- Mickyong (10/5): Best location to pratunam morning market wholesale - 4 nights 3days * superior double single room RM165 per night which is a good deal & very near to platinum market walking distance 4 min,7-11 just opposite the road, the platinum fashion mall 7 min. If you're planning to take tuktuk to nearby area, you can see your grab rate price cause tuktuk might chop your price higher than the normal price.
- SaraLNg (10/5): Good location and good hotel for the price! - The location was very ideal and close to city center, easy to get around but quite a long walk to the nearest BTS station. If you take Grab around, the drivers may not know how to turn in. Very good value and price point for the hotel. Very comfortable stay and staff was friendly.

- Erton (8/5): New hotel - It's a brand new hotel close to airport train line. Location is ok, but a bit hard to find. Comfortable, but a somewhat tight room with pillars and other structures limiting the space. Balcony in the room could not be used. Free snacks available in the lobby.
- leonac435 (8/5): Excellent Location - Wanted to try this neighbourhood as I had been staying at Silom area for many years. This place is oh so vibrant and full of life! Hotel is nicely located and surprisingly not noisy at all. Room is reasonably small but clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the bad thing where they actually served you in packed food. I would rather not have opted for it and there’s so much choices out there. Braving through the crowd and traffic is an exhilarating experience where you can only find in wholesale markets worldwide.

- Sergio (10/5): Finally found an Amazing Hotel after 32 years - After 32 years of our traveling, this is the first time that a hotel and it's staff was so accommodating by an early check-in at 8:30AM. They have humanitarian soul and always smiling. They have 24/7 free coffee, Ovaltine Choco, Tea and tons of cookies.
- BenC (6/5): - Use eco-friendly concept of glass bottles n flask to reduce single use plastics. Hotel lobby only accessible by key card from 6pm so that's good security. Easy access to 24hr minimarts, abundant food choices within walking distance. The room I was given had an odd pillar that prevented the fridge from fully opening. The pillar also made access to light switches difficult. Shower area is small and definitely Asian sized. Hotel entrance is not really obvious as its in a cul de sac.

- CSK_2004 (8/5): Quite a decent place to stay - 2nd time staying in the same hotel, and i am quite surprised that the property has been very nicely maintained even after a year after my first stayed and they really trying to improve all the way! (they placed a mat in the bathroom because the design & tiles is quite slippery and a hot water tumbler in-room for guest who need hot water and they can get hot water from Lvl M, which those item were not there on my first visited last year end) . The room size is adequate even with our, 1 large & 1 medium size luggage , 2 backpack and alot of shopping bags, we (2 of us) did not even feel cramp at all! And the most impressive part about this hotel, which i am so happy about this hotel not only because of the good location but they provide international power plug & socket (not one but a bar of it) which is a very useful and good gesture! Thanks Again!
- Jaselina (6/5): - Pros: near to the shopping areas. Cons: breakfast was served to the room, but room didn’t have any table, so we had to have breakfast like nomads. Room door not sound proof, could hear people outside. Electricity tripped due to fire at another building at 5am, wasn’t informed by the hotel. Called them up and all he said was “there was a fire, burned the cable so there is no electricity.” When I asked why didn’t they inform, and how bad was it, he just said “you can go out and see for yourself”

