• Jean (9/5): - Le site et la vue sur Alba et les collines, l'accueil et la gentillesse, le confort, la propreté. L'absence de restauration, une simple planche apéro serait la bienvenue surtout que les vins du domaine Paitin sont excellents.

Mooi gelegen tussen de wijngaarden en prima startpunt voor fietstochten Behoorlijk gehorig, je hoort alles uit de badkamer van de buren. Forse klim op de ebike vanuit Alba terug

• Coraline (10/5): Agréable ! - Calme et vue imprenable sur Alba. Joli établissement au coeur des vignes avec piscine (même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, il faisait un peu frais). Joli chambre, belle terrasse, petit déjeuner copieux et hôtes très agréables. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement mais des machines épandaient des produits sur les vignes à notre arrivée…

• René (9/5): Belle grande suite dans un cadre magnifique - Très bel emplacement rustique au dessus d’Alba, à 10mn en voiture, au milieu des collines de vignes. Grande suite bien chauffée et chaleureuse avec décoration de meubles classiques. Parking spacieux. Propriétaire serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une salle très rustique et chaleureuse (œufs, charcuterie et fromages de qualité, fruits, yaourts, jus, cappuccino, thé, pain frais …). Pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café. Quelques poils de chien sur un fauteuil. Frigo vide. 2 tasses à thé mais pas de verres normaux.
• Benedetta (10/5): - Il posto è incantevole, ha dei colori bellissimi. Io e il mio compagno siamo stati a inizio ottobre e devo dire che ci siamo stati davvero molto bene. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile, così come tutte le persone che ci lavorano. Spero proprio di tornarci presto, è stata davvero una scelta giustissima. Bisogna spostarsi con la macchina, ma pazienza, la pace che si respira in quel posto vale tutto

• matteo (10/5): Relax e panorama - La struttura è in una buona posizione, non lontana dal centro ma isolata per quanto riguarda rumori L'accoglienza è stata speciale, la signora Sandra è deliziosa; è un piacere fare due chiacchere con lei. La stanza è molto grande: ha una zona "ufficio" con armadio, tavolo e poltrone; la camera da letto ed un bagno grandi. Tutto pulito e profumato. è possibile parcheggiare l'auto a pochi passi. Ci son due zone "sociali" che godono di viste meravigliose sulle colline limitrofe, una delle quali adiacente ad una bella piscina. Relax assicurato!

• Petra (6/5): Zimmer und Fewos unterschiedlicher Qualität - Top Außenanlagen, guter Pool zum Schwimmen, schöne Frühstücksterrasse mit tollem Blick. Wir hatten ein „Großes Doppelzimmer“ gebucht (40m2) und erhielten stattdessen eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Durch deren Lage an der Zufahrt, fuhren alle Fahrzeuge direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei. Die versprochene Klimaanlage befand sich im Wohnzimmer, wodurch das Schlafzimmer eigentlich nicht abzukühlen war. Das Geschirr und die Küche waren teilweise schmutzig, zB standen benutzte Weingläser im Schrank, an der Espressokanne klebte noch ein Stück Käse. Ein Zimmertausch auf das was wir gebucht hatten, war aufgrund der Hauptsaison nicht möglich.

La cordialità dei proprietari bilanciava ampiamente qualsiasi diffetto che si possa trovare al posto

• Pauline (9/5): Superb - Agriturismo Paitin was a very nice place away from the town of Alba. I loved the rustic feel of my room. I had an awesome view from my bathroom window that was very warming. The owner and her daughter were very nice. I took a nice walk up and down the hill. There is a sweet dog named Oly on the property. The only reason I gave it 9/10 is because the breakfast was a bit weak for me. I would have preferred more eggs and yogurt. Otherwise, this property was lovely.

• Chiara (8/5): A quiet retreat surrounded by vineyards - We visited Agriturism Paitin in August 2024. It is a quiet place in the hills near Alba. Its best attraction is the view over the vineyards, which you can enjoy from the shared terrace where breakfast is served, the pool, and your room. The pool area is nice and offers both spots where to lay in the sun or in the shadow. Our room was very spacious. Even though it was not recently renovated, it was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The common areas offer space to dry towels and swimming suits, and water dispensers (all very useful in summer!). Breakfast is of good quality and served in a buffet with sweet and savoury options. Paitin does not serve meals at lunch and dinner, but the host is kind and helpful: she shared precious suggestions on restaurants in the area. Also, she recommended a very good takeaway pizzeria, which is a perfect option if you want to spend an evening without going downtown. Alba is a 5-minute drive from the Agriturism, but the road to Paitin is hilly and might be rough at night or on rainy days. I wished the room's windows had been fitted with mosquito nets.

The owners were so polite and helpful regarding everything, you felt like a part of the family. The location is a bit far from city central, but the E-Bikes made the trip down way easier. Tips: Don’t take taxi take E-BIK-E

Parking area with net cover which is a nice touch when the weather is hot. Breakfast on lovey terrace overloooking view and a very impressive spread of food on offer - as good as a 4-star hotel!

• Michael (9/5): Pool with a view - Marvelous view over Alba and a beautiful terrace and pool to enjoy it from. only a few minutes by car from the town but up a (steep) lane so very quiet. Our room had a private bit of terrace, and importantly given this year's heat, air conditioning. A slight confusion over the booking - one of the days we booked turned out not to be available. But it was all sorted out in good time.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Big shower, functioning kitchen and Smart TV available. The owner didnt speak a lot of English, however she was extremely nice and helpful. The property is spacious and it has a great pool area. Amazing breakfast. They also have the cutest little dog Oly, which makes the stay feel just like at home. We cannot wait to go back! Nothing, everything was perfect!!
