• catherine (9/5): Central, pratique - Apprt rua de Prata 121 (apprt 1): Emplacement central Pratique pour laisser les bagages à l’office si arrivée plus tôt ou départ plus tard Personnel efficace et sympathique Salon et salle de bain spacieux 4eme avec Ascenseur Lits très confortables Cuisine bien équipée, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, séchoir, machine à café, bouilloire. Sans charme particulier, mais fonctionnel, et tout fonctionne. Propre. Pas de pommeau de douche, seulement pommeau fixe. Pas de toilette séparée. Chambres très exiguës. Manque de cintres dans les armoires Balcon très étroit Une des 2 chambres donne sur la rua de Prata (artère très fréquentée, trams, bus etc) : fenêtres à fermer obligatoirement Mauvaise isolation générale dans l’immeuble - on entend les allers et venues Pas de prises à côté des lits (sauf celle de la lampe de chevet) Fourniture assez vieillotte, par exemple rideaux aux fenêtres. Pratique, fonctionnel mais prix trop élevé pour la qualité même de l’appartement, à ce prix l’appartement pourrait être plus moderne. Photos ne reflétant pas tout à fait la réalité en termes d’aspect général.

• Ermenegildo (10/5): Eccezionale - Appartamento super accessoriato dal sapone della lavatrice al ferro da stiro e tanto altro, ho visitato tanti appartamenti nei miei innumerevoli viaggi ma non avevo trovato così tanto. Con tutti i confort, climatizzatore in tutte le stanze, insonorizzazione eccellente, molto comodi i letti, bellissima vista con il suo piccolo balcone, è al 4 piano ma con l' ascensore e scale ben larghe. Ufficio con il personale in loco a circa 600mt. L' appartamento è in pieno centro Baixa. Bravi nulla
• Darla (8/5): A nice, comfortable apartment in a good location. - Good location with easy access to all touristically important sites and public transport. We appreciated having 2 bedrooms as jet lag had us up and down during the first few nights and we didn’t disturb each other. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bath provided needed amenities. The elevator was always in working order! Host was very responsive to small issues we had. 2nd bedroom had a very small closet and it may be a little difficult to navigate around the bed for someone unsteady on their feet (it’s a very narrow space on the far side).
• Helen (9/5): A nicely furnished apartment that was in a central location and perfect for exploring Lisbon. - The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped. Access was easy using a door code and there was a lift in the building. It was very central - close to many restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket and bakery. It was a perfect base for exploring the sights of the city. .

• AMIT (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and filled with natural light. The check in was very easy and the staff was helpfull through our whole stay. The location was also beatiful and was walking distance from everything.
• Shing Horng (8/5): - Unit was very well equipped in kitchen and bath with thoughtful and useful items. Noise from residents above was disruptive - running and some loud shouting in the middle of the night. Very central and convenient location.

The location was perfect and even though we were in a high traffic area , you couldn’t hear anything with the windows closed. Laura, our Lisbon contact, was right there whenever we had a question We had a hiccup with the TV and Laura sorted it out personally My only suggestions would be definitely more hangers. Storage space in the bedrooms is limited I had 4 hangers and my daughter had 6. Also a couple more towels would have been nice instead of washing them All in all I would highly recommend this cute little apartment. We stayed for 7 nights and had perfect weather and a very safe holiday More hangers and bath towels for clients staying a week or more

• christina (10/5): Clean apartment, great location - Communication was great and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Lisbon. I was surprised by how quickly you walk from one end of Baixa to the other so if you’re concerned about where in that neighborhood you are located it doesn’t make much difference. We walked Alfama, Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Cais do Sodre in a day. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Only minor issue was the little feet running around above us in the morning and night but it wasn’t disruptive enough to take off a star. You are in the heart of a vibrant city, there will be noise though the windows do a fairly good job of keeping out the street noise from below. It suited our needs well. Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

• Marek (10/5): High value accommodation for a family Lisbon city trip - Very high value provided in July 2024 (4th floor appartement): Ideal location in the middle of "everything" in Lisbon, great starting point also for locations outside of the city: central to 3 train stations, 3 metro st., Uber hot spot, trams and buses, city walks and all major sights. Very clean, comfortable and 100% description accurate accomodation privided, fully suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. 100% online booked and checked in, including all payments. Online staff super kind, responsive and all instructions were accurate. Would book again for my family when next time in Lisbon. I have really nothing negative to report about our stay in this appartment on the 4th floor. Apprecited how accurate the appartement description & photos were - matching reality in July 2024.
• Sneha (10/5): Comfy and centrally located - The apartment was very comfortable with good daylight and breeze coming through the windows. Centrally located, walking distance to a lot of attractions, tram stop nearby. The property managers were easy to communicate with, very helpful, and quick in responding.
• Kevin (9/5): Despite a couple of low-key bumps, would definitely return to this apt. and/or rental agent again - Wonderful location and great views. Apartment was very clean and was sufficiently stocked with some basic staples. We went in March. A couple of evenings were a little cool so a couple of extra blankets would have been appreciated. Also some confusion around check-in time. An early check-in was approved but later withdrawn because the previous party was late checking out. But they did allow us to store our bags at their office so we could explore a bit while awaiting check-in.