- wtstw1 (10/5): Good security - The hotel photo of the room is exactly the same. To access the main door you got to tap in so no stranger is allowed access in and the guard/bellboy is seated outside of the main door. The room is small and my luggage of 28” can only place at the door and when lay flat to access there is basically no room to walk and the door cannot be open too. Every time got to close the luggage and put it standing before can get out of the room but for the price paid so no complaint. Toilet is small, balcony is locked. The pros is massage shop and 7-11 is located just around the corner. Location is kind of far from BTS but very near to pratunam market. Direct access back to hotel from platinum mall is a dark alley if walk at night but along the way is still consider safe since car/tuk tuk drive pass at time and there a cafe and some street stalls. Another route to walk back can take a bit longer but will pass by pratunam market and there will be more people and consider more safe compare to the dark alley. Hotel do offer tour and taxi services but take note they are provided by the taxi driver so it better to use klook instead.
- Dez92 (6/5): Ok location but small rooms and bathroom has a smell - I’ve heard that this was a pretty new hotel and with the price of ~SGD60/night for a balcony view, I booked it. One thing I need to point out first is that though this hotel serves breakfast, it is not buffet style. You have to select your desired meal for the next day and it’s just that. They will deliver your meal to you at your door, Nothing more. I chose American breakfast on one day and the food was delivered cold with no butter whilst on other days there was butter included. The upside to all this gloom is that there’s a free snack bar on M floor. But be prepared they are always empty and the staff don’t bother to replace it frequently. Snacks include biscuits in a jar, Tao Kae Noi seaweed, coffee packets. The location was ok, maybe a 15-20min walk to Siam square. It’s not too near not too far, which is quite annoying actually when you are traveling with elderly and you always have to take transport to and fro. We usually settled with tuktuk. They usually quote 200baht but sometimes we haggle to 150 or even 100 on rare occasions. If you get the room next to the lift, be prepared it will be smaller than the rest of the rooms because the lift takes up some of the room space. The toilet has a sewage smell, which stinks up the whole bedroom despite the door being closed. It first appeared in the morning and we thought it will go away after awhile. But when we came back at night our bedroom stank of sewage. Really gross. Toiletries are the bare minimum. And if you have used up at least half of the soap during the night, I advise you to throw it away or stash it somewhere least they reuse it. They do not replace half empty bottles. The staff here are very nonchalant, they go about their own things and if they don’t have to go the extra mile to help you, trust me they wouldn’t. Overall if you are not a fussy person and don’t mind a no frills stay, you are welcome to stay here but for me, I’ve been to much better hotels with better service, better rooms and at a better price
- seank500 (10/5): Highly recommended hotel in the pratunam area - 2nd time staying in this area. The hotel that i wanted to book initially just happen to be fully booked. Thus to book this hotel instead base on pictures i saw online. Understand that this is a relatively new hotel. Hotel was easy to locate and manage to check in quite early. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and cosy. Stayed on the 3rd level. For what I've paid, i think its really value for moneyThe only con for me was that the toilet was cramp. Other than that,i would strongly recommend this hotel.

Should not be an issue if you are staying alone. Like the deco, cleanness, quite environment. 24hrs of free coffee, tea, snacks at level 2. Very convenient to get local food and night market shopping. Overall like the experience there. Will stay again.

Able to leave your luggage after you have checked out if your flight is not before the check-out time. Recommended place to stay but could improve on the cleanliness of bed sheets / blankets.

- Josephine (10/5): Hotel that I would revisit :) - Enjoyed our stay at The House Pratunam. It's in a very convenient location, just a few steps away from Pratunam Market and many nice food stalls and massage nearby. 7-11 is also within 1 min walk from the hotel. Central World, Siam Paragon... are around 10-15 mins walk. Snacks and coffee powder are filled up everyday at the snacks area and breakfast was served on time as requested. The room cleaners are friendly and cleaned my room thoroughly every day. The only thing that disappointed me was the wifi. We were provided with 2 wifi codes to connect the hotel wifi with our phone, however each code is only available for 1 device and therefore my laptop is unable to connect with the wifi when I need to reply work emails with my laptop. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The House Pratunam and will definitely go back when I next visit Bangkok.

I have requested, months in advance, not to be given a corner room. Still, my room was all the way in the dark aisle, beside the emergency exit where they kept their room make-up trolley. Every morning, without fail, I would hear the door of the emergency exit slamming from 8am onwards. It didn't help having a bunch of inconsiderate 'neighbours' staying on the same floor. They would leave the doors of their adjacent rooms opened, allowing their children to scream and run along the corridor. And I have absolutely no idea why they couldn't bring along the card keys with them. Every night, they will knock on their door and expect whoever in the room to open it. Room wise, the bathing space is a mere 1m by 0.5m at max, with a pillar getting in the way. There was no way one could bathe without coming into contact with the absolutely disgusting shower curtain, which gave off a moldy odour. So I have to keep the toilet door shut to avoid having the stench in the room. I did my laundry at my usual shop and they delivered my clothes to the hotel when I was out. When I checked with the male staff, he brushed off my enquiry and told me that the hotel did not receive any laundry. I had to look around to find the big packet of clothes with clear label (by the shop) lying just beside the reception. Not even a sorry

- Thu Huong (10/5): - First, about the location, it’s really close to 7/11, Pratunam Market, Pantip, Platinum Mall, Big C, etc. You can just walk to those places, very convenient. However, it’s not that close to BTS, as you can see on the map. Second, about the staff, they all are friendly and helpful. Third, room experience, the room is very clean, enough for 2, although the bathroom is quite small to me. Also, the soundproof is not that good. I sometimes woke up because people in the aisle talking or the alert of the door room open.

