht selbst versorgen mag. Komme wieder!

• Paty (10/5): - Este alojamiento nos gustó mucho, está muy bien situado en una zona tranquila pero cerca de la calle principal (3 mins andando). El hotel era muy bonito tenía mucho encanto. Pudimos aparcar casi en la puerta todos los días de forma gratuita lo cual es un plus. A nosotros no nos dio la sensación de que Tulum no fuera seguro pero mantienen siempre la puerta principal del hotel con llave y hay que estar abriendo y cerrando. Te limpiaban la habitación todos los días. La azotea es muy bonita

Man hat Fahrräder ausborgen können (waren etwas verrostet aber ging gut) Verkehrslärm ist vorhanden, jedoch war das oft in ganz Mexiko der Fall.

The location is great, close to the bus terminal and close to the meeting point for main tour companies. The room was tidy and clean throughout our entire stay. We had a little problem with cockroaches, but Lorena promptly helped us to solve the problem.

It was nice having access to a kitchen even if I only used the fridge for leftovers, and I liked hanging out on the rooftop in the evening before going out for dinner. The towels provided were a bit old and threadbare. The wifi was not very good in some areas of the rooftop shared space.

• Lisa (9/5): Beautiful Casa with a cosy roof top - Really nice, clean and well maintained place, the very large rooftop was our highlight! If you want to enjoy a beer on the terrace or store it in the shared fridge, be aware that they don’t allow it and have signs everywhere. The rental bikes are not in the best condition. Overall we felt very safe here and would recommend staying here!

Very warm hospitality and very clean in all the property. You can rent a bike just there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooftop. Nice La Frutteria just across the street with fresh juices and big choice of fruits.

• Miriam (10/5): Nos encantó! - The chilled out nature of the place, the terrace with all the Hammocks and chairs, the communal kitchen and fridge so organised! (There were some basics available to use for free too; oil, salt, some spices, coffee filters). We liked the central location; less than 15 min walk to the ADO terminal, and only 2 min from the main blvd, immediately across the road from a fruteria and corner shop selling fresh juices and all the fruit and veg you'd need. It took us about 20, 25 min to walk to cenote calavera from there. And about 15-20 min to walk to the massive soriana hipermercado (along unpaved roads, its on the way back/ to the cenote). Drinking water available in each corridor! A place to hang your wet clothes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well laid out and the aircon worked well. It was really nice to have the option of using lamps and reading lights instead of just the big overhead lights. Oh, and in our double room (2 double beds) there was a hammock! I loved that! The kingsize room (one ks bed) the bed was huge! Is a central location so there was quite a bit of noise from outside the hostel. Just to be aware; it has a no alcohol policy throughout the hostel. This was the only place we stayed that had waterproof mattress protectors. This is a useful and practical thing. But they were rather noisy and creaky, and not so breathable so you got a bit hot in the bed if the aircon wasn't on.

• Dmitry (8/5): Very good - I loved the hotel. It has a nice terrace on top with a common area and kitchen. Generally it has a very warm atmosphere, where you would feel like home. Recomended for longer stays. Location is just 10 minutes from the city center.

It was the right balance of being in walking distance of the center of Tulum, with lots of restaurants, shops, etc., but not right in the center, so it was not too noisy at night.
