Distan (10/5): Absolute luxury - This is the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was so sumptuous, I felt like I was a member of the Rolling Stones. My only regret is that we only had one night in Sa Pa. This is a hotel worth a trip to Vietnam for the hotel alone. The rooms are beautifully appointed - and we only stayed in a standard room. The facilities, décor, and restaurant are all first class, and the indoor pool has to be seen to be believed. The staff were also terrific: patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help. We arrived in Sa Pa early in the morning on an overnight train and, fortunately for us, they were able to expedite access to our room much earlier than we expected. Our entire stay, although brief, was nothing short of amazing. It was truly a memorable experience. Nothing!

samia (10/5): Endroit magnifique, mais relation client à revoir - Cet hôtel est un bijou d'architecture, une expérience en soi qui vaut le détour par Sapa. La piscine est une véritable oeuvre d'art, ainsi que tout l'agencement et design intérieur des lieux. La réceptionniste qui a traité mon dossier a été très sèche et peu compatissante: j'ai demandé si nous pouvions éventuellement reporter notre venue à plus tard car j'ai dû me faire opérer d'une tumeur au sein, et la réponse de l'établissement était tout simplement non, malgré mon certificat médical et preuve de l'opération récente. J'ai ensuite tout de même réussi à changer les dates à travers booking, mais j'ai été facturée d'un supplément pour ce changement, alors que la chambre était moins chère à ces dates sur le site, et incluait le petit déjeuner, alors que dans mon cas, elle était plus chère et sans petit déjeuner. De plus, mon partenaire n'a pas pu prendre son vol à cause de la guerre au Moyen-Orient; je suis donc venue seule. Or, le changement de réservation de deux personnes à une personne était impossible. Je suis journaliste pour une revue tournant autour des hôtels de luxe, et malheureusement, ce type de relation client distante, peu arrangeante, et au final, peu humaine, teinte le séjour d'une note sombre.

Maricar (10/5): A memorable stay in Sapa!!! Hope to be back someday!!!! - Perfect location in the center of town. Lots of shops and options for food, and laundry (not self service laundry). The property is so elegant. We had the buffet breakfast for 2 days and the food was delicious. The Chic restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. Superb quality food and great service!!! This location is also a short ride/ grab transportation or even walking distance to Cat Cat village and Moana Sapa. Very easy to location to call for grab. It’s connected to the Sunworld Fansipan train station so it’s very convenient going up to Fansipan. A special thanks to a wonderful young lady Miss “Mai” who helped me relax during a 90 minute massage :-) at the hotel Spa. None

The architecture and overall layout of the hotel are absolutely stunning — theatrical, enchanting, and full of character. Even the hotel rooms feel beautifully curated and immersive, making the entire experience feel luxurious yet artistic. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of food prepared beautifully. Kudos to the chefs and kitchen team for the quality and variety offered every morning. What made the stay even more memorable was the consistently excellent service from everyone in the hotel — from the door staff helping with luggage, to the breakfast restaurant team, all of whom were warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout the stay. A very special mention goes to Thạnh at the reception, who has been exceptionally helpful and attentive. I was genuinely impressed that she recognised me by face and even remembered my room, which reflects a very high level of hospitality and genuine care for guests. One incident especially reflected the honesty and professionalism of the team. We accidentally dropped our wallet, and the hotel staff managed to retrieve it through their CCTV system, recognised us on camera, and promptly returned it to us safely. We are deeply grateful for the integrity, effort, and care shown by the staff throughout the process. Overall, a very memorable, charming, and delightful stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa.

Passenger37779104115 (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent hotel- very artistic decor-every nook and corner of the hotel has been tastefully done. The room is very pretty. Comfortable bed. Very hospitable staff- warm and welcoming. The restaurant is exotic - food is tasty and varied. The location is just perfect - all the major attractions are just around the place - walking distance - especially the monorail station has a special entrance specially for the hotel guests - as it is just behind the hotel. Special mention to the concierge staff member 'My' - she was very sweet and helpful. It's a beautiful property and we enjoyed the stay immensely. I'll recommend it to everyone.

Louise (10/5): Perfect stay, highly recommend! - Locations near the landmark Sapa station and close to main town square. The hotel itself if beautiful and well decorated and maintained. We given a complementary upgrade as it was my husband’s birthday. Despite booking same day and arriving within 20mins of booking due to our other accommodation being unsuitable they arranged decorations in the room while we were out at dinner to surprise him. Faultless experience, I would highly recommend!

The swimming pool a must was a very hot day so was brilliant to cool down in such a beautiful pool We also visited the roof top bar area lovely views too We had a disturb night sleep due to noisy air con fan they kindly changed the room. Breakfast was amazing so much choice eggs to go so tasty too We took advantage of the wow pass so pleased we did was super large Qs we skip them all the way to the top so worth the small extra cost. Stunning hotel highly recommend staying would definitely go back too
Connie Cris (10/5): Amazing! Worth it! - Staying at Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery was a visual experience in itself—its stunning architecture and meticulous attention to detail truly set it apart. Every corner reflects thoughtful design, making the entire stay feel unique and memorable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great balance of quality and variety without being overwhelming. We also highly recommend booking the VIP pass to Fansipan, which comes with great perks and makes the whole experience much more comfortable and seamless.
Damo (10/5): Luxurious stay in Sa Pa - This is a magnificent property right in the heart of town. The building is beautiful. It had this opulent artistic feel about it. Very chic. Staff are fantastic The rooms are very nice. It is expensive for Sa Pa but if you like a bit of luxury then this is your place Only complaint is my bathroom vent didn’t work set the bathroom steamed up every time I have a shower.
rimakouteili (10/5): A unique luxurious and energetic trip - Top of the top luxury hotel with lots of taste in the design, decoration. Amazing well trained staff, smiling and serving with lots of enthusiasm which reflects their happiness in their job. I believe management is very successful in training them. They value each customer, tell him proudly the story to f the conception of the hotel. We felt very welcomed. They made my husband’s birthday very special and treated us like king and queen. Upgraded us to the a special suite (920) with full luxury amnesties and decor. We are so grateful to them and hope to see them again soon.

