• Olha (7/5): - Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Удобное расположение транспорта. Все, чтоб переночевать, есть, главное что горячая вода есть)) Если нужна кухня, то ее нет. Есть только чайник. Но если дома не кушать, то чайника хватает с головой.

• Parkhomenko (8/5): - Прекрасное расположение отеля. Из окна открывается замечательный вид на площадь — мы были зимой, и там была ёлка и каток, что создавало очень уютную и праздничную атмосферу. Прямо напротив отеля находится автобусная остановка, откуда всего за 10 минут можно доехать до Венеции (материк). Очень удобно.
• Saba (3/5): - The apartment was cold and we couldn't get enough heating with the heater. The room walls were very thin and you could hear everything from the neighbouring room. Hot water was not working most of the time and we were getting a cold shower half of our stay.

• JAMAL (1/5): ne anche gratis - Nulla Mi hanno costretto a fare il check-in prima delle 19:30, nonostante avessi specificato nella prenotazione che avrei fatto il check-in verso le 19:30 o le 20:30. Non c'era acqua calda in bagno, quindi mi hanno spostato in un'altra stanza.
• Juan Jose (1/5): Si quieres pasar una estancia agradable No duermas ahi - Literalmente lo unico bueno es que quedaba a 20 min de venecia, el resto un desastre. El piso de la recepción manchado con sangre, me dieron una toalla manchada de sangre, la habitación con 2 toma corrientes cerca de la puerta no tiene ningún sentido, sucio en todos los rincones de la habitación, con todo respeto no se queden ahi es un asco. Sin contar que las toallas del suelo del baño tenian demasiado mugre también. En general es una vergüenza total. Todo sucio y en malas condiciones.

• Natálie (7/5): - Great location and the room was clean. We only received one key to the room, which was inconvenient. On Booking.com the checkout time is listed as 10:30, which I planned for, but the accommodation informed me that checkout is actually at 10:00. There is no standard kitchen unit — only a “vertical kitchen,” meaning a fridge with a microwave on top and a kettle placed on the microwave. During my stay, someone ate the food I had stored in the fridge, and the hairdryer from the accommodation went missing.

La propreté la salle de bain avec des traces jaunes sur le carrelage, les chambres plein de poussière la cuisine plein de saleté derrière la table. • Kunihiko (8/5): ヴェネツィア観光の拠点に最適 - ヴェネツィア・メストレ駅から徒歩圏内で訪問可能。（バスやトラムもあります）またヴェネツィア本島にはホテル徒歩数分のバス停からアクセスできるので、ヴェネツィア観光の拠点にもできます。 地図に登録されていた場所と違うところだった。（到着後に連絡したら案内はしてもらえた）また周辺の買い物できるところがないので、朝食の準備等は予め必要。また部屋は建物の4階だったが階段のみだった。

• Beatriz (7/5): A estadia é ok, visto o preço e a localização próxima ao ônibus, super fácil de chegar a Veneza. - Tudo simples, mas o simples bem feito. Limpo e organizado. Não gostei porque tinha apenas um ventilador de pé e com o calor do verão não deu conta, passamos muito calor. A cama foi diferente da foto, mas apesar disso, foi confortável. O ralo do banheiro sempre entupia a cada banho, bem desagradável. Ah e você só pode cozinhar se pagar 5 euros.

• Donovan (8/5): - Check in was confusing because we arrived at a slightly different address and had to walk 10 minutes. The actual stay was great and for what we paid, I am quite happy with this place. Right near the bus stop to get into Venice!
• Mihaela (4/5): Not suitable for solo women travelers - The price-quality ratio is acceptable. The advantages are that the place is located near a public transport stop with direct connection to Venice and a 20-minute walk from the train station. When I arrived and started calling, they hung up on me. I went into the courtyard alone, there was a person waiting for me who didn't speak English, it was difficult to communicate. The level of cleanliness is questionable, it was extremely stuffy and warm, there is no fan or air conditioning, it was very noisy. On the second night, someone tried to enter my room with a key. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and frightening. I do not recommend it for women traveling alone.

