• Laurie (10/5): - I’ve stayed here often and the apartments at Global Luxury Suites . They are consistently clean, well appointed and has everything I need to make a stay comfortable. The security in the building makes staying there safe. The whole apartment building is clean and appointed beautifully . Bushra the apartment manager has always been kind and efficient in helping me with anything or question I may have.
• Maryellen (8/5): stunning space, great location, pool doesn't open early enough for work travellers - Stunning building amazing foyer with fireplaces, desks, open rooms, landscaping, security. I had booked this property as it had an outdoor pool. The pool did not open until 10am, and I had to leave by 8 each day so it was pointless. I was very disappointed especially after long haul travel was so looking forward to the movement.

• Aldrich (5/5): They can still improve it for future stays. - I thought the property is in a perfect location. It’s a modern property with very welcoming ambience. I like it’s lobby which is massive space and very quiet. It’s well maintained. The security feature of getting in and out of the unit to the elevator, in and out of the building is perfect security. It just gives you ease of mind. DeShaun the front desk guy was very helpful and really helped us during our stay here. The water from the shower was very weak. We didn’t use the dishwasher and laundry washer but I can only imagine the weak pressure from it. We only have 1 bath towel 1 hand towel 1 face towel to use.The mattress was not firm enough and feels pretty worn down already. The chute for the trash receptacle was not working and I was told by one of the tenants it has been down for weeks during my stay.

• Melinda (4/5): Disappointing - The Location of the Property was great We recently stayed August 2025, this was a special occasion Birthday/Visiting friends in the area trip. We paid $884.60 checked in on Friday checked out on Tuesday and an additional $40.00 for parking total $924.60 which was a little expensive but special occasion and we were happy to have apartment and washer and dryer as we were visiting from out of state. The day after we checked in I was going to wash towels and realized our washer was full of water and would not drain, immediately followed directions on my paperwork called the number provided and e-mailed the facility through Booking.com, I informed them that washer was broken and we had no towels this was on 08/02 @1:15pm, I received a message back at 6:51pm that evening that they would notify housekeeping and maintenance and I would receive clean towels. Towels were delivered the NEXT AFTERNOON and never heard from anyone else again until the morning we were checking out!!! They called to inquire about how our stay was? At this point I explained that our washer was still broken they asked if we wanted to go down to office and do laundry.... The Morning we are checking out??? We had friends in the area and were able to do this days ago. We were than told that when we booked our next stay with them we would be provided with a discount for the inconvenience of our washer not working and were also asked not to put this in our review on Booking.com. I thought about this for a couple days before posting and decided I would write an honest review. We paid a good amount of money to stay and our problems should have been addressed with the current booking not at our next booking why would I stay again? The only thing that was great about our stay was the location of the apartment and there are many other places to stay in Reston there is actually a Hyatt directly across they way. Them reaching out the morning we are checking out to try and fix the situation after we had been there for 5 days was ridiculous!

• Sersaray (10/5): Churchill Living - It was our first time at Reston, VA and Churchill Living properties. The location was perfect! Very safe, elite and friendly neighborhood. Lots of cuisines and shopping places near by. The building facility itself was nicely decorated, quiet, safe, so many options in common areas to enjoy, very comfortable, great for couples or families. We loved the decor. Also it is only 30 min drive to Washington National Mall and downtown. The host Bushra Chaudhry was extremely welcoming, explained everything in perfect detail upon our arrival, she was very friendly, gave us very clear instructions and during the entirety of our stay she was reachable for any questions. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, very modern. It was perfectly clean. Had all the things we needed including washer and dryer. Everything was designed to make the visitors feel home, anything you can think of needing they had it. So we did not have to buy anything extra except food and drinks. Everything was perfectly clean. We would like to stay with Churchill Living during all our visits to DC moving forward.

The lobby is beautiful and comfortable. I honestly loved everything about this place. Nothing! I wish I didn't have to leave the apartment and go home.

The TV in the master bedroom did not connect to the internet and could not use it during my stay. TO BE FAIR.... once I check into an air bnb I do not like people coming into the place, so I never complained. We opened up the sofa bed and hung out with the kids to watch the TV in the living room. Exceptional stay. Will visit again!!!!!!!! 100% satisfied.

The location was excellent right in Reston town centre within walking distance to everything, the unit was very clean and spacious. We had a two bedroom unit for the four of us and it was more than enough room. Bushra, the property manager was very attentive and answered any questions and concerns immediately. The only downfall to this trip was the front desk person who was quite rude both times that we interacted with him. A tall, balding man, I believe his name was Jake. at least that’s what someone called him. Other than this unfortunate interaction, our stay was excellent and I will stay here again the next time we come to Reston. One more thing , the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

• Mae (7/5): Other than the small things, i enjoyed my stay very much, everything was what i expected and more - Location was spot on, loved that i had a full kitchen and was able to cook in it. View was beautiful . pull out couch was wonky felt like it was broken , wasn’t sturdy , some outlets didnt work, sink was a little clogged. Had to clean out vacuum n revaccum the carpet due to pet hair n dander.

