• Debora (7/5): - La posizione è super centrale, l'appartamento era in ordine e pulito e fornito di tutto. Ho avuto difficoltà ad accedere all'appartamento, ma l'host ha risposto immediatamente al messaggio su booking risolvendo tempestivamente il problema. Consiglio senza dubbio questo appartamento. È un po' rumoroso di notte per via delle macchine che puliscono la strada, però la posizione centralissima vale il piccolo fastidio. Viaggiavo con le bambine e non ho trovato in divano letto fatto, ma per fortuna nell'armadio ho trovato lenzuola pulite e cuscini ed ho potuto fare da me.
• Petra (6/5): Naprosto dokanalá lokalita, teď je otázka, jestli se s drobnými nedostatky jste schopni smířit. Každý večer uslyšíte “o - Poloha byla perfektní, blízko všude, i s malými dětmi jsme zvládli všechny památky pěšky. Fajn byly nachystané klíče v boxíku na kód, takže jsme mohli přijet, kdy jsme chtěli. Docela dobře fungoval internet ale o heslo jsme si museli napsat. Vše bylo čisté. Byt dobře vybavený (fén, vývrtka, kávovar na dolce gusto, v lednici voda i smetánky do kávy, čaj, olej sůl… vše bylo k dispozici), obchod tři minuty, centrální klimatizace Rozbité splachování na záchodě, v ložnici jiskřil jeden vypínač- raději jsme nepoužívali. Vše už staršího data. Rozkládací gauč pro děti se dalo ale pro dospělého na pohodlné spaní už moc ne. Taky místy poškubaný. V ložnici v lampičce jen bílé světlo, což nám docela vadilo.

• Onur Cemal (9/5): Sevilla’da kalınabilecek en iyi seçeneklerden birisi. - Mükemmel bir konumda, otantik bir bina ve daire. Temiz bir işletme ve bir evde olması gereken her şey vardı, özellikle balkonu çok keyifli. Ben, eşim ve 3 yaşındaki kızımla 3 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Bina ışıkları manuel çalışıyor, asansör dar ve eski. Bina genel olarak eski ancak temiz ve otantik bir havası var.

• Adelija (8/5): - In the center, you can walk to every attraction. We arrived at 6pm and the apartment was not cleaned. The staff was quick to respond and moved us to another one nearby, which had an extremely unpleasant smell the entire time we were there. Missing coat hanger, shelves in the bathroom. Extremely poor lighting.
• Eglantine (8/5): - Idéalement placé pour se balader et faire toutes les visites touristiques. En effet, la rue est très animée la nuit. C'est une quartier sympa. Mais pour dormir, ça l'est moins, compte tenu du bruit!

• PILAR (10/5): - Es ideal para tener todo a mano y cercano. Nos encantó todo lo del apartamento, la calefacción ideal. Además con ascensor y muy diáfano. La cama muy cómoda. Perfecto. Repetiremos. En general nada me desagradó.

• Bertrand (9/5): Super emplacement, tout équipé, parfait pour un couple - Très chouette ! Excellent emplacement, en plein centre. Effectivement ça peut être un peu bruyant, c'est le revers de la médaille du plein centre, mais bonne insonorisation. Appartement très bien équipé : tout ce qu'il faut pour manger si nécessaire (cafetière, bouilloire, casseroles et poêles, assiettes, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes etc..), sèche-cheveux, lave-linge,... La douche est fonctionnelle. Dans d'autres commentaires certains évoquent que l'eau coule...alors si vous arrosez partout oui au bout au niveau de la petite porte ça va couler en dessous, mais c'est normal ^^ Bref je recommande ++ Rien

Sevilla was a lovely place with beautiful peoples - Excellent location Big apt Nice area Everything at walking 🚶🏻‍♂️ distance Walking boulevard w/no cars 🚗 the kitchen was nice big n had everything. The hugest ceilings ever give you a sensation of bigger apt excellent a/c n had elevator The shower floor tile needs to be change and waters gets out from the glass wall to the toilet n also on the shower pipe itself. Didn’t bother us but the rest of the apt is in such of great shape This is a suggestion no a complain
• Lia (8/5): Het was een goed verblijf in een mooi huis, dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden. - Locatie top. Mooi ruim apartement in een oud herenhuis in de belangrijkste winkelstraat. Aan alles was qua keukeninrichting gedacht. Er lag een welkomstmandje te wachten met koffiecupjes, thee, olie, azijn etc. zeer verwelkomend na de "moderne" ontvangst met code voor de voordeur en andere code om de sleutel van het appartement uit het kluisje te kunnen pakken. Tevens kregen we onverwacht schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken/beddengoed aangeboden. De doucheruimte zag er een beetje vreemd uit. Het water liep onder het glazen schermpje dat als deurtje diende, de badkamer in; wellicht was het nog niet helemaal af. Ook de handdouche kon niet opgehangen worden. De winkelstraat is tot laat rumoerig.