• Allanellen (8/5): Room with compromised view - Roomy Location ok for area Comfortable beds All amenities included Great shower 2nd bedroom a saviour , away from noisy roadworks On the 4th floor and elevator, adjacent to front door got quite noisy at times.Residents living above with young family. The main road under major construction, noisy all day, windows need to be closed.Works stopped around 6pm and recommenced around 7am. Don't arrive before check-in as no reception to leave bags. Main reception about 500m away and all uphill. Got stung for a €200 security bond, which was not in the glossy brochure, and was pending on my account for 7 days!!!!
• Elena (10/5): - Location is excellent. Walkable distance to attractions and close to the water. Many choices of various places to eat that do stay open late. The construction upfront of building is not pleasant ( a little noisy in the mornings) and our driver had to park pretty far from main entrance. But we knew about possible construction (mentioned in reviews we read before) and decided to go with property because of a very good location of the apartment. Loved elevator as well. In general, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you!
• Jaime (9/5): wonderful stay, nice staff and very helpful. lisbon is beautiful!! - wonderful setup with 2 bedrooms where you can easily fit 3 single beds in one and the other bedroom a couples bed. perfect location and staff was extremely helpful and nice (Bruno and Tiago!!).. location was was perfect as well!! one bathroom quite comfortable by the European standards ( a bit small per American standards)… was very clean with enough towels, linens etc.. included washer and dryer and kitchen as well .. big living room with a nice view of Rua da Augusta. property was perfect. but unfortunately Rua da Augusta is under construction so not the best view as we’ve hd before in that same street. not fault of the property per se.

• Francesco (9/5): Superb location in the centre of Lisbon, within walking distance of Praça - We had an excellent stay. Superb location in the centre of Lisbon, within walking distance of Praça do Comércio, Alfama and other tourist attractions, as well as many great restaurants. The apartment is clean, elegantly furnished and with all the required amenities. LV Premier staff were very helpful and courteous.
• Daisy (10/5): - Great location, very homey, and amazing hospitality by the host. Unlike all VRBOs, there is no pre-checkout task for you! Washer and dryer were a great plus. We did not use the kitchen as much because we ate out the whole time but it looks complete if you decide to do a meal prep. Next to shopping, restaurants, close to a lot of popular sights and metro/train station! Could have not been any better.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - As always, location is everything and this apartment’s location is unbeatable. On Rua da Prata one block over from Augusta, the main shopping street in central Lisbon. Close to 2 subway (métro) stations and a short walk to Praça do Comércio. There are literally dozens of restaurants nearby, tourist oriented, but still reasonably priced. The building is rather nondescript from ground level, with the entrance between a pharmacy and a retail store. From the promotional photos, the building diagonally across the street is quite pretty, but now, and judging from the current condition, for a long time to come, is wrapped in construction shrouds. Occasionally some construction noise can be heard, but seldom and only with the front windows open. Buzz the apartment on scheduled arrival. The foyer itself is not very welcoming. There is a small (very small) modern elevator. The door closes quickly, so watch yourselves. Two people and two suitcases would be maximum capacity. As is standard in Europe, the ground floor is floor 0. The apartment is on floor 4, right beside the elevator (not a problem). The apartment itself is very spacious. The living/dining area is especially large. However, this area needs better lighting. Overall, the furnishings are dated but completely functional. There is a TV with multiple video and audio sources. Wi-fi service is good. The balcony is quite narrow. Watch children carefully out there. A more extensive review is available on request.
• Brenda (8/5): - The property is in a wonderful location and has everything you need in the kitchen. Communication was very good. The carpet under the table was not clean and there were a few little bugs but over all the place was very clean.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic location. Not cheap but you cannot get more central in Lisbon. Easy access to markets, shops, restaurants, good sights, etc. Also, apartment is very clean and has AC and a good kitchen (grocery store two blocks away). Elevator is small (but common in Portugal and Spain) and balcony is super tiny. Check in requires security deposit and a tax of about 35 euros. It was a pain as I didn't have cash and couldn't recall my paypal account. I would book again.
