- Fernando (9/5): Para recomendar - Todo estaba bien, habitaciones, armarios, baños. Para dormir en el salón, en el sofá cama, entraba mucha luz aún cerrando las cortinas. En dos habitaciones no se podía abrir la ventana para airear, faltaba la manilla para abrir.

- Hongyi (6/5): I'd look for newer properties elsewhere. - Location is very convenient, a 2-minute walk from the metro station. 4 stops away from Vienna Central Station. Three grocery stores/supermarkets within a 200 ft radius. Plenty of natural light. Host is responsive. Apartment interiors were much more worn down than displayed in the pictures. It was moderately clean, but that doesn't hide the signs of wear and tear. Examples: the wooden floor had a lot of marks on them, the bunk bed shook and squeaked with the tiniest movement and had a lot of stains on the white paint, etc. Wi-Fi was not working at all.

Не було проблем з заселенням, ключ ми забрали в сейфі. Заселення можливе в любий час. Ми приїхали вночі, заселилися швидко. Квартира велика, чиста, зручна. Є все для комфортного проживання. Туалетний папір, мило, шампунь, рушники, чай, кава, цукор, посуд. Навіть є посудомийна машина. Постіль була чиста та зручна.

Managed to use public transport for the whole trip as station a 2 minute walk from apartment. Warm apartment which was great after exploring in the cold all day. Not very private, all glass. Felt a little overlooked. Also would be great to have washing facilities.

- Luis Carlos (7/5): - Boa localização. Muito próximo à linha U do metrô. O apartamento é espaçoso. O quarto tem péssimo bloqueio de luz. É o vidro e uma persiana que não bloqueia nada da luz. Para precisa de um quarto escuro para dormir, definitivamente, não recomendo esse local. As fotos mostram a luminosidade entrando pela janelas do quarto às 07:00 horas e às 22:00.

- Susan (7/5): Very clean, if ill-equipped apartment, in a convenient but slightly rundown location. - Very close to the Metro Station Troststrasse and only 5-6 stops to the main central station stop of Stephenplatz. Took only about 10-15 mins. The cleanliness of the apartment was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and towels provided. Enough dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid to last our short stay. Shower fabulous! Very fast responses to questions. Kitchen was very basic. One big knife only. Lovely oven but no oven gloves or oven dishes to use in it! No tea towel to dry dishes. Basic equipment for very basic cooking. We ate in almost every night so struggled a bit. The sofa bed was uncomfortable so not really an option for an adult. Smokers in another apartment in atrium meant smoke entered the bedroom at all hours, if we had our window open, and the apartment was very warm so we found this necessary (tried to reduce heating but unsuccessful). Only one pillow each, I would have liked a second and requested this but did not receive one so assumed not possible. The area is a little rundown. It's probably OK. It felt fine during the day, but we were a little wary in the evenings. Disabled access given in lift but bathroom not disabled friendly as no walk in shower only shower over a bath.

- Veronika (10/5): - Skvělá poloha, skvělá komunikace. V bytě bylo vse, co jsme potřebovali. Dostatek toaletního papíru :), coz neni vzdy samozřejmost. Ubytování čisté. Něco málo by šlo vylepsit-v některých pokojích chyběli nocni lampičky a stolečky a v kuchyni chybely misky. Ale to jsou detaily :), byli jsme opravdu moc spokojeni.

We liked the general feel of the apartment and the amenities (fridge, toaster, stove, coffee maker). During our stay it was quiet, but we don't know how it is in weekends or in season. From the street level to the elevator there are some stairs that are difficult to climb with luggage.

Location fab, supermarket very close, it was not a noisy area. The beds are so comfortable! Would stay again and highly recommend this place. There wasn't anything we didn't like!

Llaves en un Box pero instrucciones fáciles para abrir el portal con código y luego con clave también en el Box (te lo envían creo al hacer el check-in) No tienen persianas ni estores en las ventanas, un inconveniente para los que nos dormir sin luz....

Кухнята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Има достатъчно място за съхранение на багажа. Безконтактното настаняване е голямо предимство, не те обвързва с часове.Определно бихме посетили отново.

Magnifiche le veneziane orientabili in tutte le direzioni che schermano la luce e tutelano la privacy. Arredamenti semplici ma efficaci. Dotazione di cucina scarna. Manca una scopa e il tappetino del bagno. Il divano letto del soggiorno potrebbe trasformarsi in un letto leggermente più comodo se venisse dotato di un materassino da appoggiare sui cuscini.
