• Ramon (2/5): El apartamento de la milla. - La ubicación La terraza con peldaño y con pendiente, reforma mal ejecutada El baño pésimo, las cortinas en las duchas ya están pasadas de moda , la cocina con utensilios escasos y baratos Colchones blandos y de baja calidad (pesimos) , en resumen un apartamento antiguo a precio de uno recién reformado. Ha!! En la reserva antes de hacerla dice que admite mascotas pero cuando llegas al apartamento te cobra un suplemento de 30€ ( en mi caso por 4 días). En fin una aprovechada señora Julia.

• maria (8/5): Perfect place To with friends - Great location Towels not the best, no air con in one of rooms (noisy fan) batteries dead in one of remotes. Only one shower. Couple of the lights bulbs gone in rooms. One sheet only on bed and one pillow each. 🙁 Did not see anyone in reception both at all during 3 night stay
• Gustavo Manuel (1/5): Lo peor de lo peor - Vistas y ubicacion Escasez de menaje q se solucionó.Almohodas asquerosas que tuve q lavar.Sofa roto que no se pudo dormir.Nevera que no enfría bien y rota sus cajones del congelador y las repisas de la nevera.Sillas rotas e incómodas.Solo se puede usar un WC para todo porque el pequeño no funciona para defecar i mear.El WC sin tapa.Eramos 6 adultos imagínen como fue la experiencia por casi 1000euros la semana.La campana extractora no funciona bien,todo un desastre.Encima tienes el motor de los ACdos en la habitación q te impiden dormir con el aire en marcha porque del ruido no puedes dormir.En una habitación tienes un ventilador de techo ridículo q no sirve para nada.La llanda del horno reclamé q me la limpiarán porque estaba requetesucia.Adjunto fotos.Experiencia irrepetible.Nada recomendable
• Natalia (2/5): Sucio y descuidado. - el aire acondicionado y el agua caliente eran las dos únicas cosas que funcionaban bien. falta de limpieza debajo de las camas había de todo. la cortina de la ducha tenia una cuarta de moho. La cocina te quedabas pegada, el sofá lleno de manchas, la puerta de acceso al apartamento con enormes problemas para abrir. Llaves de la luz colgando, techo de una habitación se desconchó la pintura y cayó estando allí. Cucarachas. Artículos personales de otros huéspedes.
• Rafael DaCosta (5/5): - Boa localização, perto da praia Tachos e frigideiras velhos A limpeza nao estava bem feita Apareciam baratas na cozinha, problema geral da cidade, no entanto, deveria haver mais controlo e prevenção para tal nao acontecer, pois é o local onde cozinhamos. Chamamos o responsável que apenas fez a limpeza e colocou um produto que de pouco adiantou

• Márcio Ivan (8/5): Avaliação ao apt Halcon Levante - Da localização,da piscina excelente,varios supermercados muito perto,100 mts da praia,zona calma e das varias comodidades da casa.A anfitriã Laura super prestável. As cortinas deixam entrar luz.Pra quem quiser dormir um bocado mais de manha fica complicado.Os colchões das camas não são lá muito top.

• Andreea (9/5): Superb - Spacious, the view is amazing and close to restaurants, beach and supermarkets. The check in starts Very late, 16-17h and the check out from 8 to 10 in the morning.

Pool was fab for us as we don't like to be in strong sun. Sun was on pool from 1pm. Xxx Could do with a bit of face lift but was great for our needs. X
• Angela (9/5): Superb - The apartment is lovely . We really enjoyed our stay . Beds were comfy . Everything u need in there was provided . The view is beautiful. Nice to have a few sun loungers by the pool. Had a issue with the canopy banging .messaged the holiday provider and someone was out that day to put it right ...so all in all we have a wonderful stay . Would we go back . Yes So as above we loved our stay but 1. There were no blinds or curtains ..just voiles which are see through so of a night u couldn't get changed in the room unless u want the world to see . So it made it very light in the room at night from the street lights .. we bought some eye masks to wear to try and make it darker. 2. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable And the only other thing is the sliding doors from both bedrooms and the lounge run right through from one side to other part of the apartment .the walls end upto the glass sliding doors so have a gap of about 3 to 4 inches so the room isn't fully private .. We would love to come back but the apartment really need some curtains up to black out the light in the bedrooms... Apart from that it's such a lovely place to say .. Thankyou

• Danny (10/5): Just what we needed - Cornelis was great, met us upon arrival and departure to sort everything out for us, there was one issue with our shower, which he also promptly fixed as soon as we told him, the property was perfect location for the party side of Benidorm, swimming pool was great and was a lovely view of Benidorm from the room also, nothing to fault for a long weekend in Benidorm for a football tour.
• Sarah (8/5): Lovely holiday - Julia was really helpful. Came to check us in straight away on arrival, and checked us our just before departure, so no hanging about. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. Quiet location, 5 minute walk to beach, and about 15 minute walk to main strip area. Good shower, lots of space in living area, and windows that fully open to create a balcony effect. Handy supermarket just across the road. Very secure and safe. Up a hill, and then stairs up to the apartment entrance. Hard work if you have any mobility issues. Pool was closed, despite saying it was available when booking. No Engish speaking channels on the TV, would normally expect a news channel?

• Ed (10/5): Great location, amazing views of the beach, close enough to everything yet quiet in the room. - Cornelis text me before I'd left to introduce himself and advise that he would meet me to give keys and sort deposit. Very good communication and he arrived when he said he would for both check in and check out. As the room was for 4-5 people another set of keys would have been useful but 2 sets was still manageable.

• Julie (9/5): Superb - Overlooking the pool on 4th floor. Close to beach and shop right outside. The owners were very friendly and let us stay later after checkout for a small extra fee. There was no oven just a hob and microwave.