But walking along those small alley during the night might be a little dangerous. Morning to afternoon is perfectly fine. Room is as shown on the photo. Overall a good experience!
- cathrynney2018 (8/5): New and clean hotel - This is a new hotel in the Pratunam area and it is within walking distance to a market nearby as well as the Platinum mall which is about 15 mins walk away. The hotel is new so it's very clean with a comfortable bed. I love the fact that the bed is new and does not sink in the middle like all the other budget hotels. If they maintain it this way, I will definitely come back and stay again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great for the price - Very clean and comfortable stay. Incredible for that price. The area is about 15 min walk to the closest train station, so solo female travelers might want to take note of that. That said, the area is bustling til midnight so it is relatively safe.

Cannot understand the good reviews.. - I booked here for 4 nights though we only stayed for 3 (due to late flight in and out) and will absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. I have booked based on the good reviews but cannot fathom how it's possibly the same place. Location: the hotel is 5-10mins walk from pratunam market but to get anywhere further you need a cab/grab/tuktuk. You have plenty of tuk2 choice right at the corner (that is if you have too much $ to be ripped off). I didn't know they have taxi/car services (the receptionists did not bothered to say at all) and I didn't want to spend time haggling with cab driver so I booked a grab and most of the drivers (even cab and tuk2) has difficulty locating the hotel. Then the uncle at the car services also berated me and say why do you need to book grab we have car and you can walk from here. C'on, I have a elderly mom and I can ask for a car as I please no? If I knew that you have car services I would have asked but you guys didn't bothered to say. And I never had a issue booking grab taxis at other hotels. Oh and when I went down and try to book their car service to get out I was told there are no cars. If you have the audacity to berate a customer this way make sure you have enough cars to go around. Room: The room has really bad soundproofing. We stayed in room 306 and can hear chitchat from our neighbours across the corridors. Then our sleep was disrupted throughout by noises be it from our neighbours or even people chatting OUTSIDE of the hotel where the window is. On top of that there's the construction sound. There is a balcony but there's no view and with the noises we kept it close most of the time. There are no kettle in the room; they serve water in glass bottle which looks nice but is a big security concerns. You can ask for hot water and they'll provide you with a flask and ask you to fill up yourself. I liked the bed; it was comfortable until the second day when we asked for the room to be made when mysteriously there's a lipstick and some stains on my bed. Wth seriously. Don't ask me how it got there. Didn't bother to make noise since the hotel staffs doesn't care much. They don't even have tissue paper in the room; I got myself a 6 pack at big C. Bathroom: Very tiny. The tiniest I've been in. Slippery floor and bad design for basin; once you use it the water will drip everywhere and will remain wet that day because there's absolutely no air circulation whatsoever.

Hotel staff noted of my booking, they prepared balloons for me upon check-in. I appreciate this small gestures. Bento set for breakfast. Only the toilet may get a little slippery because of the tiles. But the hotel’s decor was so pretty! Love love it. I’am definitely returning here again. Will recommend to my friends too! Keep up the good work! 👍🏻

Small shower area but the bathroom is beautiful. Bed frame got sharp edges. I like the hidden electric sockets on the table. And 24hr drinks & snacks on 2nd floor.

- Sofia (10/5): Worth it!! - Been to bangkok a few times and i usually like to try different hotels each time. But after staying at the house pratunam, i am definitely gonna come back and stay at this hotel from now on! Conveniency is 100%. Many massage parlours and street food stalls are just a 2 min walk away from the hotel. The 24/7 convenient shop is also just below. Cleanliness is sparkling. But this is probably because its a new hotel anyway. Service from hotel staff were good. No problems given = good service. Its a simple hotel so dont expect much for amenities. Reason why i would come back: it has all that i need!

- 146selinat (10/5): Excellent - Situated in a quiet cul de sac just 2 mins walk to pratunam market, 7 eleven, quiet yet amid eateries and cheap shopping. Clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and ovaltine provided in the room and at lift lobby with apples, chips, seaweed, cuttlefish and biscuits. I come Bangkok regularly and will stay here again.

Lots of massage parlours and convenient stores (7-Eleven and Family Mart) nearby. Our room had a balcony (don’t expect any views except the neighbouring blocks), Room is of decent size but the shower area is small and the toilet can get wet due to short shower curtains. Bed frame corners are very sharp. Pillow sheets were dirty. Self service to water and biscuits at M level. Bento set for breakfast is sent to the room, pretty yummy.

- Erlintirto (10/5): Good location hotel - A brand new hotel with strategic location,just walk in short distance to the Platinum Plaza. Cozy design interior in the lobby and room. Got a complimentary bfast box during my stay. Friendly and fast receptionist staff. Got a friendly greet by a security welcoming our first time in the hotel. The lack just the pillow too hard for me also their AC nearby the bedside. After all I am glad stay in this hotel and will be back in my next visit to Bangkok.
