- Steph (8/5): -
- emma (8/5): Clean & Comfortable - Rooms good size, comfortable beds and hot showers.
The Reataurant is not open in the evenings which means its pretty quiet (apart from late check ins etc).
Plenty of parking & if you are about between 9 - 4 then the restaurant is open and was busy with good reviews.
Our helpful.host provided us with a kettle and there was a Microwave & fridge downstairs available for use.
Heating
Air conditiining A little road noise as on a busy section, the bathroom was clean although could do with updating to Shower rather than bath with over shower.
No options for dinner at premises, although there are other places in the town to eat & microwave on site if needed.

- MARIAN (8/5): -
- Christopher (7/5): Good typical Spanish country hotel with ample parking but no evening restaurant - A typical country hotel: good sized, impeccably clean room and bathroom with modest furniture and the standard bedding for this type of hotel: fairly thin duvet plus blankets and a bolster pillow. Good hot water in the bathroom. Good location for those travelling by car with ample parking.
Be sure to tell them your arrival time in advance during cooler weather so that the radiator can be turned on. It heats the room adequately but takes time to warm up. The hotel is attached to a (very good) restaurant which, on previous visits, was open in the evening. Now it is only open until 4pm. There are other restaurants in Zujar but, as the Hotel Jaufil is at the extreme end of the town, you need a car to visit them.

- Caetano Borges (8/5): Agradable. - Muy limpio Las camas eran muy incómodas…
- Sally (9/5): Very good value for money - Lift!
Rooms newly refurbed.
Easy parking on site
Breakfast good and cheap. Bar and restaurant closed Monday evening!

- Victor Manuel (10/5): -
- Patrick (7/5): -
- Casanova Navarro (7/5): - Estaba limpio.

- gabrielle (9/5): Would definitely stay again - Clean and comfortable. Great that they accept dogs We went prepared with our own travel kettle and tea making necessities, otherwise the fact that the place was closed (it was a Sunday) and that there was no facility for making a hot drink would have bothered us. Us Brits and our tea!
- carrie (9/5): - Nice big room ,and a bath and dogs were welcome 🤗 The Aircon was a bit poor
- Susana (8/5): - . .

- Dawn (10/5): An excellent location, with friendly staff, great food and a very clean hostel. - Very clean and very friendly staff
- peter (1/5): - I could only rate this property as a 1 as we did not stay for the two nights that we booked the reason for this was the hotel bar and restaurant closed at four in the afternoon and did not open again until the next day so this did not meet our needs, when we booked the hotel it did say that they did close at four o'clock and reopened at eight so we took the decision not to stay,I have asked booking com for a refund as of yet two days later I still have not had a reply from booking ccm
- Vpr582 (10/5): - Todo
- Fran (8/5): -
Nada

- Francis (1/5): - Absolutely nothing. We booked the hostel jaulfil for a weekend break.we arrived Saturday afternoon and checked in. An hour later it was completely closed.everywhere locked up nothing open or available no facilities nothing.the proprietors had closed everything and everywhere locked up tightl.they had gone to their home to watch TV for the weekebvnd and left all their guests for two days of solitary confinement..an absolutely disgusting way to treat your guests.we had a key to our room and nothing else.we walked out and left as soon as it was light the next morning.the cleaning lady told us this was normal running procedure every weekend.not by my standards.will I get a refund I don't think so.these operate.with different morals than mine. Francis James Ellington.
- Glenn (10/5): One night stay - We arrived very late at 1.30am in the morning due to a delayed flight. Everything was simple with clear instructions how to access the hotel and obtain our room key. The room was traditional Spanish and exceptionally clean. We only stayed one night and left before the check out time of 11am. I would recommend Jaufil to travellers for its location and ease of access, especially when needing a stop off on the road to other destinations. Perhaps the room would benefit from a small bedside or reading lamp.
- Eefje (3/5): Sleepless - Value for money, cheap but very noisy room. Very thin walls, you literally hear everything. Bad bed mattress.
- Angela (9/5): Superb -
- James (9/5): Superb - Check ✔️ in rapid. Cleaning staff on the ball.
Staff could not have been more helpful. The rain
- Gaole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darius (7/5): Good -
- David (9/5): Hard to beat at the price - Easy to find, and a short drive or a 20 minute walk to the centre of the village. Ample parking outside. Super-friendly and professional host who remained so even when we lost our room key and called her away from her evening out. Her recommended place to eat in the village was also a 100% winner. Don't expect 5 star facilities at this price point. What you get is clean, safe and comfortable.
- Jed (5/5): Loads of potential let down by uncomfortable beds and poorly managed access to the property. - Location was easy to find. Nice & clean inside. This really could been a really good stop over but let down by lack of attention to customers needs. Rock hard bed that you could see the springs through the sheet. I had to take the duvet off the other bed just to try & sleep. Even a mattress topper would have make a huge difference to comfort. Shower was not even warm enough to use. Plus shower head support was missing. You. An hear traffic going past at all hours. When I arrived I found the place closed. I sat outside for 1.5hrs waiting to get in. Phone number provided did not even ring. Messages through booking.com not even answered until hours later. If it was not for another guest I likely would have not got in at all.
- Sarvin (4/5): Disappointing - The host was kind and accommodating and made me feel comfortable bringing up issues. The size of the rooms were good The room had a sewage smell in the bathroom and when I changed room and opened the window, a huge amount of flies came in immediately and started infesting the room, which prompted me to leave early. The food was average and the closest shop 20 minutes walk away in a village that felt unfriendly to foreigners. This is not a place for a solo traveller without a car at all. The mountain view was nice but the window was also above the kitchen and roof noise and smells were unpleasant- perhaps the reason for the flies. The cleaning staff entered my room without a sign on my door and when I asked her not to, she got upset and was passive aggressive with me the whole time after, which made me feel uncomfortable.
- Nicole (8/5): Very good -
- Frazer (6/5): Nice place , great price with great food, due to closing early everyday the location is not ideal - Very clean and very helpful staff The bar and restaurant shuts at 4 pm and unless you have transport you are stuck with nothing to do. The room only had a basic tv and we ended up listening to the radio
- Ashley (10/5): Good value for money. - Staff were very friendly and rooms were very clean.
