- Thu (8/5): Khá ok - Khách sạn gần chợ đêm, chỗ để xe rộng rãi, ghế ở sảnh rộng thoáng mát, có thang máy thuận tiện, hỗ trợ gửi hành lý, có wc sạch sẽ ở sảnh chờ, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Phòng 4 người nhưng chỉ có 2 ổ cắm rất bất tiện. Phải xin thêm ổ cắm rời. Hết giấy vệ sinh xin thêm nhưng ko đc cuộn mới, nv đưa các cuộn dang dở từ các phòng khác để lại. Biết là vẫn xài đc nhưng cảm giác ko chuyên nghiệp ở điểm này.

- Vui (10/5): - KS Ngay trung tâm đi ra chợ Đà Lạt có 3 phút. Xung quanh rất nhiều quán ăn uống. Ks sạch sẽ, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Mình đã ở đây nhiều lần ròi nhưng nay Ks mới xây thêm khu mới phòng cao cấp hạng premium nên mình trải nghiệm thử. Phòng mới xây được setup 3 sao rất sang trọng hiện đại. Mình rất ưng ý ! Sẽ quay lại vào lần sau.

- Gabriella (1/5): Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere - We booked here and then were told the room we booked online wasn’t available but a room not as good was for the same price as the better option, so we asked to cancel. The hotel took days to respond and wouldn’t cancel the booking despite advertising for rooms and then wanting to put your in worse rooms for the same price. Eventually they cancelled, luckily we didn’t pay before arriving otherwise I doubt we would have gotten a refund as it took days after arriving before anything was sorted.

Khu vực khá yên tĩnh, trật tự. Hàng quán rất gần, cách vài bước chân, khá sạch sẽ, thức ăn, đồ uống ngon, giá cả phải chăng. Khách sạn gần trung tâm buôn bán, chợ đêm.

- nguyen (3/5): Nghỉ ngơi 1 ngày đi vui vẻ, cà phê , chỗ ăn rất ok trừ cái chỗ khách sạn tệ - Vị trí gần chợ đêm , có chỗ để xe , phòng rộng Nhìn hình thì cũng tạm nhưng mà ở ngoài thì chất lượng tệ hơn trong hình nhiều . Phòng thì mùi sơn nồng. Mình book 1 pn đơn và 1 phòng đôi . May mà phòng đôi mình có ban công còn đỡ. Còn pn đơn thì thôi rồi không có cửa sổ sơn nồng mà phòng kín ở rất bí . Mình có gọi điện hỏi giờ nhận phòng là mấy giờ mà lễ tân nói khi nào có thì gọi cũng không có giờ cụ thể chính xác ngồi đợi trong mong gị à . Còn về phòng thì giường vệ sinh không sạch , chăn nhỏ , gối cứng thật sự ngủ không được. Phòng mình thì không có khăn tắm. Tivi không sử dụng được. Phòng đôi 2 giường ở 3 người mà có 1 ổ điện ngay giường ai dùng ai nhịn muốn sạc pin đth rất khó. Phải rút điện ở bên phía tivi tủ lạnh mới đủ ổ cắm sạc cho 3 người . Còn về chỗ để xe thì lề cao nên xe gầm thấp thì mn đi chú ý

Very good value for money, as the hotel is inexpensive. The rooms and especially the bathrooms could use an update, as everything is worn. The pictures on Booking.com look more luxurious than the reality -- maybe the pictures are old, or maybe we just got an unrefurbished room...

- Bonjoseph (7/5): Good - The location is convenient, close to most sightseeing spots. It's also located just along the road so getting a taxi is easy. and the room is spacious. The family rooms were really big and the view was beautiful. It could have been better if they had an air conditioner or a heater because it could get too warm or too cold at night. The room was generally clean but if you check carefully, the bed frame was dusty. The check-in time posted on booking.com was different from the hotel's check-in time so we had to wait for almost 2 hours at the lobby.