• Renata (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Vamos lá, propriedade para quem quer um custo baixo e uma boa localização, somente isso, limpeza no chão do banheiro estava ok, e por ser compartilhado precisa de ajuda de todos, mais o chuveiro grande parecia que não era limpo a anos, então uma limpeza minuciosa seria ótimo, o quarto que ficamos tem uma porta sanfonadas para o outro quarto com cadeado, eu não me senti seguro devido isso, porque não fecham e coloquem uma parede? Bairro a noite andamos sem nenhum problema no primeiro dia mais depois decidimos pegar ônibus até o local.

Saturday market at the square 50 meters from the hotel was really good. Bought some good quality Italian fabrics at really cheap price. Cons- The heater didn’t work so the room was cold during the first night. When we informed the owner, they fixed it for our second night. Cleaning was Ok and would recommend them to replace the blankets as they looked quiet old.

• András (3/5): Disappointed - There was no air conditioning, only a noisy fan. I had to open the windows, but then the moscitoes came in, so I could not fall asleep until 2-3 am. The room / bed was not at all like in the photo. I had booked for two nights, but I had to find another place for the second night. Plus, the neighbourhood was full of black immigrants. I will never come back to that place again.

• Emily (3/5): Not ideal - main reason I got the place was for a comfortable sleep and that did not happen. - Location was good for what I needed. WiFi. Clean towel. Dusty under the bed, classic sign a room hasn’t been cleaned properly, and triggered my dust allergies. The bathroom was a bit gross as well - there was a wet towel just lying on the floor, and everything just seemed a bit dirty. The bed was SO squeaky and creaky it was ridiculous. Headboard wasn’t screwed in thoroughly and just squeaked like crazy. There were 2 beds in the room and both were horribly squeaky - not great for sleeping as every time you move it wakes you up. Very thin walls and neighbours were super loud talking on the phone all night. Really struggled to sleep. Signage on the door doesn’t match the name of the Booking.com listing so when I received the check in email it said ‘ring bell 3’ or something similar and there was no bell labelled ‘3’, and no bell with ‘Venice Vacation House’ listed, a load of similar sounding names but not exactly the same wording. I also arrived at the time that had been confirmed for check in and no one was there. I had no service or WiFi so had to go to the library across the road to use WiFi and to see where they were as no one answered when I rang what I guessed was the correct bell (i mean who knows as none of them were labelled correctly). He told me to wait and eventually did arrive but was a little annoying and confusing, especially as it was raining.
• Barbora (9/5): Superb - The rooms were very clean, as were the common areas, the kitchen and the bathroom. helpful staff who accommodated the check-in time. Big room. The equipment was old, the bed was also not up to expectations. there was one cup available in the kitchen, which is really not enough for 3 rooms, on the other hand there was a heap, which I don't understand why. Very loud doors and locks. Our windows faced the street, which was very noisy even at midnight.

• Jose (4/5): - La propiedad tiene solo un baño y servicio sanitario para todas las habitaciones. Las puertas de ese baño se traban y es casi imposible abrirlas. El portón de salida de la propiedad se cierra automáticamente y una vez pase esto te quedas encerrado y no hay a quién contactar para que abran de nuevo.

