• Walsh (3/5): - Very small room and bed really uncomfortable .the staff turned he druke box off with out telling us and we put money in .no tea or coffee in room .coffee machine down stairs which cost me £9 for tea and a coffee . because it only filled the cups up quarter way so had to pay twice . Very small shower tollet cold shower

• Maria (8/5): We had been to a do and needed an overnight stay and it was good value for money! We would stay here again - Location was great central to town walking distance to shops winter gardens tower and seafront Nothing not to like, although it’s not been that warm for May, it did feel a bit cold in the bedroom we mentioned this and Connor explained reason, possibly could do with an extra blanket though, as I did feel cold at night to be honest! That’s just me But bed was comfy and the hot shower made up for it! Connor made us welcome on arrival and a pleasant young man driven to making a good business with good facilities, as work in process, love his fresh ideas for his up and coming business! Clean and tidy and loved the idea of coffee machine downstairs!

Comfort of the rooms location and the food

• Mason (10/5): Perfect. - Connor (the owner) is a great guy and went above and beyond to be the best host he could be. each room i have stayed in so far has been perfect and I am surprised that it is this cheap considering the amount of effort that has gone into the hotel. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable reliable hotel. N/a

No call back and even messaged on the booking.com app to let them know of the situation still nothing but yet they were still happy to take our money. Most hotels would contact the guests if they hadn't arrived after check in but there was no correspondence at all

• Nicole (8/5): Value for money, great with young kids. - It was very accommodating for our family, having 3 children and being able to all be in the same room with our own beds was great. The gaming area was good for the kids too! No breakfast that I was aware of.. no fridge or tea coffee in the bedroom and unfortunately the walls are paper thin, I know this can’t be helped but I could hear next doors every move, conversations and snoring.

• Darren (4/5): Terrible owner/host. Far too nosey. - Well situated. Water bottles in room Fairly clean Good decorative order The guy who checked me in. He insists on a convoluted tour of the ground floor facilities. It takes quite a few minutes and is a waste of my time when I just want to get to my room. He wanted to know rather too much about who I was, why I was there, what I do for a living. Then when I returned later same evening he wanted to know where aid been. The guy is exhausting! Poor soundproofing in the room. Squeaky bed.

Always spoke to us and made sure everything was great. The bar/restaurant are reasonable prices for what you get.

• Cristina (10/5): Conner was such a lovely host and would highly recommend staying here. - There was a nicely stocked bar and restaurant. Close to the Coral island and other beach attractions.
• Francesca (9/5): - Once I arrived at this property the owners John & Nick was so welcoming introducing me to there fantastic b&b. I loved all the old clocks in the hallways and my room was cozy clean loved the pink decor and nice selection of tea/coffee i never tried before. Shower was warm had a lovely shower at night and my breakfast in the morning was worth getting up for i absolutely enjoyed that and would recommend everyone to stay its not far from Blackpool north train station! Tv kept saying no signal but it was just background noise i barely watched the tv the WiFi kept disconnecting from room 5 but maybe that's because it's the top floor.

• Mark (9/5): The host made the stay really lovely! What a guy - The host Connor was an absolute gent, made us feel so welcome and was very hospitable. Put all the games on for the kids early as we arrived early :) our room had a triple bunk for the kids which they really enjoyed. Food was great. Would definitely stay here again. The property was brilliant. We ordered burgers at night which where lovely, we did not stay for breakfast the following morning as we had to leave before there time slot 9-10.