We also truly appreciate being allowed to freshen up both before check-in and after check-out. Pertaining to the breakfast buffet, although it’s self paid and not included in the room package, I really appreciate the wide variety of food served. The only downside is that while there’s a bathtub, bath bombs weren’t available or easily accessible.

The design is remarkable, blending French‑inspired elegance with mountain‑resort character in a way that feels both luxurious and unique. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is refined. The breakfast was outstanding, offering an extensive variety of high‑quality dishes that made the mornings particularly enjoyable. However, the booking and pre‑arrival process felt more complicated than expected. I received several emails requesting changes to my Booking.com nickname and multiple updates to my card details. While well‑intentioned, the constant follow‑up became intrusive—especially when I was on top of Fansipan trying to enjoy the experience.

Valeriia (10/5): A beautiful and stylish hotel in a great location, with a few minor drawbacks - The hotel is very stylish, with lots of beautiful interior details — truly a “wow” effect. The room is on the smaller side, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. The pool is amazing — really beautiful and very pleasant to relax in. The staff were all very polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. The navigation inside the hotel is a bit confusing, as not all elevators go directly to the lobby. The hotel is also quite expensive for Vietnam. We had dinner at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the food did not quite match the price, and the service there could be improved.

Shower in the room was very good and hotel decor was cool and interesting. Location is great The sauna was ok, one got too hot and the other not hot enough. The pool is nice but feels a little bit old.

Les chambres sont très confortables, la literie est parfaite, les produits dans la salle de bain y compris les aménités de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est impeccable et pour tous les goûts. Ils ont un excellent cuisinier, nous nous sommes régalés au déjeuner. C’est le meilleur endroit pour monter au Fansipan car la première démarre juste sous l’hôtel. Les clients y ont un accès direct, je conseille le Wow Pass qui vous fait éviter toutes les queues d’attente jusqu’au terminal. À chaque station un adepte vous accueille, vous accompagne au prochain point et vous passez devant tout le monde. Ce fut une très bonne expérience, vu la foule. Tout était parfait mais un deuxième fauteuil dans une grande chambre cela l’aurait fait encore mieux

Catherine (10/5): A journey back in time… - This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Bill Bensley has created a masterpiece in this hotel and every room tells a story. It is the most incredible building and it is a very comfortable place to stay. When the hectic town outside becomes too much, it is a refuge and a place to rest your weary legs from all the walking. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was a dream. We will recommend this place to everyone. This is only a minor (and rather petty) thing, but there were kids screaming, jumping, bombing and splashing in the pool and it just did not have a very relaxed kind of vibe. The staff didn’t do much to stop the kids from doing this so it was hard to chill out. It wouldn’t be a problem if it was an outdoor pool but because it was indoors, it sounded like the local aquatic centre.

Cathleen (10/5): Incredible hotel, must stay in Sapa; perfect for Fansipan. - Everything! Perfect location, majestic, extravagant. Incredible breakfast selection, well worth the money. The sky bar and bridge were stunning. The heated indoor pool (was a perfect temperature) has to be the most gorgeous pool (take your camera) of all my travels with waiter service. We spent a few late afternoon hours here. There are double loungers with pillows & multiple cushions for comfort, zzzzzz! Skytop bar with an excellent drinks menu, I had a Gin & Tonic, and I could taste the Gin, not always the case in Vietnam. The menu also featured healthy smoothies and beer. The room was French Couture at its finest, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure. The room had a safe and ample room for 2 with a balcony. We had originally booked a suite but switched to a Classic King Suite, which was ample for the two of us, since we went to Fansipan for most of the day. Tickets for Fansipan were arranged at the hotel, and we highly recommend doing the (WOW pass) VIP tickets, round trip with the Fanicular cable car and Muong Hoa Funicular Train monorail. The Fansipan leaves right from the hotel lobby, and the hotel escorts you to the station. One of my top 5 favorite 5-star hotels and the only one in Sapa, located in the heart of Sapa town center, walking distance to everything you need, yet peaceful. Zero complaints! What on earth could you complain about!

Gym & the Aircodictionig not strong enough. We was have to open the balcony door at night to get more cool air. The could be more equipment like weight machine & Olympic rack with some weight plate. I understand most people don’t workout when they are on vacation but some of us do. Take care health when we are on vacation also very important for some of us. Thank you 😊

Camille megan (9/5): - The rooms are nice and big the pool is room temp not cold, the whole hotel is very aesthetic and is connected to sun plaza. (There is a sort of secret entrance, pls ask the staff so you dont have to walk "uphill". The male bartender was very curt and they started taking out the cushions in the outdoor seating an hour and a half before closing. The male bartender also said they dont have food when we asked but we saw another table with the food menu so when we approached the girl staff we were told there was food.
