I would kindly recommend the management to consider using more soundproof materials in the future for an even more comfortable stay. • Bart (8/5): Prima hotel voor een nachtje doorreizen. Hulpvaardige mensen en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. - Het was een prima hotel om een nacht te verblijven op onze doorreis. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel voor deze prijs. Het ontbijt is genereus. De rooftop is leuk en je kan er eten tot na middernacht. Handig als je -zoals in ons geval- heel wat vertraging oploopt met de vlucht en heel laat toekomt is het hotel. We verbleven er 2 keer, in het begin en het einde van onze reis. De eerste nacht rook een van onze kamers naar sigarettenrook. We hebben dit gemeld en gevraagd om de volgende keer een fris ruikende kamer te hebben, maar dit was opnieuw een stinkend naar rook kamer. We hebben direct om een andere kamer gevraagd. Die hadden ze niet beschikbaar op de niet-rokers verdiepingen. Men heeft dan nog laat die avond de kamer helemaal aangepakt terwijl we op de rooftop aan het avondeten waren. En de geur was verdwenen! Dat was echt top! Bedankt!

De eerste nacht was er veel geluid op de gang en er werd gerookt op een vd kamers waardoor de gang en onze kamer ernaar stonk. Upon arrival, the team outside will assist you with your bags, and as you step into the lobby, a warm welcome awaits you at reception, especially from "Shelly," a skilled and charming staff member; while the entire team is fantastic, she truly shines among them. She welcomes you with a cheerful expression, showing great respect to each visitor and being a meticulous team member. Her manager is an excellent person; it seems like he's been a longtime friend of yours. The surroundings are exceptionally serene, tidy, round-the-clock top-notch customer support, sanitary well-maintained showers, and extremely clean sleeping arrangements. If you want to experience a home-like atmosphere, choose this hotel. Don’t be misled by the prominent brands of other hotels. The quality of service provided here exceeds the cost you are billed. Experience it, it's worth trying what do you have to lose.

• Travelin' Evelyn (8/5): Fijn centraal gelegen hotel. - Goed ontbijt, lekker restaurant en gezellig dakterras met bar. Staf gaat zich te buiten om het je naar de zin te maken. Lekker in het centrum en met taxi of openbaar vervoer alles goed en goedkoop bereikbaar. Ik miste een klein koelkastje op de kamer. Kraanwater kan niet gedronken worden en gezien het warme weer zou het lekker zijn om wat drinken koel te stellen.

• Sebastian (10/5): Absolut zu empfehlen ! - Gute und zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer. Die Spa - Anwendung ist gut und zu empfehlen. Die Spa - Anwendungen werden im Zimmer auf dem Bett durchgeführt. Ein extra Spa - Raum wäre sinnvoll.

• Martina (7/5): Im Vgl. zum ersten Aufenthalt 3Wochen vorher leider enttäuschend - Bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück, Wasser auf dem Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, Lage zentral - Rooftopbar (ein Auswahlktriterium!) war geschlossen, ohne dass das auf booking.com angekündigt war. Für uns sehr einschränkend. - kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer (kannten wir vom ersten Aufenthalt, gibt es nur im Familienzimmer-warum??) - Schimmel im Sanitärbereich (Waschbecken und Dusche), für empfindliche Nasen entsprechend wahrzunehmender Geruch/ vermutl. auch Lüftungsproblem -Zimmer ohne Fenster ohne Hinweis auf booking.com - Zimmerwechsel war aber möglich