• KENJI (10/5): 部屋にいながらセビリアを満喫 - 1.テラスからの眺め。シエルペス通りに面しており、窓を開けているだけでもセビリアを味わえた。 2.名所が徒歩圏内。どこへ行くにも徒歩で済んだ。 3.スーパーマーケットがすぐ近くにある。徒歩2分圏内にカルフールエクスプレス、プリマプリックスがあり生活用品に困らない。少し歩けばグロッサリーが充実したスーパーもある。 4.窓を閉めたら意外と静か。通りの喧騒がかすかに聞こえる程度の遮音性がある。 5.キッチン用品が充実。 6.ネット速度。下りで780MBあった。 7.冷房がよく効く。外気温35度でも室内は25度をキープできた。 8.階下2店とも有名店。外装も綺麗で 9.通りは深夜でも明るい。セビリア一番の目抜き通りなので深夜でも人通りあり、人の目が行き届いていて治安もよい。 10.バルやカフェも徒歩圏内。朝から食事に困らない。 1.シャワーが貧弱。しかし許容範囲内。掃除が行き届いている。 2.ベッドリネン上掛けがシーツのみ。夏対応だと思うが、冷房が効きすぎた時困った。 3.床が大理石。日本人にはなじみが薄いので、使い捨てスリッパ持参だとさらに快適になる。
• Rosalinda (8/5): - The location is very good, it's close to everything, shops,bus stops, groceries and good local spots. The upstairs occupants make a lot of noises late at night, but I know it's not the host's fault.
• Lahiru (10/5): The best location in all of Sevilla - The absolute best location right on Calle Sierpes, great amenities in the apartment, all new bathroom and kitchen amenities, very powerful air conditioning perfect for a Sevilla summer, great staff. The air conditioning was a little too powerful and too cold and the temperature control didn't seem to work. Otherwise absolutely perfect apartment and stay. Sevilla needs more swimming pools accessible for guests and tourists!!
• Nikoletta (10/5): Exceptional - Clean. Great location. We visited in May, the street was quiet. We had a great sleep there. There’s lift in the building. The sofa is quite uncomfortable, but we didn’t care too much, just mentioning. Taxi can’t go in to the street, but again, we didn’t mind, but it can be useful info.
• Silvan (8/5): Overall good stay, central location - Central location and good apartment No parking available however in city centre this is normal. Paid about 30€ per day parking at Magdalene parking lot. Also there is no AC so in summers might be hot.
• Petrova (10/5): Exceptional - Veey clean and comfortable place. We had all facilities we need it. In a close proximity to shops and restaurants. You can easily walk as well to sightseeing places. It is not that I did not like it. It was a bit noisy but considering the fact it is on one of the ebtrak shopping street it is normal I guess. We also had the water in the sink draining very slowly, but that did not spill our stay. It was a minor and to be fair we did not bother to call for assistance which was clearly written that it will be provided.

• Miah (3/5): Nice location and apartment, very unkind and unprofessional host of the apartment. Spend your money elsewhere. - Good location, good cooking utensils and staple products Our host did not have fire sensors installed prior to our stay and we were interrupted in the late evening with workers coming into our space to install very loudly and leaving mess on the floor. The hot water was often not working then working again. After forgetting a very sentimental meaningful item of clothing, the host Flavio has been unresponsive to make plans to return this to me via post (with no cost to him as I have said I will pay). For 1 1/2 months he has been Ignoring messages and phone calls. So disappointing.

• Courtney (10/5): Lovely space, would stay again 100% - So much space! And it was lovely to have a fully functional kitchen with a washing machine. The location was awesome, quiet enough as we weren’t near bars/clubs but a two minute walk to busy areas. Not specific to the apartment but would’ve loved to know beforehand that there was building work going on still as it woke me up early every morning
• Savanna (9/5): It was wonderful! We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Would recommend. - Walking distance to everything. The shower got cold after about 10 min so I just wouldn’t spend time “heating it up”.
• Mc (10/5): Best location and beautiful apartment - The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. It has a tiny bedroom, tiny kitchen a living room and bathroom. The location couldn't be better. It is a pedestrian zone, so no cars and at night it was really quiet. It is in the historic part of the town near all the major sights. There are numerous cafes nearby and the location felt very safe for a female solo traveler. Communication with the owners regarding the invoice was swift. I would definitely stay there again :-). I struggled with the key/lock a bit, but it was no biggie.
• Jane (9/5): Superb - Warm, clean, comfortable and bang in the heart of Seville. As always, something like a dressing table so i can sit in front of a mirror to do make up but that is so rare nowadays I don't know why I bother to mention it anymore.

• Cormac (8/5): Very good - The apartment was in a prime location in Seville for exploring the city, it is very well maintained and the facilities were excellent,such as a working aircon, washing machine,etc. An information pack provided was very helpful, especially for recommendations for non tourist trap local eateries offering great value for money and excellent food. On arrival for checkin at 15:00hrs the apartment was not ready for occupation as it had not been cleaned, which in itself was not to bad as we dropped off the bags and killed time exploring the local area for a few hours. When we returned all was well, however when we requested a late check out on our day of departure this would not or could not be accommadated, and on our day of departure checkout was at 11:00hrs, the cleaning staff called at 10:55hrs no grace period given, this we felt was poor form.