• Elisa (8/5): Excellent value for money and good position to reach Venice :) - The guesthouse is very close (less than 1 minute on foot) from a bus stop that brings you directly to Venice in 20 minutes, so that is great. Just opposite from the building, there is a "tobacco shop" selling bus tickets, so that is very comfortable too. I was staying in a private room with shared bathroom, in one of the apartments. The room was bigger than expected and it had a nice window that made it pretty light, a quite comfortable single bed and a nice desk (that was perfect, because I was coming for my exams and I needed a place where I could revise). The shared bathroom was also quite comfortable, and it had toothpaste, shampoo and soap that everyone could use. In the apartment there were also a fridge and a microwave oven, which came in handy when I needed to store my food. The staff was nice and communication, both online and in person, was very easy. The only problems that I had during my stay were related to other guests being loud during the night, as the rooms are not soundproof, or not really respecting the public spaces and leaving them dirty. Nothing of this is the facility's fault, but keep in mind when booking that it's the room of a flat, not an hotel room. Another thing you need to be VERY CAREFUL of is that the gate in the courtyard doesn't apparently have any other way to get opened if not by using they key. This created a bit of an incident when I was leaving the structure, as I left my keys in the room after check-out and someone else closed the gate before I could leave, blocking me in the courtyard. So pay maximum attention when leaving, that both the building door and the gate remain open before your leave.
• Kyle (3/5): A sleepless, uncomfortable and very hot night. - Check in process was smooth. Transport to hotel was easy. It was incredibly hot. The "Airconditioning" was a portable unit that didn't even work. We got no sleep because it was way too hot. Bed uncomfortably hard too

The room didn't look comfortable, it didnt have enough electric sockets and there was s glass door on our room, so we heared everything that was going on any time of the day. there were 3 other rooms woth many guests sharing the bathroom and kitchen area, which wasn't very nice, it was too much. The cctv camera is turned to see the inside hallway, but also sees the mirror oposit the bathroom, so you have to be extra careful about your appearance... The place didn't look like the fotos, they are showing another room. We were disappointed.

• Juhani (5/5): Decent local apartment experience, but might not stay again - There was a balcony with a view to a nearby park. There was a bus/tram stop very close and the bus took only 10 minutes to Venice. A good pizza place downstairs. The room was big and spacious. The host gave good advice on how to use the public transport and recommendations to nearby restaurants. The area (Marghera) was a pleasant surprise with a nice atmosphere Finding the property was difficult. The apartment was not where we booked it, but it seems that there are multiple apartments in the area that are shared between different hotel names (Venice Vacation House, Venice Garden House, etc). The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms and had only the bare necessities and smelled quite a bit. There was very little furnishing in the room to put your stuff on. There was very little sound proofing and the locks in the apartment were very loud, which made everything feel very noisy.

• Abigail (7/5): Good - The location is quite good, fifteen minutes by walk to the Mestre train station. Room and toilet are clean, which is very nice. Stay for one week is okay. We still had a good time there. The heater in the room is basically no use... We were freezing the whole time. And the shower ran out of hot water after two persons. You need to wait for a long time until the water gets hot again. The double bed is very hard that we had bruises after sleeping on it. But in general, it's a okay hostel. With the price and the location.

The bathroom was cleaned everyday. The room was also clean. Comfortable beds. The room was a bit small though, and it's stuffy at night when we had to close the door and window. • Verified traveler (10/5): Totally good - I started one night with a friend. The room is entirely clean and stuff is friendly. Location is not so far from Mestre station and there is tram stop near there. Only not good thing is no supermarket around there, but any other points are good. I recommend you if you are looking for cheap and cozy place.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Die Zimmer und das Gemeinschaftsbad waren sehr sauber. Jedoch war die Toilette zusammen mit der Dusche. Das heißt am Morgen teilen sich vier Zimmer eine Toilette mit Bad. Unsere Erfahrung war: Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm. Ansonsten konnte man auch mal eine gewisse Zeit warten bis man die Toilette und Dusche benutzen konnte. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, so dass man sich auch heiße Getränke machen konnte. Die Lage war optimal. Gegenüber der Unterkunft war ein Tabacci Laden wo man sich schon Fahrkarten für die Busse und auch für die Vaporettos in Venedig kaufen konnte. Die Bushaltestelle war gerade mal ~ 150 m entfernt und man konnte direkt mit der Linie 6 + 6L bis nach Venedig an den Piazzale de Roma (zentraler Busbahnhof) fahren. Die Fahrt dauert gerade mal 20 Minuten. In der Nähe der Unterkunft waren mehrere Bars, ein Supermarkt, sowie ein Markt und mehrere Schnellrestaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort die Unterkunft bei einem Besuch in Venedig nutzen.
