• Huertas Gómez (7/5): Podría estar mejor - Estaba bien ubicado, bonito y cómodo. El baño de arriba no tenía mucha privacidad, se escuchaba todo, el piso tenía polvo y le faltaban cosas básicas como un mechero para encender los fogones. Cada vez que preguntaba algo por mensaje no obtenía respuesta.

• Victoria (6/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, zu Fuß ist man schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. An sich handelt es sich um eine schöne Loft-Wohnung mit angemessener Ausstattung und Flair. Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Bäder nicht der Realität, beide Duschen sind in einem sehr desolaten Zustand auch die Sauberkeit des Boden und des Geschirrs lies zu wünschen übrig. Die gesamte Wohnung hatte eine sehr unangenehmen Geruch nach aufdringlichem Raumerfrischer, welcher auch mit Lüften nicht zu beseitigen war. Insgesamt konnte man sich jedoch, wenn man ein Auge zudrückt, doch einigermaßen wohlfühlen.

• Doherty (4/5): It was affordable and so I did not expect the world but it was terribly unclean and wifi did not work. I have asked for - Location and layout of space Unclean, no wifi, no host to help us fix these issues, unresponsive WhatsApp line of contact - unless wonderful Italy needed something from us.
• Mateva (1/5): I'm sorry I came. - he furniture is still relatively new, but it is not well cleaned, especially the bathrooms. In addition, we had cockroaches. There is almost no communication with these people. They run their business from Milan, which is not good! There was a woman in our company with an insect allergy and it was full of cockroaches. She had to rent another hotel and so Syracuse turned out to be too expensive for us. We asked for some compensation, but we never got a response... Sorry, but I will give a bad rating!

• Anastasiia (4/5): Disappointing - The location and flat were nice. The restaurants nearby are very noisy, we constantly heard the loud sound of bottles being thrown away. The air conditioner didn’t work. It was very hot and hard to sleep. The drain in the sink and bidet on the second floor did not work. The floor was dirty upon arrival. They asked me for a cash deposit, which was not indicated in my Booking.com profile. I was barely persuaded to pay in dollars since I didn’t have euro cash with me and paid for the room in full before arrival. For this price I expected more facilities.

It’s a beautiful unit at the best possible location, but there were a few issues: aircon was really hot (when we told the host apparently it’s been like this), TV and speakers weren’t working too, and the floor was really dusty and dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned properly.
• Jacek (9/5): Nice place to stay! - Great location. close to the street market. Apartment is big enough for a family. Clean and quite (there was almost no traffic). Equipped in everything you might need No dedicated parking place, and parking on the street is nearly impossible. Had to use payed parking garage nearby. There are not enough utensils for 6 persons (but for 4 is ok). Not enough storage places.