• Brett (10/5): Well and done Bushra from Chruchill was very in resolving issues and available 24/7 we - Keys where available from 4pm as promised wish they could have been earlier it would have been easier if the keys where available from 2pm !!! 4pm is late in the day but i am nit picking the stay was amazing as always

• Samuel (8/5): Very good - No. When my friend arrived at the building at midnight, no one at the front desk knew about the accommodation, and there were no keys to deliver to her. She needed to go to the hotel to stay the night. The next morning, she returned to the building and was able to check in. We request for one night refund, but nobody answered us. I need to receive an invoice to request a refund internally in my company. I have asked for it many times but have not gotten an answer from the billing team.
• Elke (10/5): Just what we needed - This stay was such a find. During the snow storm the garage helped kept us from digging out. Even the restaurants were open near us. I will stay here again

• Emily (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Great location with everything you need within walking distance and the apartment lobby was beautiful, relaxing and very clean. The apartment itself was lovely too and very spacious two bedroom with two full bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! The only downside I can think of is that the apartment was quite dusty in places and although they had a sweeping brush and mop, there was no vacuum which would have made a huge difference as there is carpet throughout the bedrooms.
• Ernest (4/5): Honestly, this is a sterile, lifeless, uncomfortable place that I'll never return to. - TV in main room wouldn't change channels. Bed had large wet spot on it when I arrived. The whole building smells like bad perfume. Doors and fixtures are cheaply made. Also...no salt and pepper...but you've got salt and pepper shakers...ON THE TABLE WHICH WAS SET. That's just weird.
• Chris (10/5): - The location, the building and the property manager, Bushra, were excellent. Lots of local businesses are walkable and a great Reston Town Center location.

• Penelope (9/5): Well-appointed apartment in cental Reston - Central location. Excellent gym. Helpful staff. Well-appointed kitchen. It was not clear to me or to staff that I had a parking space booked, necessitating a number of messages and paying for the first night’s parking.

• Leah (7/5): Good - Good location, nice property Staff was unfriendly, 24hr check in but no one was available around 9pm when we got there. We could not get in the front lobby.
• Guillermo (8/5): Very good - Left for work at 4am, missed the breakfast if there was one. Lots of construction going on, but has to be done, understood. Overbooking and room assignments. Prices on the high end, but not many options in town for a suite with cooking options. This city is busy!
• Sarah (10/5): We loved the dog park, access to Reston Town Center. It felt like a European experience from all of the walking: each me - The layout was perfect for our family. Very open and enough beds for all four of us. We loved that it is a dog friendly establishment. The customer service was superb, especially Bushra - who helped me with all of the details and supplied us with remote control batteries. A guy from Instacart tried to open our door at night. We didn’t order Instacart, so it was a little sketchy. The Signature building lets food delivery services wonder the halls, which is not safe.

• Tim (4/5): Overall nice apartment and lobby but logistically very difficult to navigate getting in and out - The front desk person was there when my husband and I arrived the first day and was great. However, when my son arrived late at night nobody was there to let him in. He waited for a long time and finally had to wake us up at 12:30 am to come down and get him. We had issues getting our parking passes and an extra fob. The rest of our stay there was nobody at the front desk to help us. There was somebody there but he said he worked for the apartment building connected to the hotel. He was helpful but we hated bothering him since it wasn't his job to help us. The apartment itself was clean and beds comfy but the living room furniture was not comfortable. Getting to the garage was very inconvenient. Had to take the elevator to the lobby, walk through the lobby to another building and use a fob each time going in and out of the garage and the building.

• Robert (6/5): - This place is just ok. You book through hotels.com and then have to deal with the management company global suites. Hotels is great but global is horrible. They constantly ask for photos of your credit card. I have stayed three times and won’t ever again. They always mess up my parking reservation and then bill me months later. The area is great but if you are looking for ease of booking this is not the place. Stay away. I will avoid this place from now on and I travel to the area a lot. Their check out instructions basically have you do everything a cleaning crew is paid to do. If you don’t do it they will dock your deposit. Yes it has a full kitchen but there is not one spatula or even salt and pepper for you to actually cook. Just go to the Hyatt next door. Their cleaning list is worse than my wife’s at home. It is work on you to stay here. I tried to like it three times but global luxury suites ruined my experience. They don’t tell you when you book that you have to go through them after. The area is great though but just stay in the main hotel. I will never stay there again
• Nikica (8/5): - Nice, large apartment with some flaws - bed possibly broken, one towel only, have to pack your garbage out. There is parking nearby but communication to secure it was annoying with having to send images of the credit card in. Check in was smooth and the building and the area are great.