Unfortunately it rained constantly for the 3 days we were there which made the grubby room more noticeable. We travel Asia a lot and always stay in smaller budget hotels so we accept a bit of mould but the walls of this hotel were dirty. A wipe down or a fresh coat of pain would do wonders. The ceiling in our bedroom ad been half painted in patches which made the older spaces stand out.

Also, there was no curtain at the door and we could see the light from the hallway all the night. The mattress was very hard and it was not clean under the bed.

- Chris (9/5): Helpful friendly staff - hotel central to everything travellers need. - I arrived from Da Nang feeling rather sick. Thankfully the people at the reception of Europa Hotel let me check in earlier and I could go to my room to sleep and rest. I booked a tour for the next day. However I was still feeling sick the next day and the guy at the reception communicated with the tour operator to postpone my booking for another day. The lady at the reception was also helpful; one time she even went with her motorbike to get me an adaptor to charge my phone. The room I was in was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area of the centre, but still close to everything in this beautiful city of Da Lat. If I have the opportunity to visit Da Lat again, Europa Hotel is the place I would want to stay.

- Gunnis85 (5/5): Get what you pay for. - Couldn't be closer to the centre of town and the night markets if you tried. Was grateful for a cheap room in such a great part of town. Firm bedding you'd expect in a SE Asia hotel and not much more. Be mindful the hotel goes under two names, which can confuse local transit drivers. Hotel Europa, and Hotel Du Cat. Look, I'll put it this way. When I checked in, even the chap at the front desk said "you've got the cheapest room in the hotel, we are full tonight and can upgrade you tomorrow for a fee if you want". The room was 4th floor, top of staircase, outside, round the back, and in to what seemed like another building from the Soviet Era. While seemingly pleasant at first, the cracks quickly started to show. The view out the room's window was a construction site (building across the street, which the hotel has no control over I admit). The bed was covered with a quilt that had no cover, so I ended up using a sleeping bag liner as sheets. The walls were covered with variously stained wallpaper and I had significant concern about the power outlets. The "shower" room had a vent that opened in to the stairwell which meant any noise travelled, and the actual shower hose was woefully busted. The bidet gun stopped working for no reason on the second night of stay. While it was easy enough to pop in and out of this private room, doing so felt like returning to a prison someone had slapped a little bit of green paint over and hoped for the best. I -DO- wish to point out that, on my adventures up and down the central stairwell in the front rooms, that I had a clear view in to some of the main buildings rooms that were being cleaned. The facilities looked slightly more loved and tended, so I am not sure the room I was in would be a great benchmark of the hotel's true stay. But do your research before committing to this cheap stay.
- Chew (10/5): Best value hotel in Dalat. Location, price and hospitality - It is near to the night market. The heart of Dalat. The room is super spacious. The staff is kind and willing to help out. There is nothing for me to complain here.
- Tom (9/5): Superb - Perfect location in the centre of Da Lat. The night market is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, I don’t see how anyone could complain about this hotel. Some parts of the home are slightly aged, however as I have already said, for the price, you are getting amazing value and there are absolutely no issues with the hotel at all

And there are few restaurants nearby were delicious. There is no air conditioner in my room but it was okay without it. Da Lat is not too hot. For me, electricity outlet were more needed. If I want to use a dryer, there is no outlet in the bathroom so it was not convenient for me.

- Sujinutt (10/5): perfect location only 5 minutes walk to the night market. friendly staff. - the staff was really helpful and super friendly. He made our stay even more comfortable. He booked a bus and transportation to travel around Dalat.

- Sebastian (9/5): very nice hotel in good location, helpful stuff - all good, all facilities works well, cleaning everyday, the stuff was very helpful even told us when we left hotel and forget few things (they send it back by post!), you can also hire motorbike here in good price. they also very helpful to arrange you ticket, there is also possiblity of late check out some room doesn't have windows so check what you book, mattress could be better in our room but in general was ok.
- Bruce (8/5): The manager is very helpful and even arranged to post back some things I left. - It is very convenient to the night market and lake. The walk to the night market is only a few hundred metres.
